Hey dear Inland Empire folks, if u need to sell ur valuables or buy goods or need cash loans, please do urself a huge favor, plz plz plz consider Frontera Cash and Loans first than going any where else bc Frontera is not like ur typical ordinary business in this day and age, this place is a genuine, fair, honest, valuable and one of a kind business, go experience it for urself, u will walk out of there very happy and content and satisfactory for ur business transaction. They will go out their way to serve u as a customer and to earn ur business. This was my first time doing business with Frontera Jewlery and Coins and I am a Los Angeles county resident, I would love to drive this far to Lake Elsinore if I need their services and I will not go any where else, just bc u can’t find great genuine traditional ethical business like Frontera in this day and age. I had urgent business needs last minute on a Saturday evening at 6 pm to buy a computer gaming tower for my 8 year son, Google showed tht they close at 6 pm, I called them at 5:50 pm and told them plz don’t close at 6 pm and wait for me a few additional minutes bc I had abt 25 minutes of drive to get there, I called them and talked to this wonderful curtious and polite young lady named Delila and she assured me tht they will wait and stay a few past 6 pm for me. I got there by 6:20 and they had stayed open for me. I met Marrie and Delila there, the most two hardworking, professional, honest and helpful employees which I consider worth more than a million dollar asset and value for this business. I went there to buy one item, but when I walked out which was almost 8 pm, I had purchased 4 items at excellent and exceptional value and price which was a really nice gaming tower, and old and almost antique tip top condition hard to find accordion with great harmonic sound tht I had been looking for years and years, a beautiful violin, and an 18k gold ring with a huge ruby stone on it all for $970.00. I had been willing to pay abt $1000 just for the computer tower, speaking of value for my money. Marrie and Delila looked tired but they were so cool and smiley and helpful towards me as their customer, and check out the decency and the great ethics in these two young employees bc I demanded more discount on the purchase, but they were so loyal and kind to their employer and their boss bc they were concerned and focused for the end number and the net profit for their boss or the business owner which wasn’t in the store at tht time, and at the end of my transaction I give them both reward for their awesome customer service, they wouldn’t take it my cash tip even though they stayed two hrs extra to help me buy these great items, I really had to insist upon them to accept my tip for their hardwork and genuine customer service and business knowledge. Dear boss or business owner, please reward ur two awesome employees Marrie and Delila with fat bonuses and a substantial salary increase and somehow include them in the profit sharing of ur business bc they are such a gem and value added and bread and butter to your business and if u did that, I will guarantee and assure u tht Frontera will have substantial higher net income and more profit in your pocket for more encouragement and achievements of these two young ladies and they truly 100% deserve it, bc I witnessed their heart felt dedication and hardwork at your business at ur absense. Local people plz support and be regular and loyal customers of Frontera Jewlery and coin pawn shop bc they deserve it and u will be very happy tht u did. Win win situation for everyone. Don’t write reviews but my mom always pays her bills here recently she went and she came back very upset the employee helping her was ALFONSO my mother explained she needed to pay a bill he said I can’t, no reason or explanation mind the fact that my mother only speaks Spanish But can somewhat understand English and he told her in English, so then she proceed to tell him she wanted a money order, what really upset me was that he told her, “tell me in English” knowing she cannot speak English. very rude I understand not everyone is bilingual but what they need to understand is how are they gonna work in a place that transfers money to all Latin countries and not put someone who speaks Spanish and English horrible service I will not let my mother come here again I rather drive the extra time than let her go there again ! Very upset customer ! I will be telling my friends not to go there either

Never been to such an unprofessional pawn shop in my life! Waste of my time. I usually never leave reviews but I felt like I had to on this one. The first lady that helped me out was honestly nice but was offering me $2 for something I was trying to sell. So I told her no thank you. I asked her if they take in microwaves and auto tools. She said yes but we have to take a look at it to see if it's in good condition. So I go back to my car to get the microwave. As soon as I walk in, the Latina lady with the black hair gave me a dirty look and looked back at all her co-workers . So I said "you guys don't take microwaves?" And she said "yea buuut, not countertop that big". She could have just said we don't take them and simple as that. But she decided to give me a dirty look and be all rude about it!? I spoke out and said "you guys don't take microwaves like this one obviously because all of you gave me a weird look when I walked in ! " And she goes "yeaaaaa" in the rudest way ! I definitely won't be coming back !!!

Went in on 2 occasions to look at a ring I had seen before when there. Both times the ladies were sitting around in the cash loan room. They never would come out to help me. Will never trade with them again.

Supremely unprofessional outfit. The manager and sales reps don't communicate, the manager doesn't know how a resale certificate works, and had me drive almost 2 hours to buy a watch at a price that we agreed on, only to back out on the deal. Not to be trusted.

They posted a watch for sale on Offerup. Ww agreed on a price, and the day I would come pick it up. I notified them when I was heading their way (because it was a 1.5hr + drive). And when I arrive, they first tell me they won't sell it to me at the price we agreed upon, and then tell me they won't sell it to me because they want to give the person who pawned it a chance to come pick it up. If that were the case, why offer it for sale in the first place. I wasted my time. Don't waste yours. Stay away. They're clueless.

Purchased a couple watches, Karmen who assisted was very helpful and friendly. A down to earth place to come and get what you need. Check them out they rock!
