I want to give a super special shout out to Mrs. Roxie Porter. She is one of the most kindest people I ever met. She answered all my questions and explained all of my options that would be best suite me. Not once did she rush or anything of that manner. She was very professional and most importantly kind. I will be continuing getting my banking needs done by this branch. A wonderful group of people overall and a honest bank to be with.

I was a member here for ten years. I do not recommend banking with them. I tried to build a lending relationship with them but was continually denied. I once made a very large deposit and they put a 14 day hold on the funds citing that they did not have the money on hand to support the deposit. I was not trying to cash it. In the meantime they issued me several overdrafts. I later went in to get the overdrafts reversed. They complied on a couple but stuck us with the rest. They solicited me for insurance multiple times and when I went in to add a partner onto the account they said we needed to come back with identification. We were surprised to get a call and a visit from APS. “Starr” as she called herself, had made a false report, saying I was trying to exploit my older partner. It was not true. The investigation was closed quickly but after that I continued to be solicited by the credit union despite closing my account following the surprising incident. I was very disappointed. I thought they knew me better. It is unknown whether disciplinary action was taken against the employee or not, although I did call their main office to report it. Aside from that, their interest rates are not good on savings or loans. Also, the water fountain at this location blasts you in the face when you go to get a drink.

I absolutely love this location! It’s been my home location for over 15 years… they help me at any need! I’ve seen awesome people go from tellers to managers. It’s great! Same vibe over all the years! Roxie has the most pleasant costumer service!

Very poor customer service at the MC branch. Three employees working and they said I needed to make an appointment and no one would help me. There was not a SOUL in the bank except for my son and I. Poor communication from the 1800 number because no one told me I needed to make an appointment for banking needs! Horrible customer service to its EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!!

I love BVSCU. Had to get a temporary credit card and April at the Rocky Creek location was so helpful. Professional and caring. Thanks to April.
