it was my first time going to a pawn shop i was so nervous i didn’t know what i was walking into. the owner is prob one of the most genuine people i have met. he made me feel so comfortable and safe and he was super honest about everything. i will def go back to him when i am short of cash again. definitely recommend this place 👍🏽

Awesome Experience. Super friendly guy behind the counter. Was a bit reluctant to sell my 14k gold chain but was happily surprised at what I was offered for it. I left feeling I was given a super fair price. Would highly recommend.

BY FAR THE BEST PLACE AROUND! The owner is extremely professional and carrys himself in a manner that I've never seen in the pawn industry. He is caring, compassionate about his bussiness but most importantly he is understanding. Every interaction I've had it has felt as though i was family. Hes helped me in more ways than one and worked with me when i know for a fact no one else would've. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone looking to sell, buy, or buy back their belongings. This is the best place to go in buffalo. After reading many positive reviews for them, I gave them a try. Jim helped me out, and he was so nice, and honest. He was more than fair and gave me a great price on the gold and silver I brought in. Don't even think about trying another location- this is the place to go!

The gentleman working at the counter with the glasses helped us out tremendously. Outstanding customer service and gave us the best percentage possible for our gift card exchange. Had gotten a loan when I needed to pay my rent. He offered $50. I then explained my situation how I needed $75 to pay the amount of rent in full. Being my first time there and him not even knowing me at all Jim helped me out big time and gave me the $75 I needed. I have since then gotten my item back and tell everyone I know about my great experience at The Buffalo Gold Rush. Thanks a bunch Jim!!!!

Best pawn shop around. I have gone to a couple others in the city and this pone by far has paid the highest for my items. Jim is very personable and nice to talk to. I will be returning to get some cash for some other items soon!

Upon entering the store, I was surprised how it wasn't your typical pawnstore attitudes toward customers. I was treated very well and I'm so glad I stopped and checked out this place, I figured 66 reviews with 5 stars it must be a good place. I'll only shop here from now on!!! In my experience buffalo gold Rush is the best pawnshop in the city. They pay the highest regardless if you're selling a gift card or electronics or jewelery honestly doesn't matter what it is you probably will not get a better price anywhere. Customer service here is also great I've never had a bad experience have always been treated with respect. If you need a pawnshop I wouldn't go anywhere else besides buffalo gold rush.

The owner is one of the few people left in the world that is truly a genuine great person, especially in the pawn shop industry. He has never tried to cheat me or low ball me, he has helped me out of some tough situations when he didn’t need to.

Gold Rush has the best customer appreciation and service above and beyond any other pawn/loan shop that I've ever utilized over the years ... Regardless if I was buying,selling or looking to have a few extra dollars until payday ,they have always made my experience comfortable, easy and they genuinely will work out the best deal they can with you to make your transactions even more pleasant ... Great company, great people and I recommend them to others all the time ... It's nice to know a place exists that cares about their customers as much as they do !!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Buffalo Gold Rush today. I went in to purchase an air conditioner I corresponded with the owner about on Facebook marketplace and he was so polite and super responsive, everything moved along quickly and I received awesome customer service. The best part is I bought a brand new in box a/c for a great price. I would be happy to do business here again.

Can't say enough good things about Gold Rush and Jim. He gave me a loan for a item when I needed cash quick. Not realizing I was a day late to get it back, he bent the rules and allowed me to get back my property. I have to say after dealing with several pawn shops locally and even out of state Gold Rush pawn by far is the best pawn shop I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner has a great personality and friendly demeanor and took time to answer my questions and offer me more than fair prices for items I brought in to pawn. I have been to Gold Rush and Pawn a few times now and I always leave knowing I got a fair price for my merchandise. And the prices for items they have for sale are more than reasonable. You won't find a better pawn shop in WNY.

The man who runs the show is the most loving pawn broker I ever met. He tries hard to give you your money's worth and even allows you to just get the loan and then get your things back. He's wonderful,polite I love him for many times he's helped me ND allowed me every single time to get my stuff back. ,,

They lied about my computer being used when i had just opened it that morning but never took it out *"obvious use" is a box that appeared to have been opened yet none of the items were unpackaged at all and "dripping wet with water" was some condensation not alot so no real signs other than them lowballing

Wonderful service. Took great care of my items especially while the coronavirus was going on, didn't charge any extra due to them being shut down. Always friendly service. Definitely recommend.
