I was introduced to Vic Malone during my home search in Colorado Springs. This was my first experience buying a home on my own and was feeling pretty in over my head. Vic made the process as easy as he could explaining details and being patient with all my questions and concerns. He was accessible and easy to talk with. Another mortgage company was vying for my business and Vic pointed out that the interest rates might be the same but the closing costs were several thousand dollars more. Thank you Vic for saving me some$$$. I would highly recommend Vic and his team if you are looking to finance or refinance your home. I am a very satisfied customer!!!

At first I found it hard to believe that there wouldn't be compromises for choosing to go with a local broker and getting a lower rate than I was offered by the national mortgage brands. Once all was said and done it turned out that if anything Vic was actually more helpful and more available than his corporate competition, and with cheaper rates. He answered our many questions and patiently helped us understand every step of the home buying process. I'm not sure if local mortgage brokers are always the way to go, but I am sure that going with Vic and Peak Seven Mortgage is the way I would recommend going in the Colorado Springs area.

It was wonderful working with Vic! As retired military, he's incredibly knowledgeable on VA benefits, but was also quick to answer any and all other questions I had regarding my loan. Overall, I truly felt that he had my best interest in mind the throughout the entire process.

Vic quickly replied to emails and was happy to text. He communicated in a way that was convenient to us (early 30's) instead of having phone calls about every little manner. Most importantly, he closed quickly so we were able to go with a 10 day close! This made our offer attractive to sellers, which is important in this hot market. Most importantly, my mother was our realtor and she recommended us to him. She would only recommend somebody she trusts.
