Buy-A-Ride.Net US, Mine Hill Township

This is the worst place to buy a use vehicle. I get, that if you buy used you buy it as is. But I have had problems with a vehicle that I purchased there. It started as having broken arms for suspension a front end alignment the broken arms are part of the braking system and they were broken. Then about 8 months later I found d out that the frame was extremely rusted with 2 major holes in the frame where the tires are. A broken axel and a major leaking in the power steering. Took it to get aleast the leak fixed somewhere else (that I trust) and they told me that all of that is what is need to fix the truck. And it will cost over $7000 to fix it. That is what I basically paid for the truck. It's not worth getting it fixed. So now I have to get a new vehicle cause Buy a Ride will not deal with it. They sold a lemon and they knew it. When you have a used car dealerships you are to make sure the vehicles are in driving condition. They did not make sure of that.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EXTREMELY SHADY. AND A SAD EXCUSE OF A USED CAR DEALERSHIPS.

I bought a car from George and he was extremely helpful during the process. Over the course of paying the car off, Roxane was extremely accommodating and always so nice. I appreciate all they’ve done for me over at Buy-A-Ride! Overall a really great, family run place.

After having spent a lot of time going to various other places looking at cars I was feeling really discouraged and frustrated, but working with George at Buy-A-Ride was such a great experience - he was very knowledgeable, patient, and really seems to care, (the exact opposite of all of the other places we went!). The overall process was quick and easy, and I feel really secure and happy with my purchase- I was really starting to think finding a car would be impossible until they made it happen for me, I'm so thankful!

Family owned & operated. I was referred to them by friends who purchased a car for their 17 year old daughter. I researched their inventory on line and every one had a car fax to view as well. I narrowed it to 5 cars I wanted to test drive. I went there 3 times before purchasing. George, the owner's son and our salesperson was kind, accomodating, professional and honest. Bought my 2010 Subaru Forester from this dealership back in October. Its only June and I have had more problems with the car than I can count. Their customer service is great and they work with you very well as far as getting you into a car. But don't do what I did. Make sure you get the car looked at by a mechanic first before buying because I already have had to replace my entire motor for my car and owe way more than the car is even worth. It is going to take me forever until I can get out of this horrible loan.

Just got a car from this place. Had a good feeling before i even went there. I spoke with Mike G and was told to fill out the application before i went there instead of wasting my time for nothing . After 20 minutes i was called back and everything went as hoped, so i took a ride over. Initially went there for something i saw on the website but it was an older vehicle and wasn't able to deal with the bank because of the age of the vehicle. Mike was patient with us and showed us several options and worked with us to make sure we found something within our budget . I'm happy we stayed because we found a better deal on a car that we didn't expect to like . Long story short, me and my lady are very picky when it comes to agreeing on the same thing and the patience the salesman had with us was remarkable. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a.used car . They'll work within your budget to find you something you will like.

This place is top notch for a Used Car Dealership. George is awesome. Family owned business for 27 years! I went to at least 7 other used car lots on Route 46 and this one was the best. So patient, didn’t feel pressured and literally dealt with us with class! When every other dealership was covered in snow, the lot as well as cars were all cleaned.

Great service comfortable and knowledgeable sales people. Carfax provided. Test drive and all questions answered. Easy to work with. Priced fairly. Also 90 day/4500 mile warranty on power train plus guarantee pass inspection. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Let me start out by saying that I have (so far) bought 6 cars from Buy A Ride since 1998 and they have always given me great deals, flexible financing and outstanding service. Most importantly, they have always been extremely honest with me and that to me is most important. I must give major kudos to their sales person George Cicero. I just bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra from George on Saturday. George is one of the finest sales people I have ever dealt with (and I've been in professional sales for over 20 years). George was extremely patient with me, helped me evaluate my options and most importantly made sure I was happy with my purchase. I have dealt with other dealerships and none can compare to the professionalism, honesty, friendliness and outstanding service that is exemplified by George and the whole Buy A Ride staff (whom I've been dealing with for years). I strongly recommend this dealership (and definitely my sales person George!) over any dealership I've ever dealt with. By continuously showing their professionalism and sincere friendliness to me as a customer, they have earned my business for life!

Absolutely love everyone here! I’ve never bought a car from them yet, but at least 4 friends have now and they are completely satisfied. I recommend them to everyone who is in the market for a good used car. I recently brought a friend who needed a car desperately but really had almost no means to get one, George talked to her and within 15 minutes, a plan was in place, a small deposit held the car for a week and yesterday we picked it up and she couldn’t be happier. George was an awesome help! I’ve had so many issues over the years trying to get myself into a newer car, due to low credit, it was always a nightmare and kept me scared to go through any dealer. This was the most painless, easy going, car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. I left with a beautiful 2016 Chevy Sonic (newest car I’ve had in years). They wanted to help me! And have continued to help me! I had a slight problem with my key fob, Jonathan had a new fob ready for me within days! All the staff at buyaride are very kind and helpful! My husband and I happened upon the dealership by chance. We came (about an hour and a half) to view vehicles at a dealership on the same street and didn’t like what we saw so we drove up the road. Stopping in to Buy-A-Ride was random chance but resulted in us leaving with a vehicle that we are super happy with! Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we could drive away in the car. My husband and I felt comfortable hanging out there for a few hours while both George and their financing manager (I’m so sorry that I forgot her name!) worked out whatever they could for us.
