Dishonest. That's pretty much all I can say. They are dishonest and do not take their customers seriously. They act friendly at first but when trying to resolve an issue they gave me false information and berated me for following their instructions to the letter. I have been a customer for almost a decade and they do not live up to their legacy. Because of how poorly they have begun to treat their customers I will take my business to a bank that stands behind what they say. I would recommend you do the same.

My Grandmother has been using this bank for many years and is always talking about how much she loves going in, just to see Nikole Sanchez! She says she is always so attentive and takes her time with her, and is so knowledgeable about her job and so patient! So thankful she is always able to make my grandmother smile! She says she won’t go to anyone else there. If Nikole isn’t working, she waits until she is! Definitely need more people in the world like her!

Very slow took her long time to count money her name was Anjana. Very bad service. Very disappointed.

Personally, I have my money here since 2016 and to date everything is fine. Personally, I have nothing more to add than ✌😬✌

Poor customer service, the manager at the time of my transaction told me to certain things to be able to deposit my check and once I completed those things he changed his story and refused to do so. After changing his story he began to raise his voice and shout after I corrected him when he was attempting to change what I said. As a manager of major sales accounts and customer service I know poor customer service when I see it and this was even below my expectations for poor performance.

Helpful & fast, courteous, so far have had pleasant experiences at this bank.

The picked up the phone and hung up , did it even care to help me with my debit card.
