Margie made sure to handle everything for my account as quickly as possible and she was very patient with me when it came to sending in a few things she needed. She also helped to make sure I understood my options as far as handling my payments and answered any questions I had.

Company didn't discriminate against me for my past Repo nor Bankruptcy thankful for the approval I received on my new car after visiting 4 different dealers.

This place is unprofessional and rude. Phone calls are ignored or if you actually talk to someone they blow you off. They have you to the point you are mad and just want them to come get the car. They charge late fees and swear every check payment is late. They call to harass for 15 dollars but email you when they aren't supposed to cash a check because you have already made an online payment. I would never recommend anybody to these crooks. I'd rather walk till my feet are sore than have a car financed by them.

I finished paying off my car, and equity kept taking money out of my account for 6 months. I was getting the money back but over the course of having to wait a month for a check. The only reason I got my money back is, landmark sent me a check back for the payments equity took out. I had to deal this, and going back and forth for 6 months. At the end of this i got a check and, deposited it just to have them deposit the amount from the check to my account directly then I got a 30 dollar fee for the check I deposited. Why do I have to pay for this fee when the company cannot keep track of its own system. Major inconvenience and I have to pay for it.

This institution has a fine line of work. Such great organization, and customer service, I'd definitely be willing to work with this company again.

They change there payment system not allowing us to pay our account and charge late fees,, bc they do not return calls on a timely manner.. after 2 1/2 weeks , calling 3-4 a week. I get a unprofessional call tonight, asking for my phone records to prove I called them and I have to pay late fees bc there system asking 2 months of payment and there working on the problem and still responsible for there company errors HORRIBLE place and Rude service
