California Check Cashing Stores Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights

Wow I’ve always cashed my schools “cards act” government checks here ... and this time the lady charged 10 percent of that check... that’s literally taking advantage of low income college students during a pandemic, not too mention everytime I come in she is so rude it seems like she hates her job I do not know her name I wish I could get ahold of the manager an talk to her because gov checks are only suppose to take 3 percent .... but besides that the woman was just so so mean. I even asked her if she was angry about something an she ignored me

Do not do the Crestline loan. They never tell you about the interest fee you need to pay every pay period and if you want to stop using the loan there is a fee for that. Yet they will charge you to cash the check and they have to call their manager to let them know you want to take the check. That loan is a scam. How can you accumulate interest on a paid off loan. And you have to pay to keep it open. Its not helpful. They say they will cash your check yet they won't waive the fee for a loan they are contracted to use? Seriously though even the new staff there are useless. They also don't really follow any sanitary guidelines between customers. You have to tell them to clean after a customer coughs or sneezes on their tables.

Need more people working on a Saturday. Sat in line for over 30 minutes. The cashier Amy was having a stressful day, we all have stressful day but when you see you have a long line you need to work at a faster pace

The girls in here a really great they do what ever they can to help you out.I will everyone anywhere eles.Thanks for being so kind and helpful

Went in to the Auburn and greenback store and was given a unchangeable 100.00 bill was treated very unprofessionally by employee (short Mexican girl who would not give her name)i was so upset by the lack of help I forgot my phone when I went back was told laughing she didn't have to open the door and return my phone as a older person I was appalled as a customer to be treated with such total disrespect

My husband and I went to California Check cashing off of Northgate blvd in Sacramento to receive funds from LOAN MART( the most itiotic people on earth), we had been in a bad mood going in but left with a smile. No just because we Left with money, Emani is the gal that helped us while training another gal on loans. She has a great attitude even though she was working with a loan company that doesn’t know what they are doing, so from my husband and I we want to thank her for doing her job and doing it with a a smile.

We have been going to this store on Auburn and Greenback for awhile now. Never have we been disappointed. Love these people. Stephanie goes above and beyond for you as do the others and she is always so polite. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Very rude employees...was given a bad 100.oo bill when i returned to ask for another bill or to get change was told that its happened before and to figure it out asked to speak with a manager was told that she wouldnt speak with me..had to call corporate office after 3 days still waiting for responce...do not go there very unprofessional they think nothing of giving bad 100.00 dollar bills on a friday night then laugh at you ...please please beware of a short mexican girl and a very skinny black girl who had no business giving her opinion
