Great atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and helpful. While some haggling is expected at a pawn shop, I greatly appreciated and respected the fact that I was offered a fair and reasonable price up front. It makes the process so much easier and less stressful. The staff's professionalism really made me feel good about my purchase. I highly recommend this place.

Even though I didn't sell an engagement ring there the customer service was by far the best in the area. Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly right when I walked through the door and explained everything to me from start to finish. They made me and my fiancé feel comfortable with the options we had and we didn't feel pressured at all. Thank you for all your help I will be back with anything else I would need sold.

I have worked for pawn shops and dealing with them for over 25years, and denny is the best I have ever felt with, honesty, customer service and relation. He actually cares about his customer and their belongings. He definitely is not there to rip anyone off like the majority of pawns shop live to do. They have a nice collection of cool things and great pricing. Also I have never been in such a clean and organized pawnshop. Best pawn shop in northern VA! Took my duffel bag here to sell and the folks were extremely kind and gracious enough to give me top-dollar for my bag. Will definitely be visiting and shopping with them again in the near future!

I was looking for affordable jewelry for my mother’s birthday and my budget was very low, after looking at many brand name stores I was out of luck, then I stumbled upon gold and pawn where i met Nathan, who was very welcoming and showed me a variety of options that were affordable and of amazing quality and I ended up getting her a beautiful gold necklace. Great store, great people, and great service. 10/10

I was in a jam today because I was expecting a microphone stand with the boom extension and wouldn't you know; it wasn't going arrive on time. So, I searched Facebook, the local stores and nothing. So, I decided to call the nearest pawn shops. Amazingly, I found one that had the microphone stand with a boom. That one was Centerville Gold and Pawn located off Centerville road in Manassas. I had called earlier and spoke Deni Martinez, partner and owner of Centerville Gold and Pawn - he said he had what I was looking for and at a fair price. Honestly, I was skeptical, but I took the trip to Manassas and I'm glad I did. Not only was Deni right, but it was exactly start I needed. Deni was so friendly and welcoming, I didn't want to leave the shop. Deni was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed I knew right then and there is be back. Now, the store is not your typical big sized pawnshop; however, they carry a large assortment of production equipment that is professional grade. I was very impressed that his clientele brought their equipment here. In addition, the items are reasonably priced and in most cases, like-new condition. I rarely give 5-star ratings so easily, but Deni Martinez exemplifies good customer service and genuine customer retention skills. Meaning, I'll be back. Please pay them a visit or check them out on the Facebook Marketplace.

I went in looking to sell my digital piano which was like new. So I brought it in and the guys looked at it, and gave me a very fair price close to what I was asking for considering it's age. They were super friendly and thorough with the process and made it super simple for me to just come in, sell my piano and head out. The place was clean, well laid out, and definitely didn't share the sketchy atmosphere of most pawn shops I've been to. They were professional, polite, efficient, and had that nice "friend" attitude, not formal or stuffy. I highly recommend this place. p.s- they have some pretty cool stuff in there too!

This place is awesome, they’re very open on how to price their offers. Very friendly and also the customer care is impeccable. They’ll make sure to give you every cent they offer you. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. If they don’t have 20s, 50s or 100s, rest assured you’ll get 5s and 10s. I highly recommend this place.

I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase from the two individuals that we’re working today here at Centreville Gold and Pawn. I was greeted promptly upon entering both held themselves with a positive and friendly demeanor. Both were very informative to my questions that I had asked! The storefront as well as the layout of this facility were both clean and tidy! I felt immediately that I can and will come back to do more business.

It is my first time here and the associate, Denny, was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Everything is super neat and clean and I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Don’t waste your time going to any other pawn shop in the area- come here. You can’t beat amazing customer service and a clean atmosphere!
