Honestly the only branch that felt local and willing to help the customer. When my account almost got shut down because my business partner was not present due to inconsistency in the paperwork caused by an employee, the other branches told me I had 24 hours. However, this branch was able to make an exception and wait until the weekend was over to allow my business partner time to come back after a business trip to complete it.

I’ve been a member for over 10 years. Started having withdrawal fees no one could explain or refund, even though there was money in both accounts. It was so disappointing and jarring that I decided to close my account to avoid any more mystery fees. The customer service rep was condescending and borderline ridiculing me for wanting to close my account over a “small” fee (that I was charged 15 times and no one could explain). Another rep called me after I “closed” my account to tell me that my account was not in fact set for closure. They did finally explain the fee, but the damage was done. I will never bank or get a loan from here again.

We met Grace, teller on a weekend. She is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Printed new master cards for all 4 of us, updated our file, and was able to dispense different denominations for my withdrawal for different needs, quarters for my laundry, bill for vending machine. She is able to adjust to all our needs. She is awesome!!! Very happy with her help, she is a blessing!

We took a draft from there Customer and then credit union decided not to honor the draft bad business on there part will not do business with them anymore We had talked with the main department and got a run around, will not do business with this credit union

I've been a member of Campus USA since 1973. I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff are friendly and professional. Their very knowledgeable in their job. The building is always clean, smells good. Bathroom has always been clean. The offer a variety of services for you to look into.

Member over 40 years. Great service, never long lines, low fees, competitive rates. Love the mobile deposit feature built into the app. And for maintaining a sufficient balance (actual value is not disclosed) I've actually gotten a $100 gift check many years in a row. Ever hear of a bank doing that?

I've always had a great experience with this bank. Whether going inside or using the drive-through the customer service is wonderful. Today I was helped by Miss J. Taylor and she was so incredibly pleasant the whole time. Took care of what I needed with no issue and much ease. I look forward to using this bank for years to come.

My experience over the past 30+ years has been wonderful. The assistance I’ve received in dealing with different financial issues that have come up has been so helpful. I’m grateful this has been my “bank” all these years.
