    This great company has been my loan provider for last few years. Through coronavirus, divorce, and many other horrible parts of life they have been super patient and worked with me patiently as I tried to get payments up to date. I highly recommend this company as your car loan provider. I've been around the world, lived in different countries and traveled to more places than most humans ever will. And this company is one of the best, thanks Linda 😁

    No loan forgiveness. The customer service leaves much to be expected. The CSR I spoke with was fairly nice and understanding (I lost my job due to covid) . They don't take partial payments and right when I was about to get off the phone his "Supervisor" came on the line and basically tried to berate me into paying with money I don't have. Very unprofessional. Loan shark mentality. I definitely plan on transferring my car loan ASAP. If you get a loan through these guys please do yourself a favor and refinance as soon as possible.

    Had them for 5 years was late twice I told the lady once but she said no sir twice in 5 years and the late fee is ridiculous no forgiveness or thanks for paying on time through covid. Soon as I'm past the late day when they charge me they wanna call. They did it when covid first came around to make sure now they dont care one bit. Never again I would uber before buying a car from them. Now I finished my loan they "mailed" me my title USPS got lost and is untraceable now its up to.me to go to the mva and pay for my title. Something that important wouldn't you ship.it with tracking info moe anybody can have my title smh

    Paige Kuhlmey was exceptional with assisting me to fill out some forms. She sent them to me so quickly and explained what my options were and how each decision would affect my coverage. After I scanned and return the papers she promptly sent a return email saying she had received them and would process them that day. In this day and age it is hard to get a return phone call let alone an email saying they had received paperwork. She is an asset to this company. Kimberly Eichmann

    To Erin and Management Team...I’ve only ever dealt with a couple companies in my time that had the worst customer service representatives and CF Finance happens to be one of those. You would think that after many bad reviews or “recorded call reviews” that they would do a refresher course on customer service skills. I am in management and if any of my employees spoke to people in the manor these representatives speak to their customers, I assure you they would be written up. Despite having explained why I may be later than normal they love forcing out daily harassing calls when you’re 2 days late. Therefore I have them blocked and will contact them on my time when I am making payments. Today, I was able to speak with an extremely kind representative named Erin. She’s proficient, kind and capable of doing her job and doing it well. I can only hope they pull our call as a training guideline for others to follow. This I also mentioned on our call. If nothing is observed by upper management, nothing will change. More people should have a voice for this company or others. You do not have to be rude, harsh, unkind or hateful to communicate with a customer. Erin demonstrated what a true professional should be like when dealing with the public.

    I got financed through them WORSE mistake EVER. Called the day I was suppose to make my first payment, they stated we have no record or account on you, called the dealership well they want more paper work. I was like okay got the paper work. Literally the day after my payment was due they call me and said where is our money. Tried explaining the whole thing to Evelyn, who then proceeded to send it to her hire ups who then proceed to state that I said I couldn't afford the loan. THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

    If at all possible do not use this company to finance your vehicle. Horrible customer service all the way around. Very rude and unwilling to help. I have talked to one rep who actually seemed to try to help. The pandemic hit my family and I was running a little behind and they are very unwilling to work with you. They demand payments and speak to you as if you are lower than them.

    Melissa Green, Recovery Manager, isn't very interested in recovering funds -- nor demonstrating the qualities of a good manager. I contacted C&F to make good on a defaulted car loan ($1,300 was left on the loan). I was working as a contracted employee at a company, so I didn't have much disposable income at the time. I now have the money. I reached out to offer to pay the full amount, not a reduced negotiated rate, as long as she would remove the negative item from the credit reporting agencies. This was, apparently, too logical for her, and she refused the terms. C&F, you should reconsider who you hire in that position. You could've have my full $1,356 today. Now, I'll use the money elsewhere. And you would've had 5 stars because I had no issues with anyone at this company previous to this experience.

    I have had my loan with this company for close to 4 years now. They’ve always been kind and Courteous. But shout out to Paige Kuhlmey for being thoughtful enough to send me an early morning email stating she had received my fax and she put it in the hands of the right person. I am thankful for the email instead of the call because I was asleep. That’s what I call going above and beyond! Much Appreciative to Ms Paige!!!

    I had recently made a payment to catch up on the late payment owned on car loan back in March of this year. When I checked my credit rating, I was on time. But this company still continues to harass me every day saying I'm I still owe them. I wish I could give a zero rating, because all they do is harass and talk mean to you. Very bad Customer service. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. I'm doing the best I can to pay them off and never deal with them ever again.

    The worst finance company EVER. Very unprofessional. They will call you everyday after your payment is due and demand payment and threaten repossession over being a few days late. There is no grace period with this company. They will also add on a $35.00 late charge after 5 days. They will also belittle you and will not work with you. I will be so glad when my car is paid off so I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

    With so much negativity in the world, I get an opportunity to share some good! Yesterday I called in (with much anxiety) and was assisted by Lisa. Lisa was extremely patient, kind, and was able to assist me right away. This was my first customer service experience with this company and I am happy to say it was positive! I did call back this morning to speak to her manager and was not surprised to learn she has heard this before. Well Done Lisa!! Excellent customer service skills! Keep it up!

    Very unprofessional and rude. I see why the CSRs are that way when the "manager" is rude as well on more than one occasion. Will NEVER go with this company again. Looking to transfer my auto loan now. Wouldn't have given them 1 star if I hadn't had too.

    My husband and I got a car from a great local little dealership, and got 'approved' through C&F. We explained to them we had to take Covid leave at our job due to being positive. Shouldn't have been a problem. Had check stubs, and proof from our jobs stating we had Covid leave and pay. Because the Covid pay wasn't our full pay amount, C&F didn't believe it was real, wanted more proof, paystubs for two months, and still didn't finance us. Even though we had already been approved. Went to Eastman, got approved in less than 24 hours, got a much lower interest rate, and much better service. They understood life happens. C&F lost a customer because they have absolutely ridiculous practices when it comes to financing someone. Don't 'approve' someone if you're going to continue to keep them in limbo for two months. I would give them NO stars if I could.

    They are a horrible company to work with. The dealership only uses them as a last resort finacing company I was told. Don't dare catch covid or change your job, they will not help you. Their Google rating should say it all.

    I called C@F and was lucky enough to get Paige Kuhlmey on the phone. She not only answered all of my questions, but went out of her way to email me the next morning to make sure everything was all good..Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but not with people like her working. Thanks Paige.

    Setting up online payments with these people will save you a great deal of trouble....I quickly learned that they will NOT work with you in regards to your payment so bottom line PAY THESE PEOPLE AND YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE AN ISSUE!! Will i ever accept this company to finance a vehicle again?...HELL NO..i paid 27000 dollars for an16000 car!! It was the longest 72 months ever!!! but i had no issues at pay off time...they immediately stopped the automatic drafts. 0 balance showed on the credit report within days..and i received my title in a timely manner just like the lady said I would.. If you can go the length of your loan without having to ever talk to them you will be in good shape.

    Absolutely the worst company. Word of advice, if your credit is not good enough to qualify for auto financing through a reputable company, just wait it out. Work on improving your credit, do NOT get involved with these people. 6/27/17- I find it interesting that the "owner" left a response to my review that is dated "about a month ago". My review is not even that old. I stand behind my review 100%. I am so thankful that I was able to refinance and get away from this company. Please, please, please protect your credit. You do not want to resort to this type of lending solution.

    First, I never had any trouble with this company, I paid my loan through their Automatic Loan Payment program. Super easy. Second, when I paid off my loan while trading vehicles, there was no trouble there. Third, the sweet and helpful gal I talked to asked me what I needed and she typed it right up and sent it in an email to the dealership and copied it and sent it to me. Thank you Abigail Sweeny!

    My name is Pam & I just purchased a new vehicle that unfortunately is not loaned with C&F. My previous experience with them was outstanding. I do understand that times can be hard with individuals but all it takes is paying your bills on time & staying in touch with them if youre unable to. I had to learn that but am thankful that I took charge & got myself on track. C&F provided a loan for me while others didnt & I appreciated that. It was great from the start & I hate Im no longer with them
