Crédito Real USA Finance W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale

I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima in 2020. It was my first purchase after my bankruptcy. It was really hard to find a lender but they gave me a chance. I made 20 payments before trading my car in. They were the absolute best to work with. If I was gonna be a few days late they had no problem working with me. Customer service was great most of time I spoke with them. I had one problem with a lady back in 2021 she was rude because I was going to be late on my payment. She made me feel like I was a customer that went 30 +,days past due when I only needed to be 8 days late. It really bothered me because people like that make it really hard for the people that are trying their best. Long story short I let it go and made my payment before the extension date that I requested came. I never had an issue with anyone else. I never missed a payment or got behind and they were completely awesome. Besides that one woman of course.

I have a 2016 Ford Fusion I have had since 10/2021. My husband recently passed and Credito thought it was a good idea to lock my engine over one late payment of 390$. I would not recommend this company as they don't care about the customers just the profits. Not to mention I haven't missed one payment since being with the company.

Someone called my business at 7:10pm extremely rude and thought I was going to do business with them in regards to my trucking business! I would never after I told him I was not interested the un loved son called my phone back 7 more times screaming through the phone! Never in my life would I do business with a joke!

They lied to me put a gps on my car told me its not to cut your car off but it did on top of it all I'm a single mom with two daughters and couldnt get back to my kids these gps trackers are going to cause someone to get hurt or worse because they just shut you off anywhere they want so if your in a bad neighborhood or someplace your just on your own this is shame on dealorships and the loan places that use the trackers like this to shut your car off given I can understand gps to find the car when needed but not to shut the car off

This bank is the worst I have been calling for hours to make a payment on my vehicle and there phone system is down which is no fault to them but when u speak with a live so called advisor they want you to give them your personal information over the web which I am not comfortable with and I have asked several times if someone could call me but I’m sure if I don’t pay on my vehicle they will call me I will be taking my business elsewhere

I was laid off of work for a month and got behind in everything, with through eviction, slept in my car and still fighting to keep a roof over my head as I’ve now gotten back to work and currently catching up on bills, rent etc. explained this to the director and he was extremely rude, condensing and stated he could careless if I was homeless and on the street. This company does not care about being in a pandemic or it’s customers. Now I have to fight for my car back. Please never go with this company if you can avoid it. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

Was just recently in a auto accident with my car, I have never missed a payment until October. They constantly call and harass me about the payment. I explained to them I have to pay for the car to be fixed and asked if I could put my account on hold. The rep told me “no, you have to make this payment today or we will escalate your account to collections” very unprofessional to me

i cant wait pay this car off customer service is unprofessional you ask them a question they get smart with you 12/12/13 /21 I ask for a copy of my payment they have to email you why i cant just look up with my account and it show up where you are still waiting on someone to email be back and today is 12/16/21 this is not a good company they don't update your account on your credit report but if i was late it will be on my report smh................. just call again i have to wait 24 hours really i could be able to see my payment sssssssssssss. mmmmmmmmm. hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I have been so blessed by this company. I bought a not so good car and even though they financed me, they have more than helped me get out of trouble with my lemon. Critical: Communication Skills, Not Knowledgeable This makes the 2nd time I've received a bogus call stating that I'm 1 day LATE on my automobile payment. I've never been late ever with my car payment even before my contract was sold to this mediocre company. I don't like to be the bad guy or even write bad reviews but when its warranted then let's have at it. The rep that reached out should have been meticulous by going over my account prior to reaching out to me today 3/16/21 not to mention the call I received yesterday 3/15/21 (which I ignored) the day my note was due for payment. So when I spoke with the poor SAP he was more concerned about me verifying my information opposed to him using that very same energy to see if the payment was made prior to reaching out to me. After I demanded to speak with the manager not once but twice then he (clicking on keyboard) "states the manager is busy" then says your right I see where you made your payment like seriously its too early for BS. However, to make a long story short I politely and ever so gently let it be known that I will be reaching back out to the BBB again for this mishap stating that I'm 1 day late with my payment blah blah blah....not going to happen especially when I'm in the right I would not give you the satisfaction to place anything negative on my credit report. FYI when payments are made even if its after "Normal Business Hours" get a system that let's you see and know that such payments were submitted so ditch the ANTIQUATED system and get with modern times and purchase some NEW TECH PLEASE. Also just know I will be paying off my vehicle this year so these types of conversations and reviews won't have to happen. So yeah the service I received today wasn't valued, nor was it professional, the quality of the service I received lack luster so in my opinion this company doesn't even deserve the 1 star that I was forced to give in order to leave this review. 4.7 stars yeah right !!!!!!!

In opinion the company is great and easy to obtain a loan. The reason for three stars is the fact that we're just now pulling out of COVID and it's been a stress on me and my family having had it and survived. My house that I was renting was condemned because of the owners neglect and the city forced me out. 0lus the car is going through heavy repair costs and it's wiping me out constantly. Come to find out the car had major issues but was patched up well. We were homeless for a bit and I'm just now starting to make a comeback. So last night I was stilling having a few negative effects from COVID and needed to go to the hospital. My son was going to drive and they cut my car off for $144 but my note is $671. The rep said to me, "we're not cutting it on and your lying, walk or catch the bus or can to the hospital". Now I'm not a discriminatory person but with the foreign reps they know struggles and to talk to me this way was beyond not cool. This will be my last time dealing with them unfortunately because to say that toe in my darkest hour over $150 bucks wow.

I was going through so many struggles after totaling my car. I never really received any help from any of the customer supports, until I was transferred to Ella Chelley (almost 3 months after totaling my car) who I can say is thee most helpful person in their customer support she walked me through everything step by step. She even explained to me how to set up my GAP claim. But on the other hand the the rest of credito’s customer support never offered an explanation to me or how to handle the situation I’m in. The absolute worst company I’ve ever done business with. The notation sucks, they misconstrue words, worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and some of the reps are RUDE! my vehicle was stolen while I was in the hospital with a health condition and when I called to explain and get information for any payments the rep was rude and tried to accuse me of stealing my own vehicle-_-. That’s not even the gist, he proceeded to ask how did I not know my car was gone as if I didn’t just explain I WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR WEEKS. Save your money and time dealing with this ridiculous company.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a lending company. They act like you are a child and constantly hound you for your payments. I wouldn’t have a problem with that if I had missed any or been late but considering I have never missed a payment and my payments are almost $500 I find it very offensive for this constant begging for their payment.The representatives are completely unknowledgeable about your loan and always have to put you on hold to ask someone else, so plan on at least a 10 minute phone call. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will be so glad to be done with my loan with them.

I got a loan with crédito real in December of 2020. Got into a 2017 Toyota Camry. Unfortunately not even a full month later I was involved in an auto accident with this car of NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I was hurt in this accident and was out of work for several months. Not until recently was I reconnected with Crédito real to discuss my. Options of repayment because I did not have gap insurance. When I tell you how frustrating this whole entire situation was, was like a nightmare. Ella from crédito real called me to discuss payment options and automatically I was in defense mode and wasn’t very cooperative. But after speaking with ELLA for a few minutes she made me realize by getting a settlement offer for this debt is the best option for me: she was very very professional, friendly and very very well informed and she completely changed my whole outlook on my unique situation. I have known and worked with Ozzy Dorado for over 15 years.
