    I was a first time customer with no clue on how to get a loan. The young lady Tabbi greeted me as soon as i walked in the door so pleasantly. Once i informed her of what i needed, she explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood what i was doing and the entire process.     I come here every month to pay rent and normally I’m always helped by the same amazing woman I believe her name is tabbi. She is so kind, respectful, and very hard working. She always talks to me with a smile on her face. She is efficient and she gets me out in a good. I just want to truly say that tabbi I appreciate you great customer service.     I came by here for the third time and again there was nobody running the store despite it being 9:25am. The sign said open but the doors were locked. Every single time I come to this location, the store is not open at 9am despite its posted hours saying it opens up at 9am. Absolutely shameful how this business is run.

    I came to ACE on 12/27/2021. Tabitha was amazing and friendly, her customer service was perfect. I don’t usually go to Check Cashing spots but I would definitely go back to ACE if need be because of her customer service. Rhonda

    You can’t do the loan online. So I called! I spoke to Brittany who didn’t know whether or not credit was pulled or if it’s income based. If you can’t apply online and customers are expected to call, it would be nice if they employees were informed of the services provided. Now I have to drive all the way to Alexandria to find out the answers to my questions, or call again and hope I get someone more informed. Brittany was very nice but she might be new as she wasn’t able to answer my questions.

    The customer service at this place is horrible horrible horrible. I understand it is a stressful job but if you work in a customer service position you should have a pleasant demeanor at least 75% of the time. The customer service rep was not pleasant at all she was very disrespectful and rude to the customer in front of me and very dismissive of me when I came up to the counter as if she didn’t want to be there and she didn’t want me there either. Please look into the people you hire that represent your business. Thank you
