They are very customer friendly. They know most people don't know lawyer terminology and they want to make sure their clients will not misunderstand nothing. They will have you put X amount into your account so they will know what they need to negotiate your account so you will end up with a win win ending. I can't believe they have helped me so much. February 26, 2022 From the beginning of our debt relief journey the Golden Law/Global Holdings firm has been very professional. We haven't had hassles from our creditors. When they would call we get the name and number of the contact person and notated on the sheet provided and faxed it to Golden law/Global Holdings. We could focus on my chronic medical issues without worrying about the creditor harassments. They would keep us abreast of each step that was taken in the process of our debt relief. When payments were made to the creditors we were mailed a copy of such payment. We received an text reminder when a payment due was forth coming. I was in big trouble with my debt and was literally praying for someone I could trust to take me by the hand and guide me to calmer waters. Well , I’m not exaggerating when I say the phone rang and it was a lady ( I believe her name was Sheri ..it’s been a couple years ) who literally from the gate told me ..Told me what the game plan was. I was trucking at the time and she sent one of her associates to a truck stop in Illinois so we could get paperwork in order and get the ball rolling. Golden Law doesn’t play around. Today I am 9 payments short of paying off my biggest debt on a repo situation. I just got the great news of the settlement this past Friday ! I am , because of this Organization, paying a fraction of the amount the bank was threatening before I recruited Golden . Once I am done with this in September, ( the final settlement payments are actually lower than the original set up ), I have my car payment which because of this program has become a more stable account - I am then DEBT FREE! The program was simply make my payments broken down twice per month and move forward with getting my financial life back in order. No more fighting with banks and creditors. No more fear or anxious nights or degrading speech from the collectors. It’s not a fair fight by the way - just know that if you choose to go it alone. They WILL get theirs and then some because the system is set up FOR them. When I was on my own I was trying everything I could to get back on stable ground with them - but they didn’t want that. In fact, they wanted to bully me into the ground financially - I noticed once I recruited the big guns they quickly backed off. Haven’t had to deal with them since. Nor will I ever again ! Because of this program I was freed up to pay off a smaller credit card I chose to keep - once I paid off the balance I had carried for years just paying the minimum on time - they canceled my account stating my credit score was too low ?? Golden Law is stable and predictable - these credit card companies, not so much. The staff is so calm and they understand who and what they are dealing with regarding both the creditors and their clients. They are happy to answer questions at any time - they don’t judge you or make you feel small for getting messed up. They are very straight forward which for me is a sign of trustworthiness. My credit score has increased due to a different account they settled quickly - again for a fraction of what I would’ve paid if I had tried going it alone. So everything on my financial side is going in the right direction. After my final payment this September my score will jump again I would imagine. Sorry for the lengthy review. I hope it’s helpful. Yes. Contacted them. They agreed to help. But they did not help me only to my money. What I received was a letter they sent out to my creditor 's and that a promise was made. They were paid first then your creitors . $1,703.45 later. Still in the hole. I released them And did it myself. So much happier I did it for myself and others should too!!!!

They’ve been putting up with my insane life and financial situation so well. They have been nothing but helpful. I will say it’s scary when a summons letter comes but they assure you it will all work out. Only thing I wish is that my monthly payments hadn’t had to increase because of one of my accounts. Highly recommended group if you’re looking for a team that will help you become debt free. Just expect a little challenge with the creditors that may cause you to pay up more or extend your discussed length of service with the group since creditors are unpredictable. this is what happen towards the end of my contract with Fast Track/Golden Law Group, but even if that thing happened, its something that the group handled professionally, they notify me ahead of time of what could happen and gave me options to settle things. other than the extra cost i added towards the end, my overall experience with the group is great, they settled all my other accounts with no problem (other than the last one), they are professional and responsive. My suggestion is to be on top of your account and ask questions (There is no such thing as silly or dumb questions) so my suggestion is ask anything you want to clarify.

I am very pleased with the work performed by the Golden Law, LLP. The staff was very professional, always responsive, and resolved all my debts as the program suggested. I was actually sued by a creditor for unpaid debt and Golden Law hired local counsel to defend me. The case eventually settled without the need for trial. Don't get me wrong, I paid a substantial amount of money for several months before my debts were all resolved, but if you commit to the program - it works. When it is all said and done, I paid approximately 50% of the debt that was owed and I am scheduled to get a refund from my trust account. If you do not want to deal with creditors on a daily basis, and wish to resolve your debts without filing bankruptcy, I highly recommend this firm. I was trying to get some cash online. I am always receiving offers but could not get any favorable responses. After many attempts, wasted tries and time, I received a phone call. I was skeptical before joining Fast Track but I had been paying the minimum amount on my credit cards for years and would never have dug myself out of that hole by myself...so I trusted Fast Track and they didn't let me down! I joined the Fast Track Debt Relief program via Golden Law Group in January 2020 and I am debt free today (Aug 2021)! Overall, it was a positive experience, but anyone considering the program should know the following: -It took a whole year before my first account was settled, and during that first year, I received many phone calls and letters from the creditors and then debt collectors. One was able to reach my sister, after which time I gave all the numbers to my family members to block in their phones in case someone tried to contact them. -The first account of three was settled only after I increased my monthly payments significantly. -The salesman at Fast Track assured me that the program would only cost me the estimated quote, and I later found out from the people at Golden Law that this was not the case and I ended up paying $2000 more than their original estimate overall. The overall cost was still less than what I would have paid if I had just tried to pay the credit cards myself. -They are great on the phone and not as informative if you simply use the portal. -Your credit score is going to tank, but will go back up if you are staying up to date on other payments and once Golden Law starts closing the accounts. If you have $9000+ in credit card debt that has high interest rates and are not planning on getting married anytime soon, I think this is a good option for you. Just know that they are a legitimate company and law firm, they are NOT A SCAM, but it will be a long process. Pros: program works, great staff on the phone Cons: takes a long time and you should anticipate the program costing more than the original estimate
