Great guy! When we walked in he recognized my fiance right off the bat and he'd only been in there one time before that. Hes very nice and his customer service is impeccable ! Very honest and genuinely cares about his customers. We live in montpelier and would rather drive the 40 min to see him than deal with any of the other hacks around Richmond !! He's also got a beautiful puppy and its the first thing you notice when walking up to the store. I definitely recommend this place

I went to several other gold dealers in the area and was not satisfied with them. I was going to keep my item but decided to take a chance on Cash for Gold. One of the first things I noticed was the Police Officer that was working there, that gave me a sense of relief given the recent events in our country. The second thing was the adorable puppy that the owner had. Lastly I found the owner to be hilarious. He not only beat the competitors price, but he also took the time to show me the going market rate of gold and explained to me how diamonds are rated and measured. I just left Mr Marvins place and let me tell you! He's Super sweet super professional very courteous and so funny and I love his puppy! I needed a few extra dollars for bills and he truly help me out I left out of there thinking wow!! I did not believe I was going to get that much money!! My hopes were not high when I went in from previous places before but Mr. Marvin truly surprised me.
