Burke & Herbert Bank N Paxton St, Alexandria

I absolutely am fed up with this bank. Though that have a polite staff at the branch in general doing anything during non business hours is damn near impossible and the automated phone service blows.

Have been using Burke & Herbert for 30 (+/-) years, at various branches and the main office in Old Town. I've never had anything but courteous, friendly, professional service. I've had checking, savings, loans and investment accounts with them and have had very few issues, and the few I did have were resolved efficiently and properly. For me, the manner in which a company responds to a problem is the true indicator of quality. B & H has my complete faith in handling my money.

Great great bank! So many options for the "little guy." Tell all your friends and family what a fantastic banking institution Burke & Herbert is, and definitely open accounts with them.

They would make you wait for more than 30 mins to change a 1000 dollars check, this is ridiculous to wait 30 mins for this she needed to go to one person then to another, please is not a 1000000 check. Give me a break.

ATM ate my card for no reason.

Has anyone with Burke and Herbert fixed their on-line banking synch for Quickbooks 2019 Desktop? This is a question I have been asking for the past 3+ months and getting passed around. Neither Kim Testerman not John Windsor have followed up with me. Today I was told to go on-line and Google Jack Henry and Associates who the case has been forwarded to as of Sept 7. Just for fun try doing that and see how much help that gets you. Other times Mr Windsor has googled for Intuit help. No one at the bank knows what they are doing. Very poor customer service and follow-up. The post would not let me give them Zero Stars

Burke & Herbert Bank Landmark Branch is one of the most professional, personable banks I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. My branch manager is Ann Marie Moore. She and her crew at this branch are exceptional. I have both my business and my personal accounts with this bank. I have found the professionalism to be beyond my expectations. Ann Marie and her crew care about you like you are family. In today's tough times Ann Marie and Burke and Herbert have proven to be a breath of fresh air and just the support we need. I highly recommend everyone and anyone who is looking to bank with a company that supports small business and understands its needs. I cannot speak highly enough about her and the crew at this branch. They are truly the bank by which all others should be judged!

This small, regional bank hasn't quite lost its sleepy Southern roots, which can be both good and bad. Online wire transfers, online banking and other "new fangled" 21st century things are still a bit of chore with this bank, but the people who work there tend to be friendly and helpful.

Nice stuff and the manager is awesome very friendly
