I have credit scores of 655, 640, and 661. I went in to buy a Green Dodge Charger. Kind of expected prime rate. I mean google the rate for those scores. Sales manager said he couldn't get prime rate so I said well lets see what you can get with 1000 down. The car had 2300 in cash rebates to go with it. He said okay. Came back 10 mins later and said he couldn't even get me approved. I think he said they had 35 banks earlier in our conversation. 640 median score and he couldn't even get an approval? I had just had a 2021 Ford Mustang with Capital One 6 months prior. No late payments. I have 3 credit cards at 0 balance. Craziest thing I've ever seen. I've had bad scores in my younger days like, 560 scores and left with a car no money down at places. Def would not go here. They can't seem to finance what most auto places would call good credit.
We are in the business of selling cars and we will do everything we can to get your deal approved so that we can sell you the vehicle. However all we can do is submit the the information to the financing companies and they make the decision on who gets approved. You should be getting letters from the financial institutions explaining how they made their decisions.

Incredibly rude customer service. After the parts staff member I was speaking to apparently left hours early and closed down the entire department, I asked to speak with the general manager to see if they could still retrieve the part I had inquired about this morning. I had already driven a long distance without being told the staff member would be leaving hours early. After asking for the general manager, I was then physically approached in a hostile and aggressive way, to point I perceived this woman to be a threat to my well-being and safety by the office manager (not parts manager, sales manager, or general manager). Without being given the office managers name or title, she said they couldn’t help me and insinuated I had no business continuing to be on the property for the part I was told I could pick up by the staff member in the morning. Her body language was agitated and aggressive. I then asked her to first tell me her name and title as I had no idea who she was and her relation with regard to my original inquiry or my second inquiry requesting to speak with the general manager if available. She informed me her name was Summer/Sommer and was the office manager, though I had requested the general manager. Because of Summer/Sommer I felt incredibly unwelcome to be in a place where I came to spend hundreds of dollars on a car part I inquired about several hours before. Not to mention, my stress only exacerbated after taking time to travel to this location that was not close to home. I strongly believe this was an incredibly inappropriate customer service experience. I believe for customer safety, as well as staff safety, that this type of aggressive and hostile behavior when approaching new customers should be discontinued. I am incredibly disappointed and in disbelief.

Just an FYI if they have to do a deeper diagnostic for the warranty company that is $450. They will charge you the same amount to put it back together if the warranty company decides its not covered or you don't want to pay the $5000 out of pocket to have it repaired. Response to deslership and revision 4/21: While we have an issue with the warranty company our issue with the dealership was the failure to communicate we would be charged to put the vehicle back together after the more indepth diagnostic. On the other hand, the service department was able to get the repairs down to a couple hundred dollars over what it was going to cost me to have it looked at and put back together. I appreciate your promptness, customer service and work. Can't wait to take the doors off and test my jeep out!!
Destin, while I understand your frustrations that is why we ask for your approval before doing further diagnostics for your Warranty Company. We have no control over what they will or will not cover. I always suggest that Customers contact their Warranty Companies directly to express their concerns and see what their Warranty Company will do for them. We are more than willing to work with our Customers to try and get approval from their Warranty Company.

I normally dread when it's time to purchase a vehicle. I can not express enough how enjoyable my experience was purchasing a vehicle with Jonatan Martinez and Jeff. After completing my online inquiry, they were immediately responsive and hard at work. Jeff came up with a fair agreeable price in no time. The entire deal only took a few hours from the comfort of my home where I was working. Jonatan delivered my new vehicle to my home and took my trade with him. I had a good experience at Capital CJD. Was looking for a used Mazda6, and I had identified a few units at various dealerships in the Raleigh area. I made an appointment and CapCJD was ready for me - Joshua Lyons was the sales rep. I found him to be very helpful and I would recommend working with him and sales manager Jeff Thomas. Good communication throughout the process. There was low pressure and plenty of time to look, ask questions, drive, etc. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because the negotiation was a too-typical/traditional car buying experience: an offer which includes costs for a number of "features" which don't mean much (e.g. Nitrogen-filled tires), back and forth with Josh taking my counter-offer to the sales office...then the manager comes out of the office for the nitty-gritty...until we come to a final agreement. Being a used Mazda (not their brand), they were not fully familiar with the vehicle; it was missing the navigation feature. I had to convince them in our discussions/negotiations that this particular trim level came from the factory with Nav and so I expected to have it. (Mazda navigation is done through an SD card, and at some point apparently the SD card for this vehicle had been removed.) In the end, they promised to send me a Navigation SD card for the vehicle within 30 days, and they fulfilled that promise with a legit (not hacked, copied, or 3rd party) Mazda OEM SD card and everything is working well. Ultimately I got the car that I wanted, at a pretty good price, and the dealership's people treated me with respect and did what they said they would do. If you want a CJD vehicle, definitely contact Capital and Joshua - especially if you want a Dodge Charger...they seemed to have a ton!

James from service is Super Awesome… Work performance by all mechanics is top rated A++… I’ve had my motor rebuilt 4 months ago, which was 0.00 because of warranty. I had oil changes, no problem. I just bought 4 new 33” tires today for the 2018 Dodge Ram pickup . The unbelievable price was less than $900. With mounting, balancing, labor & tax. Warranty on tires is 2 years, 50,000 miles. Go ahead shop around waste your time or go to the best! Impeccable… while your at it get your car washed, windows done, vacuumed, dash cleaned, tires & armor all for less than $25. Unbelievable service!

After having visited every other Jeep dealership around Raleigh, I did not have very high expectations of being treated like a human being or wanting to establish a long term relationship with me. Bought a car there two weeks ago and no one in this place with the exception of limited time wears a mask. My wife and I both ended up catching Covid and really weren’t anywhere else. I went back today to the service department all three service techs were not wearing a mask. I told them you guys should be wearing a mask because I know it’s spread here before they just didn’t even bother answer me and continue to operate without masks on. This dealership should have some consideration that there’s a pandemic going on.
Joe, I can understand your concerns, but our Company Policy is to follow "the updated CDC Guidelines and local mandates that allow fully Vaccinated individuals to not wear masks".

Great selection of vehicles and having dealt with their sales staff in the past they were courteous and helpful. My only knock on this dealership is they use add-on stickers. Those are the stickers to the right of the Monroney Sticker where they add over inflated add-ons. Looking at the add-on sticker on this vehicle they added over $400 of pure profit that they can later use to make it seem you are getting a better deal. I still gave this dealership 4 stars based on the fact they do not put those stickers on every vehicle and unlike other dealerships aren't adding thousands of dollars of add-ons to their stickers. Anyone shopping for a new vehicle should be educating themselves before going to a dealership. I'm going to be buying a new RAM 2500 very soon and would not hesitate buying from this dealership since I am also familiar with their service department which was a good experience.

Your parts department was not professional or courteous. I waited 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Ture he was on the phone but a simple "Hello, let me take care of this caller somewhere in those 10 minutes would have been proper". When I told him what I wanted he didn't ask me to look at the monitor, this is the only kind we sell. Would you like this. I had to ask him, he was getting ready to order it. Then he told they would have it in by 930 the next day & I'll call you alittle bit after that. I called at 330pm. Service set me up 2 days later. Now the service team is on top of things, they rate 6 stars out of 5, from the time I drove in, until they walked outside with me to my truck to see if I was satisfied.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with some very nice people at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge...and some seemingly underhanded tactics (may have been being very cautious and thorough, but read to the end and be the judge...) I had the pleasure of speaking with service advisor, April Morgan. She was so warm and welcoming, you would have thought she was my Aunt or an old friend and we were planning a lunch or dinner. She was accommodating, friendly, and a genuinely happy person. She's a pleasure to speak with! Everyone was friendly to me, and I felt that I was treated with respect and that my concerns were sincerely addressed by Ms. April, the gentleman in parts (Dave/David?), and the technician (Andrew/Anthony?) who was kind enough to put my car back on the rack to point out the parts which I was informed needed replaced... - and that's where this review peaks, and begins to descend... Either this dealership is incredibly thorough and concerned about the safety of their customers, or they are preying upon those who they hedge their bets on not being savvy to the mechanical needs of a vehicle. In this instance, I was not the one... I was informed that my car, a 2005 PT Cruiser Convertible needed tie rod ends, ball joints, and boots/covers, and that the parts were available for replacement. My car is older, but has fairly low mileage, and it was meticulously maintained by the previous owner, as the records indicate. Records I happened to have with me at the time, and had reviewed because I like to know my vehicles inside and out. For example, less than 10,000 miles prior to Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge's recommendation for parts, the upper and lower control arms were replaced, brake fluid flushed, brakes replaced, an alignment performed, and other items addressed (I don't have the records in front of me). Further, my car passed the Virginia State inspection, was thoroughly gone over by a reputable dealership in Virginia where I purchased it, passed North Carolina State inspection. The icing on this trail of my car's history, is that on my trip to Wisconsin, I stopped at National Tire and Battery to have the balance on the wheels checked (poor Pete had sat a lot in his long life). The manager of the shop said whoever owned the car prior to me had put a lot of money into keeping the car nice, as the 'front end' looked brand new. All that said, perhaps the mechanics that worked on the car for the previous owner who kept it up so meticulously, missed the tie rod ends and ball joints. Perhaps the Virginia State and North Carolina State inspectors missed such a component; keep in mind that I watched the North Carolina technician grab on each of the wheels and push/pull to check for play. Maybe National Tire and Battery said nothing about these parts, despite mentioning the lengths/expense that the previous owner went to in order to keep this car in tip top shape. I will say that the technician was kind enough to pull Pete back into the bay and put it on the rack to show me what they were concerned about. There was some grease at the tie rod ends/boots, an area that grease is pumped into via a zerk fitting...Now, I'm not under a lot of cars any more these days, BUT I do remember that there is often a lot of grease at friction points, hence having zerk fittings so that fresh grease can be added as needed (at oil change intervals etc) I don't recall being shown why the ball joints were suggested to be replaced, but it is likely that they pointed this out as well (by this time, I wasn't putting much credibility into what I was hearing...) After my questions, and sharing the maintenance records, it ends up that these parts aren't in need of immediate attention, and that I shouldn't worry about it being unsafe "for a while". So, for what it's worth, if you feel that you're being told to do work prematurely, please feel free to take your car to another shop to be sure that you're not being sold a bill of goods.

I bought a 2020 Toyota Highlander from here in May of 2021. After discussing the warranty with my husband, the day after I bought the highlander, I came in and signed cancellation for it. Bill (the finance guy) worked diligently to get the cancellation processed, he explained that the warranty was processed on June 23. I have yet to receive any communication from Capital Corporate regarding this refund and it has now been 2 full months. I'm super disappointed with how this has been handled and would not go through a car buying process from here again because of the lack of communication with the finance guy at Garner from Corporate - he only knows what they tell him which isn't much of anything. UPDATED 8/19/21: I still have yet to receive the refund check, and if I didn't actively email to ask about it I think nobody would ever have done anything to follow-up. I had the same issue when I didn't get my second key for my car and they said they would get it to me - I had to actively call and email to get anything done. At the end of the day, they seem like they just want to sell you the car and be done with you. (Maybe things will change, but that's how I feel right now and I'm beyond frustrated)

Second visit to this dealership for warranty related repairs. Both of my visits were seamless. My vehicle was immediately taken back upon my arrival. Issues were corrected and on my way within two hours. That's them diagnosising the issues and replacing parts. Never once have I heard the famous dealership quote of we couldn't duplicate the problem. Clean, efficiently run, courtesy place.

On Saturday, 20 February 2021, I was car shopping for a specific model of Challenger. Realizing there are few choices of this model with the options I desired in North Carolina, we chose to make the 3 hour drive to Garner late in the afternoon on Saturday. Upon arriving at Capital, we were greeted by several sales agents outside the front entrance. All of them were extremely friendly and cordial . We made an appointment with Johnny in the sales department through the web site on the drive down. After the introduction with Johnny, it soon became apparent that he was professional, but he was also down to Earth and a joy to work with. The dealership had 2 of the models I was looking for ( one white, one gray) and after taking a test drive, I was torn between colors. By this time it was getting dark outside. Johnny was thoughtful enough to pull both vehicles under the lighting for me to look at side by side to help my decision. Even though it was close to 8 pm and closing hours for the dealership on a Saturday evening, Johnny was impressive with his patience in an attempt to help us make a deal. I was also impressed that the General Sales Manager took the time to come out and speak with us. In the end, even though we came VERY close to making a deal; we did not. I left disappointed, and I would have liked to give them my business. I don't have anything negative to say about the dealership nor the employees. I would deal with them again, even with a 3 hour drive.

Amazing customer service not just with my salesman, Tarik, but with the entire team as well! Initially, I only visited this location for service, which was always a good experience. But recently, I decided to upgrade my Jeep Wrangler & was fortunate enough to have Tarik as my salesman. He was patient, kind, & honest. I appreciated that if he didn’t know something (I ask ALOT of questions!), he would find someone who had the right answer. They made sure I got everything I wanted with my new Jeep. It has been over 90 days since purchasing my vehicle, and I just received an improper tag and registration. I have been trying to contact them for nearly three months now, and with over a dozen calls and voicemails to the finance managers I have not a received a SINGLE call back. They do not care about you as a customer once they have the sale. I wanted to transfer my original tag, which had 45 days remaining until it expired. The admin department failed to transfer/renew my tag in time (even though they had a month and a half to do so), leading them to then have to apply for a completely new tag/registration. Now, nearly three months since purchasing the vehicle, the tag arrived, but is not the proper plate (specialty university plate) and the expiration is incorrect. I would like to say that the salesman I had (Destin) was fantastic through the buying experience, and has tried to assist in the ongoing and prolonged registration dilemma. If only the remaining experience was as great. I am still awaiting a response from a manager or owner of the dealership.

Unfortunately, we had an issues with our new Grand Cherokee L and it could not be fixed due to supply shortages of the part needed. However, Steven Best worked with us and Jeep and got us a new vehicle. This was an inconvenience to us all, but they came through and made it right. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them and we will continue to buy from them in the future.

Was asked by salesperson if I wanted to have anything removed off of the car. I told him yes, my orange brake caliper covers. The only reason I hadn't done it yet was because I wasn't planning on trading it so soon. But I wanted them back. Now I'm being told, it's not possible due to it be appraised as is. Those are aftermarket parts & anyone that sells cars knows any aftermarket part installation brings the car value down. I will be reaching out to the headquarters & corporate office, today.

Service guys are super friendly and don’t pressure you to get a bunch of stuff they just politely mentioned it.I bought a brand new truck six months ago so they honored the free oil change that they said by word and the car wash but I couldn’t get when I bought the truck because it was late at night. The Finance guy Bill gave me the best experience buying his car and a manager JR just simply no pressure great experience. Would definitely buy my next truck here because of the service and the price was the best.

Great buying experience! These people know hw to run a dealership. My wife and I stopped in during a recent road trip. The shopping, test driving, negotiating, financing and a detail job was less than 3 hours. The salesman Chris was a great help and patient as my wife inspected every small detail. Mike was great in coming to a price we both could live with. The Finance man Mr. Black was very professional and not pushy as some F&I guys can be. Overall 5 stars. They carry a vast inventory and run a top notch dealership. Well worth the 6 hr. drive from West Virginia.

The service technicians & mechanics do an outstanding job, offer advice, ensure vehicle is secure & service is perform as expected. The new service advisor process appears to need some improvement. I was handed off from one person to another, work was not explained, history was not reviewed, and future maintenance needs were not recommended. In the past, having service performed here was done with confidence, but this time felt average & I was treated as a complete stranger, not someone who has used this dealership for more than five years.

Our salesperson was awesome; she was patient and not overly aggressive which was a nice change. She also wore a mask. However, the majority of the staff did not wear masks during our 3 hours there. The fact that they do not have enough respect for me as a customer to not try and prevent the spread of a deadly virus, means I will not be retuning and would not recommend. The customer is always right and when you are in this industry, you should put aside your own beliefs and respect theirs.

We all know vehicles are very expensive these days. The dealer has to make their profit or they wouldn’t be in business, but what really matters is that if you leave a car lot with your brand new automobile and you’re happy, that’s what matters. This was my experience dealing with Capital jeep. I have purchased four vehicles from them. Yes, it’s all a back-and-forth negotiating game, but if you get what you want and you’re happy, and it’s where you need to be with a vehicle, then that should be all that matters. Everybody from our sales person, to the general manager, to Larry in the service department have been top-notch with Larry going above and beyond an issue I had that was resolved quickly. I have never worked with a dealership that is as much concerned as their customers as this one. Before you purchase your next vehicle, go try them out.

Purchased a new RAM 2500 earlier in the year 2021, started making a noise a few months later. Called in today to see if they can see what is wrong since we purchased an extended warranty. They are wanting to charge a diagnostic fee plus what ever they find wrong with it. Makes no sense, what was the whole point of buying and extended warranty???? I don’t recommend Capital Dealership!!!!!!

I’m giving a ONE STAR for this location. I ordered a part and was told it would be there the next day. Never got a call about my part being there. Waited a WHOLE week to see if they would call and they didn’t. So I called them to see if my part was in. Which it was and had been there since the day it was supposed to be there. Come to find out they said they were just too busy to call me and let me know the part was there. But when I went in the dealership they are all talking, laughing, playing around not doing anything. I’m very disappointed in this location. And I spend a lot of money with them. They will not get anything else from me.
I do apologize that there was a break down in communication as to when the part came in.

In 2009, I returned home from overseas and dropped in at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge to just look at the Ram 1500, Hemi, Quad cabs, with 4x4. I had no intention of buying, up until I was offered a new customer deal of $5,000 off the MSRP along with a $5,000 rebate. Since then I have bought two more Ram’s (Big Horn and Sport) and graduated to the crew cab. What a difference the room makes along with the comfort of the slightly reclined rear seat. I also bought my wife a new Journey and then a Jeep Cherokee. I usually do not like to trade-in my vehicles, but each time I was offered a very fair deal. I am not an easy sale and I shopped around each time hitting several other dealerships, but we always ended up going back to Capital for the best deal and customer loyalty. The entire staff is courteous and efficient. I use their service department and everyone there is equally competent and friendly. This is the only place I will go now. Thank you Nick, Curtis, Barry, Mike, Holly, and all the rest. I didn’t mean to skip anyone! Bought my new 2021 Ram crew cab. They gave me the best trade-in and price despite raising costs for new vehicles. Just got my free 1st oil change and they threw in a free tire rotation. Thank you Randy and both Steves. Your total Customer Service is amazing. I’ll be back again. Oct 2021: Just took my new Ram in for the first oil change, which was free. They also rotated my tires at no charge. Everyone in service was very professional from the moment I arrived until I departed. My salesman also came out and talked to me about my Ram and asked about any issues. There were none. I would not own any other vehicle. My RAM is perfect in all ways. Jan 2022: I got an email warning me there was a problem with my new truck. I went outside and sure enough the battery was dead. Capitol took care of that by giving me a brand new battery at no charge. Great service as usual.

I found a Jeep Wrangler on-line and came to the dealership to take a look on saturday. My salesman Joshua Lyons met me in the parking lot and asked if I needed help. He was very helpful but not aggressive or pushy. It turned out the Wrangler I was looking at online was at a different location. He offered to have the vehicle delivered so I could see it and even went out of his way to show me some new features on the newer models. I ended up seeing a Wrangler I liked but had to be at work and didn't have time. Joshua was understanding and got my basic info to start working a deal after a test drive. I came back on Monday at 930am. I was home with the Jeep before lunch. He even drove the Jeep home so I didn't have to make an extra trip. He was extremely friendly and professional. I dealt with Cheyenne on the business/finance side. What a professional young woman. She had me out of her office in less than 10 minutes and was extremely personable and informative. I spent less than 3 total hours to buy this vehicle. Great Job Capital CJD!!

Traveling from Kentucky and had issues with my diesel truck def fuel system. Joe Tomberlin was very helpful even though the parts were back ordered until mid July. I have waited a few months before adding my review. I bought my vehicle used back in May due to getting hit head on by a distracted driver. It was a vehicle that one of their own employees had turned in. Not even two days after buying my vehicle the check engine light turns on. Reached out, had to go through multiple people before getting someone to take care of it. Found multiple holes throughout the exhaust system, they offer to fix it. Get my truck back and they did a sloppy spot weld on the exhaust and didn’t even fix all of the holes but no check engine light though (for a few days). While there Im told that they knew the check engine light was turning on and off and that if it happens again that I am better off taking it somewhere else because they use an outside shop that is not affiliated with them. Long story short I have had to invest over $1500 into this truck to keep it running right. The same PO420 code kept coming on even after they claimed to have fixed it. Valve cover gasket was blown along with the seals which with this specific vehicle required an entire brand new valve cover (left and right) which caused me to have to replace spark plugs and ignition coils (which aren’t cheap). Also the drive belt was dry rotted and was about to break. I understand there is a risk to buying used, but check engine lights that are known about should be fixed prior to going out on the floor. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you are buying a BRAND new vehicle that no one has touched yet.

The salesman, Josh was AMAZING. He wasn't pushy like most people. He actually listened to what I wanted and offered me advice. I decided to order my new jeep. Josh kept me in the loop the entire process and answered any questions I had. I did not get the warm fuzzy feeling from the finance guy. Pretty sure he quoted me 1 price for the extended warranty but put a higher price in my paperwork. I can verify that in my paperwork. Also, when you fill the survey out be sure to give everyone all 10s or your salesman will get screwed. That's probably standard across the board but it pi**ed me off that he didn't get all he should have.

Called to ask about part availability and also cost. Was told I would receive a call back before 6pm. I waited all day because of circumstances and really wanted to know what I was getting into with my car. However I called back around 530 to have the employee tell me it would be within 24 hours. 24 hours no call. I called back not happy. Only needed a phone call. Guy I spoke with hung up on me by transferring me to parts. I only wanted to know pricing because If it was going to be a repair that cost more than the car was worth I was going to buy a new car! Customer service is not good. They do not care about your time. Guy was rude. I own 2 dodge cars and 1 ram truck. Always had amazing experiences with other dodge dealerships. Not this one. Would not recommend.

One of the easiest purchases I've ever made - at a minimum, the least amount of work I've ever put into buying a vehicle. Bobby, the salesman, made this so smooth - he let us test drive a vehicle and efficiently acted as the go-between for the negotiation. Jeff was the sales manager and he was up front and fair. In this car market, the dealerships always have the leverage, and Capital CJD never treated us like that. They were fair, quick, and respectful, and we definitely appreciated our experience. Additionally, Bobby understood our need to do things as remotely/from home as possible given we have two kids under two and he delivered the vehicle to us. I know that dealerships offer delivery but the way he did everything to accommodate us really was above and beyond. The only knock on our experience was that the vehicle we bought had a lot of pre-delivery inspection issues , including a large piece of interior trim that was not attached completely - how did somebody miss that? Fortunately, the experience getting everything remedied was great and easy, but did require us to take time out of work to drop off and pick up. Ultimately, that could've just been bad luck. Everything else was great though - I strongly recommend Capital CJD, Bobby, and Jeff!

Horrible experience. My fiancé and I along with two children came here today to look at the new 2022 Jeep grand Cherokees because it was a the top of our list. He recently got in a accident and we were in need of another car very soon. Amongst arrival we were told there were none of the new body styles in stock, later we found out there were one in stock and one of the 2022 older body styles as well. We were not offered a test drive the vehicle and we received a few ideas though our sales rep about pricing . Our plan was to lease this car in our business name. After speaking with the sales rep again before getting ready to leave he let us know that there were some rebates on the older body model that we can take advantage of. So we asked if we could see how that would look towards a lease. He went inside to get pricing after he asked us a few more qualifying questions. All to come back out to tell us his manager won’t give us pricing until we test drive it and until we find a car that we want to purchase today….. we will take our services elsewhere.

Came in needing a emergency repair on my tire before an 8 hour trip. They got me in and out within an hour on a busy Friday. I really appreciate the service given to me since other tire shops in the area couldn't help me.

I created a service appointment online, and was running a few minutes late. As a courtesy, I called the service center to let them know I was running a few minutes late. She stopped me and asked what time my appointment was, and, ultimately, told me that the shop was already closed. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to get an urgent oil change done, and completely wasted my time. The service manager was supposed to call and never did. Scheduling processes desperately need attention, as this was extremely frustrating.

I was going to buy a truck from them. Already pre-approved and had already sent the contract to my bank. When they come out of the office and tell me they can't sell me that truck because some one coming from out of state gave them 20 grand to set it aside. And they tell me they have to sell me another truck. Never have I've been treated like my money is not good enough. Don't know if me being Hispanic had anything to do with it but it really felt like it. All they would say is "I'm sorry we only do what upper management says". Don't go there unless you want to be treated like your nothing.

Wow, just WOW! My husband and I went to Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge yesterday because there were several vehicles that caught our interest from researching their internet site. We arrived and found, “Destin”, who gave us superior service on our quest to find “the one”. We actually found several vehicles that we really liked, but narrowed it down to two choices. After being unable to decide between the two, we bought both a Jeep Wrangler and a Buick Enclave! Why buy two vehicles from the same dealership? Well, once you arrive at this dealership, you will understand. No high pressure sales pitches, just honest people who are very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles they sell. We were treated so kindly from the moment we arrived until the final titles were transferred! This place and it’s employees are GEMS!

The customer service rep was RUDE, clearly didn’t know the codes of service per the manager who attempted to defend him in his actions. I was disgusted. I will NEVER do business with this auto group again. I understand a bad day, but bowing up on a customer asking to speak to a manager to rectify your wrong doing is disrespectful and tragic. They didn’t even offer to make the situation right. Beyond Disgusting!!! Be careful who you do business with, they might be a customer service nightmare.

This is my second time with CCJD. The first experience was not great and I chalked it up to the fact it was a warranty repair. When I had a second warranty repair i was prepared for less than stellar service. I am happy to say this time around the the service specialist who helped me, Chad Wentworth, was helpful and efficient. My Wrangler warranty repair was taken care of and I had some additional work done at the same time which saved me some money because the repairs were stacked. It rally is the people who make the difference.

Awesome experience with this dealership. Harry Dew and William Kistler were awesome to work with. Zero price gouging on a hard to find car, and even found me extra rebates that I didn't know I was eligible for. When I get ready for another car, they will be the first people I call(even though they are 2 hours away from me). Just a very laid back atmosphere with no sketchyness or pressure tactics like most places. Highly recommend!

WARNING! STAY AWAY. DISHONEST. UNETHICAL. Contacted dealer about a Jeep online, said they had it. I had them do an appraisal on my trade and run my credit to get approval and have everything done because I was driving 2.5 hours away! They gave me my finance rate, payments and everything. I told them I would leave as soon as I got off work. I called as soon as I left work to say I was on the way and was told I PULLED IT OFF THE LOT, IT'S IN THE BACK GETTING CLEANED AND WILL BE READY WHEN YOU GET HERE. And 2 hours into my 2.5 hour drive I get a call saying, hey sorry, someone else is on the floor and we are selling it to them because they do not hold vehicles for customers!!!! I called the GM and he explained it was unacceptable and he would do everything he could to fix it. Promised to buy a Jeep from auction, dealer, or person, "whatever it took" and that he would deliver it to me! (GREAT NEWS!) This was over a week ago and he has been ignoring my calls and messages the last 4 days. This is unethical and unacceptable. Please do not do business with this dealership. Do not give people like this your money.

I took my new car in for its first oil change and tire rotation today and had a very good experience. I made an appt online last week and was able to get the day and time I wanted. When I arrived this AM, the Service person greeted me right away and started the process. I did some work in the waiting area while they worked on my car. It would be nice if there was a quieter place to wait, but that may just be a temporary waiting area due to covid (it's open to the show room ) I don't know. The work was finished quickly and everyone was helpful and friendly. That made an inconvenient task (routine car maintenance) much more bearable. 🙂

Very good servicecenter. Came in from out of town on business thinking I knew what was wrong with my truck, and how they needed to fix it. Left the truck with them and there diagnosis proved not only did I not know, but my home mechanic apparently didn't either. Gave me a write up to take to him, put in a bypass to get me rolling, could not say enough good stuff about them. Fernando is the man, and I owe him yet another apology, as I was kind of an a$$, he dealt with it and got me going, professionally at all times.

I will never return to this dealership! 5 months later and we are still waiting for our tags and have to keep coming up there to get new 30 day tags. 2 letters from the bank stating they were coming to get the vehicle due to no title nor paperwork and all I keep getting is the title was lost…. It doesn’t take 5 months to get a title. Been there twice and still nothing! I would not recommend them to anyone! The sales manager was a complete jerk as well!

Took my 2014 Wrangler JK 2 door in for an oil change and tire rotation and left in a rental somewhere between the time I left my vehicle and the time they finished something went wrong I drove 300 ft. And the check engine light came it started smoking and the engine started missing I only have 30396 miles on it they admitted after an hour of waiting that the tech did a sloppy job and got oil everywhere after another hour they said they didn't know what happened but it wasn't from the oil change. Got there at 8:00am left at 11:30am. It all started when they tried to lift it with a lift that didn't fit due to the 33" tires. Can't wait for the next excuse

Everyone was so easy to work with. We told the sales rep exactly what we were looking for. She looked at the available inventory and found us a couple trucks to choose from. We made our choice and sat down and did the paperwork. The gentleman from the finance department sat down with us and we talked and he got approved within 15-20 minutes. From the time we drove in until the time we drove out with our new to us truck was about 4 hours. They put our new vehicle thru the detail shop, filled it up with gas and we switched out everything and we were on our way. Overall it was an awesome experience and we will most definitely go back for our next vehicle

I visited Dodge this morning because I was concern about my seatbelt cover hanging off. My concern was the cover had writing on it suggesting that my Air bag was located there(it wasn’t). Fernando Sanchez was the technician that helped me and relaxed my nerves by taking his time to explain to me that my airbag was not located there. He also fixed my cover in record time and was so courteous and polite. I will be coming back in the future to Fernando Sanchez and will recommend all of my family and friends to him. This location provides awesome service. I went in for an oil change but I had an issue with my tire for the longest time. I had taken it to another location twice but they did not find the issue. The technician found the problem and resolved it in minutes. The staff is friendly and frequently provides updates on what is being done.

I came here last Thursday for the Express Lane oil change and the service rep told me it would be an hour and a half so I needed to make an appointment and come back. I went in today, with a 9:30 am appointment, and was there an hour and twenty minutes. So, there is no such thing as express oil change here. Just go to a quick oil change place.
Valerie, I do apologize. Our Express Lane is just an Express Lane, to do the Regular Services takes on average 30 to 45 minutes per vehicle. So we have been looking for a new Wrangler for 2 weeks. Our needs were specific so finding exactly what we wanted was a lot of work. We actually looked at 6 dealerships and it was painful! This morning I found what we were looking for and called Harry at Capital Jeep took us 2 hours to get there and a little less than 1.5 hours to test drive and depart in a new Jeep. Guy was a great sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and through in explaining about the vehicle, answered all my questions His attentiveness and professional rapport without resorting to high pressure sales was the reason that I purchased from Capital Godge as opposed to the other 3 dealerships that I visited. Guy was also sensitive to my need to get food during our sales process due to my diabetes and took me to get a sandwich. Overall, my experience was great- a great truck and great customer service. Our service advisor, James Kinney, ws top notch. My car is 7 years old and finally had an electronic device get weird. Required some parts. All but one was available but James called 10 dealership and tried to convince them to cell the harness for my GPS. It works but I can't do updates until we secure one. Along the way, James called me daily with updates and from the beginning when we developed a game plan together, he was excellent at communication. All the other items (six in all) on my list were completed and they didn't try to oversell me with new back brakes. Good for another 5,000 miles. In all I appreciated James' attention to me and my car's needs. I'd ask for him again.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get my truck worked on. The service advisor chad was very rude and actually hung up on me while we were on the phone. Then when I came to pick up my truck (because I decided to get the work done myself) he just told me the price for the “diagnostic” that they did. Didn’t say anything besides the price. I have gone to this dealership so many times and always had the best experience but I can say firmly that I won’t be giving them my business or my families ever again. One bad apple ruined the entire experience. An experience so bad I tried to reach out the manager of the entire dealership to tell them about the experience with the person who is supposed to represent the company.

Easy to schedule appointments and get things fixed on the car but I asked for things to be explained to me and when I tried to ask questions I was given a dumbed down answer or little to no answer at all. It was not until I brought my father in with me and only then I got a clear description of exactly what was done to my car. I also received my car with a coolant problem and a missing screw. When I expressed the issue, I was given a nod and we’ll fix it instead of confirming the issue and an apology or grace. If I kept driving my car with this issue it could have over heated. Not mad at the mechanics, more the customer service. If you’re a female and you plan on getting a more complicated repair I would advise going somewhere else!

We had been eyeing vehicles on the CJD lot for over a month and had some great email correspondence with Randy to help figure out our budget and trade in options. Ultimately, they had a CPO vehicle that matched almost everything we were looking for. Randy was super flexible with our test drive timing and the buying process. We did run into a few mechanical issues shortly after buying the vehicle, however, Larry, Darrin, and Steven all provided fantastic support in figuring out the warranties and repairs. While the process was slightly frustrating, I am very thankful for the support Capital CJD provided to ensure we were happy and our vehicle was in great condition.

After giving all my information, income statements and them running my credit like 4 times they never even had the decency to give me a yes or no answer..... Kept saying we have to get approval from the main manager & he is not in. I was promised a follow up call, which I never received. I even called to check on what was going on and was still left clueless. I'm trying to figure out how hard was it to say yes or no. Why the run around?? Just sickening and unprofessional!!
