1 I called on the phone and they hung up in my face. 2 i went inside and it seemed like she was busy or either didn’t wanna do her job . I had questions and overall I usually have a great experience but this Woman seemed new to customer service.

I came into Allied Cash Advance with an emergency family situation and I was nervous that they wouldn’t be able to help me. A woman by the name of Karimah worked with me to make sure that I got what I needed. I will definitely be referring Allied Cash Advance to other!

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would do so. The worst experience I have ever had with a loan company! Paid off my balance and was told that I needed to come in to sign a form to close my account, at which time I informed the representative that I would be unable to do so for quite some time because of work and being out of town. Was NOT told that a maintenance fee of $60 would be applied to my account with a $0 balance or I would have arranged for them to email me a copy of the closure form and have dropped it off overnight when I was available! When I then reached out to inquire, "Jennifer" avoided my simple question of why was I charged $60, and only kept responding, " I told you I cannot close your account without you coming in to turn in that form"....not sure why she could not understand the question or why I was not told about the $60 when I paid my balance and explained I wouldn't be able to drop off the "close my account" paper for a while?!? Will NEVER use this service again and I highly suggest you don't either!

Asia was so help, just when I thought all was lost..i came in & she helped me right away told me what I needed as well as what I need to do in order to get approved, im excited to say that I left with a pleasant feeling & a sigh of relief & it only took a few minutes, Thank you so much for all of your help today.

Avoid at all circumstances. I took a $750 loan out. Paid it in full ahead of time. 6 months later I received a bill for $250 for nothing but fees and missed payments on fees over the course of the months. Zero chance I pay it. They recommended I keep my account ‘open’ in case I need another loan and if I don’t it will automatically close after 90 days. And then they went ahead and charged me ‘maintanance fees’ on my account between then and now. What a joke. They’re thieves and no chance they get more of my money. Sad thing is before this whole thing they were actually incredible nice and friendly. But they showed their true colors.

Thank you so much! I can not tell you how happy I am. Karimah helped me out with getting my money in order and now I can shop a little now and save a little later. Thank you girl and I’ll be looking forward to coming in with an update :)!!
