Great bunch of people to deal with. It's my first choice when I need to sell something and my first choice when I need to buy. Their prices are very fair and the products are like new. Thanks to all who work there.

I can say all positives about this location as opposed to the other location. Whenever there is a problem, they acknowledge the problem. When they can’t do anything about it, they give me alternative solutions. There was a guy who worked at City Pawn when it was close by Rockin Robins. He even does a good job. I had an old Lenovo gaming laptop I originally brought from the North Daily Pawn store. I could not return it back to them because the north location is not as half as good as this south store. Selling it to this location was a solid 100% and I got bang for the buck. They helped me out all the way when the north location did nothing. I’ll come back to this store. Time is well spent!))

Very good people here and very honest not to pushy or mean like most pawn shops.

Called the store prior to showing up inquiring if they could in fact buy kitchen appliances i.e. juicer. The staff on the phone was incredibly friendly and said that a juicer could be sold if it was clean and in good shape. Excited I showed up with my juicer in hand only to find an incredibly rude staff member who didn't even take a look at my juicer & stated that they already had one and that "he would pass." I understand that the shop didn't want said juicer, however telling me on the phone that it is indeed possible to buy one and then to have me show up and be treated stupid by a laughing staff member telling me "we already have one" was the opposite of what I expected. Would not recommend.

By all means don’t show up close to closing the bald headed manager will insult you with the items you bring in at that time. Always enjoyed this place till today. Poor customer service. Sorry you must of had a hot date. My bad for interrupting your date.

They are so incredibly friendly here, and so very clean! I love their deals on movies and how well taken care of the items/ products are. If you’re looking for the best pawn shop in NoCo, come here!

I went in here with a handful of items, looking to make a quick buck. I was impressed by the offer I received on some of the items, and we were able to do some business. Based on what I know about pawn shops, this one is EXTREMELY fair, is well taken care of, and has a decent selection of high quality products. I will only be coming back here in the future, I tend to stick to what I know works and these guys are great. I worked with Matthew during my visit and he was professional and knowledgeable.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Best pawn shop I've ever been too! Came in looking for an electric guitar 🎸 and found the perfect one! Nathan was such a huge help! He helped tune it and get me all set up so I could play and make sure it was all good. He was so kind, helpful, honest and knowledgeable and even showed me how to restring it and even threw in some extra stuff to help me get the best deal. This is such a great place, friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable staff who are good at what they do and very helpful. They have a great selection of products too that help you get what you need at an affordable price. Keep up the great work guys! 😁👍

I've been a customer with Daily Pawn since 2015. This is the best pawn shop in town! Customer service is grate and so are their prices. That's why Daily Pawn is the only pawnbroker in FoCo .it's the only one that I ever recommend to people. And the ONLY pawn shop I will go to. Thank you Nathan and Matt!!

In my opinion it's the best pawn shop in Fort Collins. They are always friendly and there to help. Best part is they will call your cell and let you know when your items are past due if you forget. Other places just let you loose your items but the owner here works with you if you need it. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Nathan and the staff are all so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I've never had a bad experience at this business nor have I come across another pawn shop with more integrity and compassion for their customers. Would highly recommend, I'm never going to another pawn shop again!!

The owner of Daily Pawn, as well as, his employees are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They helped me when I was down on my luck pawn my turntables for a very generous price with very managable payments on something with such sentimental value. I got my turntables back many months later in the exact condition as when I had pawned them, with the addition of stickers which peel off very easy. They also sold me two audio interfaces, two microphones, a MacBook pro and a sexy guitar all in mint condition for very reasonable prices (prices that prove you WILL NOT find a better deal elsewhere). Everything was purchased at seperate times, spanning over some years. They CONSISTENTLY are the best pawn shop in the Fort Collins, Winsor, Loveland metropolitan area. Thier customer service is so phenomenal that I can't do business elsewhere, because most other places genuinely suck and sell people busted products. Daily Pawn does not. I know they make sure everything works, because I have had no problems what so ever with any of my purchases from thier shop. Eleven out of ten, hands down. They earned this review.

They were very helpful. The prices were awesome. Two heavy duty leather jackets for $60 bucks. Amazing. And Ashley really was the best.

My brother and I have been customers here ever since t they opened! Both the owners and everyone else working here are very friendly and helpful. I have been to countless pawn shops throughout the state over the last decade. Both to pawn and purchase various items and products. Of all the places I've ever been, this place is BY FAR THE BEST! They are very friendly and knowledgeable, they offer fair prices, and have a very good selection of whatever your'e looking for! This is a locally owned and operated store, unlike many of the other pawn shops around! The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. They ensure everyone gets helped as quickly as possible but without feeling rushed. They accept cash, credit cards, and store credit. You can get cash or store credit through pawned or sold items too! If this was a chain, like most of the other pawn shops, it would put all the rest out of business!! All the others could definitely learn a lot from Daily Pawn and would be in their best interests to do so!! They have a free downloadable app that I highly recommend everybody use to keep track of their pawned items or to find items to purchase. You can manage and make payments straight through the app to renew your loans and stay up to date so that you don't have to constantly run into the shop to make payments! It is extremely convenient and works very well! I appreciate everything about Daily Pawn and am so thankful for their modern approach to traditional pawn shops!!

My husband and I love coming to daily pawn especially when J Johnson assists us with our purchases . He always makes sure we find the best products and answers all my questions on electronic devices ! He has the best service and we are disappointed when he is not in

I shop here quite a bit due to they always have some specials and this $2 rack outside it's a cart full of items for only $2 which I always find something I may not need but I just want and it's cool to have. I also purchased a lot of high-end Electronics from here that is all worked well and I got a stellar deal on all of them. The two brothers that own the place and are very friendly but if you want me to negotiate price I would talk to the brother with facial hair can't remember his name but he's a really good guy will work with you.

I come here frequent and J Johnson is always outstanding with the customer service, friendly and quick with service. The main reason I'll come here if I plan on pawning anything!

I go in to this pawnshop regularly. I am usually helped by Jay, Maryam, Cole, or Cameron. They always give me a fair price for what I'm selling. Very friendly with great sense of humor.

It’s alright, doesn’t matter how nice you are or how much free stuff you give them or how many times you have gave them service any chance they get they low ball you and take advantage of you struggling. They wouldn’t give me an extra dollar after giving them 4 products Wells worth way more than what they gave. Over all just go to a different pawn shop these guys love to finesse you and hate to be nice

These guys are complete rip offs, thanks for 50 bucks for a laptop that they will probably sell for 2 or 3 hundred and the dude ranch guy who made the deal was totally disrespectful in a personal way.

My son and I were at Vincon this past weekend and purchased several items at the Daily Pawn booth. They were super nice to me and extra nice to my ten year old. We were very happy with our transactions and will stop by their shop next time we are in Fort Collins. Thanks for being so awesome to work with.

The services were excellent and fast. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I Felt like I was buying from someone I knew. However, one employe shined most while I was there. Thank you to Ashley, who made buying a car from a pawn shop easy.

This place is my favorite pawn shop in town. I usually look around for music equipment so being next to music go round is nice. Thanks for helping with my mic! *edit: The BEST pawn shop in Fort Collins hands down. I always recommend this place to people. My mom was coming to town and I wanted a TV for her to watch, so I snagged a nice Sony for $40. I've bought a graphing calculator here, a toaster oven, music equipment, and more. Imagine hitting the thrift store to find that gem you've been looking for. Well, this place is like that in every corner. The staff are all really nice, and I especially enjoy the company of J and Cameron. Thanks everyone!

Did not end up buying anything today but that doesn't mean that these aren't great people to do business with, especially Ashley! What a fun interaction! She has a great knack for customer service, professionalism, and tops it off with a personal, genuine exchange.... The kind that guarantees fires like me end up coming back and checking to see if we can spend our hard earned money… even if we don't really need something. The typical experience at pawn shops can be aggravating, commonly depressing, & more often than not: Full of negatively charged anticipation. Daily pawn (with the help of employees like Ashley) proves to be a wonderful EXCEPTION to that "rule".

They are great guys. I had a guitar I needed to pawn and they did a lot to help me with it. On top if that they looked into my personal situation and needs and worked with me. They are very human and down to earth. There selection is great with lots of cool stuff in a small space. Lots of grow lights if your looking.

I greatly appreciate the guys at this store. When and item I purchased didn't work as promised they not only refunded me but discounted the item I purchased to replace the first one. They were honest without reward. Definitely my spot now.

These guys ROCK! They are by far the best pawn shop in town. When you need to get a loan they are fair and work with you, and when you are looking for something to purchase they have great prices and fantastic sales. The staff is all super friendly and easy to work with and it just has more of a "family" feel.
