Bryan and his team are absolutely wonderful! They're kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and will work to find the absolute lowest rate possible for you. We were not prepared to purchase a home, but as the owner's of the home we have rented for the last 6 years decided they were ready to sell, we had to jump in headfirst. There are not enough ways to express how grateful we are for Bryan and his team. We had been working with our previous lender, but because we were not able to get a hold of them when we had issues with our VA appraisal, we lost the home we had under contract. That’s when we decided to make a change and I am so glad we did!!! Bryan, from the start, was extremely responsive and took the time to answer and explain everything we asked. Even when I asked questions by email thinking he would get to it in the morning, Bryan answered me that evening. Using their website to upload all our documents made the loan process even easier. This really helped since I was out of state for the majority of the loan process. We were able to close in just under a month which was a miracle since we were using a VA loan and appraisal. Especially considering it took our previous lender almost a month and a half just to do an appraisal. We would be remiss if we did not mention Bryan’s team member, Melissa, as well. She helped keep us on track and ensured our lawyer and closing company had everything they needed. We know there are plenty of options when looking for a lender, but know that there is nobody better at ensuring all your needs, requests, and worries are taken care of like Bryan.
