Best job I ever had, and I've had about 6 jobs so far. I started with 2 weeks of paid training at $11 an hour. After training, my pay was bumped up to $15 an hour. Stan was the best boss I have ever had, and the tough supervisors are far from the worst I've had. Most of the other employees are good people to work with, and as long as you maintain a good relationship with everyone you won't have problems. There's a high turnover rate because they don't let you use your phone except on your breaks. You're working with way more sensitive data than you may realize at first, so in my head that's understandable. However, if you're on schedule with what they want you to accomplish for the day, your supervisor will probably let you read a book or do other things at your desk while working. This job is actually kind of fun and rewarding once you disassociate with the social stigma of what you're doing, and they will teach you how to help people in most financial situations. I learned so much about credit cards, different kinds of debt, bankruptcy, and financing. I used what I learned after leaving to use credit cards, bank accounts, and the phone skills I developed for thousands a year in passive income. I know how customer service lines work so well now, that I know exactly what to tell them to get what/where I want on the phone. I have the highest credit score most people have seen for my age, and can get loans approved like nothing. Thanks Stan đ

I was asked a million questions but when I would ask a question I wouldnât get straight up answer. Literally in the process of moving so I couldnât get my info. ALSO the conversation seemed very sketchy and scam like considering my questions werenât being answered but I was being HOUNDED for my card information. After I explained over a dozen times that all of my stuff is packed up and that I couldnât get my card, I was then HOUNDED for my online banking information. WHICH I DONâT HAVE!! I recently switched banks and simply havenât had it set up. I said this multiple times after already stating that I CANT AFFORD FOOD OR A ROOF OVER MY HEAD LET ALONE $300 A MONTH FOR NONSENSE. I told her to contact me within the next couple weeks when things were settled and when I would get a few paychecks in with my new promotion. Just to be hounded even more for my card information. Way to kick someone while theyâre down. Literally allâs they had to do was wait. Disgusting that someoneâs crying on the phone that theyâre homeless, starving, and have $2 to their name and they continue to hound you about information you simply donât have access too. I wouldnât give my card info to someone who canât even provide a call back number, website, or name.

Horrible telemarketing people! Iâve blocked them repeatedly and the still find a way to call, Iâm now taking out a warrant with the sheriffs department!

I thought I was being scammed when contacted by this company. Stacie would not tell me who they were or give reason as to why they were trying to collect my personal information. When I firmly asked for an answer as to why they were asking for my information, they hung up on me.
We only ask for information that allows us to identify the consumer to make sure we are speaking to the correct party. Our website allows consumers to contact our compliance department to ensure they are treated and express any concern they have with our agents.

This company is absolutely awful. I was receiving calls which was a wrong number. The agent I connected with wanted to argue with me. He was as far as to call me a lair stating "you know you are lying on a recorded line" just because I hit (1) to speak with a agent and threated to contact reference of the person they were trying to contact. I don't need to know or want to know someone else's business. But for an agent to flat out call someone a liar is insane. It was extremely poor customer service. I was a debt collector for 15yrs and I've never experienced someone so rude and unprofessional.

Ashley and Mike are liars. They refused to send me validation of debt. They lied and said they called me and sent me letters. Rude. Was hung up on twice. Said I owed a pay day loan. I reminded them they are illegal in NY. Asked for the name of their company. She refused. He gave it to me. Terrible people. I ain't thru yet. Trust me.

You answer their phone call and it says they have a legal document to send you. I told them to send it, they get rude and hang up? Then continue to call you 20 times a day. This company is unprofessional!! The information they have is wrong and they act like your lying and again hang up đ this place is a joke. SCAM!!!!
