The ladies here are always very sweet and helpful! They were patient in helping me figure out an issue I had with a check. I went in very stressed and came out feeling relief and grateful for the ladies taking the time to help me out, especially the manager Nadia. The ladies are nice and everything but literally every time I get an advance they set it up for my direct deposit day but then are still calling me multiple times days before... like hello the money will be there on the day its going to be there...it's a direct deposit...why are you bugging me

I truly want to say when I went to cash my check after losing my ex husband who i was married to for 21 years and have raised 10 children with , i was greeted by a woman named Frances. She truly comforted me and talked with me from the heart. Which truly meant a lot . She cashed my checks and she gave me comfort and hope. That is rare these days . Truly recommend this business they go out of their way to help . They explain things thoroughly and try to give you all options available to you.

Had a great experience today with my visit. I unfortunately was deer in the head lights so I didn’t get the tellers name to give her a shout out, but if you see a beautiful young Nubian Queen at the window, wait for her. She is awesome and helped me with everything I needed. Definitely will be using this place for future use.

Older woman whom I believe is the manager there who doesn't wear her mask around her employees and clients is super rude and unprofessional. I walk out and will never use there service again. She cant even keep any of her protocols straight everytime I use this place out of convenience not necessity its something different. I feel bad for the employees that work there she treats them like slaves talks down to them while they are trying to service clients. And the way she talks to clients....is horrendous.

Have been coming here for 4 years. I came in today and they refused to give me a loan because I didn't have my latest bank statement with me. I have .y account info on my phone but they still refused. The new owners are rude and are idiots. 4 years and they treated me like a crook. They have lost a customer.

Worst experience ever i would never go back there and this lady should be fired ..I came in on Wednesday morning to cash my golden state stimulus check I give her all my info she verifies my cell phone sign all these papers and then tells me my check has a stop payment on it and she then tells me and don't try to cash it anywhere else cuz it has a stop payment on it I told her I heard her and left well I had to sit on the phone for 3 hours to find out there's nothing wrong with my check and walmart cashed it with no problems...there was no stop payment on it this lady was rude from the get go I didn't get her name but she is older Mexican lady with a hurt finger looks like she smashed it in a door she deserves whatever happened to her...wasted my whole morning contacting state why she would tell me that is beyond me so dont waste your time going there thanks julie schaffer

Worst Customer Service, Very Slow. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'd give this a Negative Star...

For my 300th review I am pleased to say that if not for this location I would have completely condemned this company. The very kind lady here took into account the holiday last week and understood how frustrating it is when people are on a power trip [see my review of the Hemet location of this company] She went ahead and cashed my check, making this the most excellent experiance I have had since I stopped using banks and credit cards and went off the "grid" as to mainstream financial that is.. Francis is a great clerk, with seasoned customer service etiquette. Thanks.
