Brookwood Loans Preston Ridge Rd, Alpharetta

Amanda Carr is very rude and seems a little incompetent. I applied for a loan with Brookwoods last week and was denied for what I thought was for something on my credit. Today I applied with a company called "QuickClicks" and Amanda called stating that they were sister companies, and I was denied for my bank account and if I don't have a new one, I would be denied again. I proceeded to try to explain to her that I was never told that was the reason for my denial at Brookwood (in fact I have the denial letter stating it was because of my credit sent by HER) and she negatively says, "well I'm telling you now" and then continued to cut me off as I was trying to speak. I wasn't yelling, I wasn't mad, and I DID NOT CUT HER OFF WHEN SHE WAS SPEAKING. Learn some professionalism or if you hate your job get a new one. Either way you are an embarrassment and the only thing you are hurting is that establishment.

Got the loan, paid it back with no problem. Yes it is a high percentage rate so pay it off as quickly as possible. Banks won't lend small amounts so you're going to get a high interest rate. Costumer service was very polite over the phone.

honestly....this company helped me in my time of need. the process was not hard and the experience was not bad. i hate the interest rate but the service was remarkable. i see myself as an returning customer soon. however, if you know you cannot afford to keep your monthly payments, then you should not apply for this loan PERIOD...^_^

The only thing good about this place is they get you the loan in 2-3 business days. For the amount that they allow you to borrow for 36 months, you have to pay back triple with all the interest that occurs. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I haven't got the loan yet but the lady in customer was awesome helping me. She was nice and she didn't mind me calling her about information I needed. So hopefully I will get approved.

Very professional and quick loan process. Brookwood employees treat you as an individual instead of a credit score. Out of all my loan companies, they are my favorite. I never had to worry if I asked them to modify my payment date and their loan payment is very reasonable and wont break your bank account.

I think the interest rate is absolutely outrageous. However, they approved my loan and deposited it into my account within 2-3 business days. And I was not necessarily a very good credit risk. I have never been late on any payment.

I was approved to be disapproved with in 5 minutes. I was hoping to go home for Christmas. I was willing to pay the outrageous APR. 2100 loan and paying 7000 grand.Your agent gave me false hope. He even omitted to scwering up on the application. Train your employees better

Brookwood gave someone I know a loan of $3250 with apr of 59.00% terms are 36 months how in the hell you end up paying them back right under $7000 by the time you are done? How does their math works? If you pay back your 3250 AND on top of that you pay them $3745 and change ? Isn't that little over 100% interest?! On Monday I will report and ask BBB for investigation of their practices! This person made 10 payments of $194 ($1940) and apparently owes $3067 from MF $3250 balance/amount borrowed....I will NOT stop until I see some change of these hooligans do the right thing.

Thank you Brookwood Loans!!! Nobody likes being in a bad financial situation, but it happens from time to time. They helped me through the entire process. I got my money fast and was able to pay it back quickly and am back on track. Great customer service!
