I love my credit union! Staff is friendly and always willing to gothe extra mile. They witnesses and notarized myPOA as well as several other items. And they never charged me a sngle rredcent. So much easier than using a giant bank that never provides a service unless it increases thier bottom line.

I have been a member of Call Federal for several years and I'm so glad I am. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I love the fact that when ;you deposit money in your account, it's in the bank right then. You don't have to wait for your money to appear in your account the next day. I also like that if your credit card is hacked, the fraud department will contact you right away. You can go in the branch that day and pick up a new debit or credit card if the branch is open. No waiting 2 weeks for the bank to mail you one. Their services are #1. The people that work at the main office and the branches I've been to have been friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Call Federal Credit Union is the place you need to bank it. You won't be sorry you did.

The manager at my Call Federal Credit Union, Kevin Caldwell, is excellent in serving all your needs...he sets the standard for all those there in the most friendly, caring attitude I've ever experienced.

Our family has been with CFCU now for well over 20 years - probably more, I just don't remember. And even though I have been retired now for almost 10 years, CFCU still helps out with the same great service. They have been especially helpful around tax time because we spend our fall, winter and spring in Florida and the USPS does not always forward the mail. Never an issue getting tax info electronically. Again, super service!
