With a 810 credit score my mother was still denied a $40,000 loan which was surprising to her because she was so confident on getting approved for a auto loan , after she finished paying her last car through them, which she also bought through them before. That didn't stop us from purchasing x3 bmw 2019. When the dealership gave us a copy of the credit report and showing the high credit score. They made sure that we left with a good deal and low APR . Don't get me wrong the credit Union would have gave us 2% lower but for some reason the loan officer we were dealing with seem to have a really bad day according to her face. She didn't even introduce her name but me and my mother felt the vibe. It was her decision not to approve her. It's just amazes me how everybody always recommends to finance a car through a credit union , but this credit Union that my mom's been with for a very long time , made it seem like we were new customers with a very low credit score. Hopefully when my mom decides to refinance through them because my mom is loyal for some reason. She will be setting up an appointment this time with the person who helped her the best.

Nice employees the bank procedures are totally out dated.. Also Security guard told me men cannot wear hats or glasses inside Which is somewhat Understandable but women can.. Smh They are never open at 9 to take phone calls you have to leave a message for them to get back with you the next day Smh.... Why my Situation/Issue have to wait? my money's in YALL bank correct? Lets play fair..

worst bank ever. closed on weekends, you have to wait for the next business day to get assistance and pray to God there no holidays, there isn't an 800 number to call for assistance, they cannot print a bank card - you have to wait 2 weeks, f you deposit cash through the ATM - Its not avail immediately. your first initial check deposit, you have to wait 10days for those funds to become avail. --

Nicest employees working here. They have a full time security guard and its also a participating shared credit union service branch.

Very rude with nasty attitude no patience when dealing with customers. Disgusting demeanor I can't believe this is how the credit union treat there members, Everytime I call to speak with someone they always give me an attitude regardless of how nice and respectful I am towards them. This location has poor service all together please avoid if possible.

Very distasteful how this finance institution treats their members, I have a checking account with BHCFCU because it’s easy to transfer money to family and I had an automatic pay which I thought was canceled, which in-turn made my account negative a few dollars, realizing this I call in to avoid the over draft fee and was told it wouldn’t be a problem this is my first time they’ll be happy to waive the fee for me just have to run it by the branch manager and they’ll give me a call back, I don’t hear anything from anyone so I call in to get an update...and nothing. I call back (the fourth time) and insist to speak to a branch manager and they tell me no it’s not an error on their end so they will not do anything about it after I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. Like a said this account is strictly for transferring to family and this experience forces me to think that when reviewing and seeing the lack of activity that I wasn’t worth this curtesy. I like the app and I wanted to make this one of my primary accounts but if this is how business is handled It will probably end up costing me more to bank with this credit union.

There banking system is very old fashion. It's hard to get a loan from them . But they always give a loan for the workers and the interest isn't bad.
