Joe Whitlock was great. My partner and I are first time home buyers, and Joe explained the mortgage approval and closing process to us really clearly and walked us through every step. He's incredibly attentive and followed up right away throughout our pre-approval, house hunt, and closing process. He worked really closely with our realtor during closing and had everything buttoned up without complications. If you work with Caliber I would still recommend working with another lender/broker to get a rate comparison to make sure you get the best rate. Overall Caliber was great to work with, and most importantly they were fast and thorough during closing.
