Been in this pawn shop several times and service has been so so a 2 to 3 star max . I went in for the first time in a while and got to deal with Carl there employee who totally changed my view on the store. I will be definitely going back based on how he treated me!

VERY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ELDERLY AND EVERYONE IN GENERAL. They will take advantage of you if they think they can worked here for 2 weeks couldn’t take the disrespect towards everyone and they make fun of people for disabilities etc.

I've gone to this pawn shop since 2018, since then, they are under new management. I've always been satisfied. Bought a TV once on pawn, brought it home and there was a nasty blemish on the screen. They told me as long as it's been under 24 hours, my I.D. matched the account or had my receipt that I can get a full refund with no questions asked. It was decent. Since then, they have my loyalty.

I have done business with this place for a while now, and the manager, Melissa is definitely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. If you go to pawn an item here you will get the most for it if you speak with her. this pawn shop has always helped me get much more than any other pawn shop in town for my stuff!

I have been a loyal customer for a number of years now, stopping in at least to once a week to buy movies and/or tools. However a new manager has recently taken over and and I have been treated rudely by this new guy and more than one occasion now. The final straw was when I went in to purchase some movies and he literally threw a fit, in front of his staff and other customers, that I was paying with my card instead of cash. This is unprofessional and I deserve better treatment as a loyal customer and as a human being in general. I understand some cliental at Pawn Shops can be hard to deal with but don't take out frustrations on loyal customers. Until new management comes in I will take my businesses elsewhere in the area. A shame really as the other staff has always treated me with respect, but it just takes one bad apple (especially a manager of all things) to spoil the entire batch.

I used to enjoy buying stuff at this pawn shop. And please be pretty fair about giving you a good price on things you want to get rid of. But my last couple times in a storm the older manager lady your lady has been super disrespectful and unpleasant. To the point you can even see images of CO workers uncomfortable.

Unprofessional, lazy, Employee reeked of liquor, gave us a 5 dollar quote on and almost 400 dollar item only to force us out only after making a point that they close at six, I then proceeded to mention that was still a 45 minute difference from the time on the clock wondering what his point was. Didn't want to do his job so he knew saying 5 dollars was all he would do would cause the reaction it did, which wasor me to take my service else where. Btw I had tools, which will always sell he was just a lazy POS I wish I had it recorded. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Even Mister money was better. So unprofessional and lazy. I felt bad for the older gentleman who was working there as he seemed sympathetic of the customer service I received.

This is a great place to do dealings with. They don’t try to rip you off, have a great attitudes, and aren’t money hungry. In my personal experience, recently, an employee made a mistake and set an item that I brought in as a buy instead of a pawn. When I came to redeem my item and discovered this was the case, the management was expeditious in getting the issue solved, very apologetic, explained in detail what needed to be done to solve the matter, and did not attempt to coerce me out of any money more than what it originally cost to redeem the item. They could have easily sold my item. I recommend this location to anyone.

This place is horrible. Ever since the new owners took over they’re unwilling to negotiate. It’s a PAWN SHOP, that’s what you do there. Tried to buy something that was missing a few pieces. I offered $50 and was told no because they “have to follow the schedule”. Found out they wanted $64 and in a week it would go down to $51, wouldn’t even try and haggle.

I don't work there, and I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars. They lack in having good customer service skills. But I'm always treated fair. They've always given me great deals. I bought a play station 3 from then for $47.00 last November and it still works great.
