I build a lot of homes. The loan and draw process are always the least fun part of a build. Builder's Capital, and Tera Dray specifically, have made the loan process and the draw process seamless and painless. COVID came with a lot of frustrating restrictions in the financial world. Tera continually picked up the phone, and helped me navigate the changes. My guess is that Tera had to field a lot of calls from upset developers, including myself, and stayed calm and informative through a lot of changes that were not her fault. I appreciated that tremendously.
