Always awesome!! Been shopping here 30 years. I NEVER buy from jewelry stores when I can get exactly the same things for less than half what jewelry stores charge. Very high quality jewelry and other merchandise like power tools, TVs musical instruments etc. and they give the best prices for pawns of than anywhere. The service is ALWAYS impeccable!!

Always polite never had any problems with staff or pawning any items...well good customer service especially from the lady with the pretty gold rings on 😃😃..i will continue to use Jefferson Loan...

I went to Jefferson Loan Office to get funds to help a friend who was recovering from Covid 19. I pawned a stereo, tv and electronic keyboard and got just what I needed to help my friend. In fact a little more than I was expecting. The staff there were understanding and very helpful. Special thanks to Melissa.

The new lady Manager in place really knows what she’s doing and looks out for her customers. I witnessed many encounters and she exceeded expectations in my eyes. The entire staff was very nice and willing to help. THIS is the Pawn Shop to go to!

I purchased pair of new Apple AirPods Pro in a sealed box and when I went to the Apple Store they confirmed them as counterfeit. You should not trust any Apple products from this store .

Good people been coming there for years always excellent service

This was the first time going to their shop and they were great. Being new to the area I was just starting a new job and had some unexpected expenses come up. I needed cash quick to help until the first payday. I went in and they were able to offer me a good loan to help. Where many others said they couldn’t or weren’t willing to loan the amount needed they did without hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone, and they have a great selection of items especially instruments.

Friendly and they honest about being there to make money. They are upfront about being a business yet will do what they can to make sure I have decent pocket change. Thanks

worst pawnshop in Richmond they will rip you off since new management I been going here over 10 years but since new people took over they take your money an make mistakes an don't fix it or make it right I will never give them any service an everyone I know won't niether stay away from this place its not worth it like it used to be

I have dealt with several pawn shops throughout my adult life, even in various states. However, Jefferson Loan is the absolute best ! I have never lost any item that I have ever pawned with them The staff is always friendly, and the office runs smoothly. Jefferson Loan is excellent about reminders that your loan is due, and they have always given me an opportunity to redeem any item of mine that was past due before putting it up for sale. I simply have never had a problem with their service. Additionally, throughout the years I have made several purchases from Jefferson Loan such as diamond rings, televisions, speakers ect., and never have I had a problem with anything that I purchased. However, to the contrary, I have had issues with other local pawn shops. For me, when I am in need of a loan Jefferson Loan Office is the very best option.

These guys are GREAT! Always friendly and ready to help! No qualms about going to them even though I’ve never gone to a pawn shop before. They are A1 professionals and seem to enjoy working there! That transfers to their customers! Going to them is just like going to a good friend...always there when you need them! A really GREAT group of people!
