Burke & Herbert Bank Backlick Rd, Springfield

This is my preferred local banking. This is a community based bank which is part of their service value. They staff and management is more than accommodating to their customers. Unlike "big banks" they know and care about customer needs and will work with you individually. And, when it comes to small business? You can't find a better business. They will invest in your business as a partner. This is true in their checking, savings, financial concerns personally or as a business. Personally, I go to the Springfield branch. The management there is awesome. And, as a customer, they provide additional services that other banks don't. And, they have multilingual staff which is a plus. I trust their leadership and management to guide us through current times.

I had to take care of some business and was very tired and grumpy. They dealt with my unnecessary drama with a good attitude and we concluded my transaction needs effectively. The employees were all pleasant and helpful. I will have no problem using them for all my banking in the future.

I go there because they have a coin counting machine ... but it broken. Not sure when I can get back — I can only go on Saturdays — so I might just close my account there. What’s the point when they aren’t convenient AND they don’t maintain their equipment?

Avoid this establishment. Incompetence is at a all time high

I went today for the first time had so many questions a young lady named Angel helped answering all my questions if everyone that worked at banks was so delightful it would be amazing thank you for having people like this still.Amazing work Angel!!!
