    Very friendly and helpful staff. Great assortment of bikes. They also have a great accessory and clothing department. The also have extended warranty that can include wheel and tire if needed. Delivery is also available!! I would definitely recommend this establishment.

    I have been looking for a Street Glide Special With the color package of Snake Venom with blackend engine. My buddy told me about Neil A top salesman for Harley Davidson in Revere mass. I called talked to Neil told him exactly what i was looking for Harley Street Glide Special. He didn't have one but he got on the horn and found one, he called me back told me the good news, i said great i asked what will you sell it to me for, he told me and i was very Happy and told him sold.....This was done in December of 2021 and these guys rolled out the red carpet, they stored the bike for me and also free delivery..... speed up 4/01/2022 got my new Street glide special delivered and took it out the next day for 70 miles. I'm very happy with the bike and how Boston Harley-Davidson treated me. Thanks guys Thanks Neil...:)

    In a particularly challenging situation looking to ship a bike from overseas for trade-in and purchasing a new bike at a time when inventory is historically low, Boston Harley couldn't have been better to work with. In particular, Neil Anastas was excellent at regular communications to ensure that I had a bike ready and waiting once I returned from overseas. He was flexible and accommodating to challenges with shipping my old bike. I highly recommend Boston Harley for your next motorcycle purchase.

    I just recently had the pleasure of of working with Kyle Hutton and team at Boston Harley Davidson on purchasing my 13 Road Glide. I came from Rhode Island and it was well worth the trip.     Wasted so much of my time taking all my info when I just asked for a price. After waiting over half hour there for a simple price on a new bike they come back with over MSRP, freight and other fees higher then Harley’s website advertises. Boston Harley felt like I was dealing with a used car dealership. You gotta fight for a legit price, going back and fourth. They also called my phone for weeks when I left. A simple email to another dealer and I got legit price exactly like Harley website advertises with none of my time wasted.

    This review is a false representation of what actually happened. Unfortunately, we can only say that this is a very biased version of the situation. Our staff was very transparent and upfront about what we were able to do and what we were unable to do. Unfortunately the curtesy of transparency wasn't returned to us and the result of the situation was that we couldn't come to an agreement with the customer.

    I am impressed to see a Harley Davidson so close to a city with horrible traffic 90% of the time. I am an often returning customer of the Harley Davidson Boston location, and I have used all of their services. I attended the basic rider course earlier this year hand learned a lot about proper operation, some maintenance, riding techniques, and most importantly safety. Our instructor Sheryl was extremely patient and shared a lot of her experiences to the class. I still keep my journal and pen on my bike even though it’s almost full already. The course includes a written test and a riders test. After the course they were able to provide me with all of the necessary paperwork in order for me to get my license. Being an official residence from outside of Massachusetts, they were very helpful to provide me information on the process. The dealership is amazing. They do have a large selection of used and new bikes. Word of advice, do not buy the first bike you sit on, get the bike that you cannot take your eye off of . . . but make sure it’s comfortable. I got my first motorcycle from this location, and I am glad I followed this advice a fellow biker gave me. My Road King Classic felt like a steal because it was such a great price. David was my sales person and he truly made me feel like part of the Harley Davidson Family. He introduced me to almost every employee at each department, gave me advice and tips from his experiences and others, and went out of his way to make sure I got the best customer experience. Thank you Dave! The financial department offers great interest rates on both used and new bikes. I recommend using them as opposed to your bank. I personally used my bank for financial payments and am kind of upset at myself for doing so (long story, involves the gov. shutdown). The sales department has a large selection of gear, safety equipment, and merchandise all for good prices. I do recommend signing up for their MVP as you get so many discounts which makes the pricing that much more impressive. The motorcycle parts and accessory department (I am not sure if it is actually called that, but typing it felt right) will work to get your orders in at the soonest availability if they do not have it in stock. This is probably my favorite department at this location as I always get great customer service. I will be swinging by here more often in the winter while the bike is in storage for further customizations. The service department surprised me. Having this being my first bike, I was expecting to get ripped off at the service department like every car maintenance shop, not here though. I received great customer service, and the maintained was completed fast. Under-promise and over deliver, and not as expensive as I was expecting. Overall, this is a great Harley location. Ride safe google users.

    Didn't fully disclose to me about the full affects of selling me a bike with a title where the mileage doesn't match. They screwed, and now refuse to correct the title for some off reason. I would never even think of buying a bike from this location again.

    I purchased a 2020 Heritage Classic at Boston Harley Davidson. The experience was great. Excellent team effort at the dealership. My sales rep was Joe Brooks. Joe did a great job walking me through the whole process and offered knowledge and advice helping me make my final choice of model and accessories. I felt welcome and appreciated from the moment I walked in. Evonne was at the reception desk and greeted me warmly and pointed me in the right direction. Joe closed the deal. Sean was very helpful and thorough with sales and financing work. Rich in parts gladly helped with my needs and the guys in the shop got me up and riding quickly. I've been back several times and everyone still remembers my name and addresses me when I come in.

    I’d like to divide my review into two parts. The first half is dedicated to the Harley Davidson Riding Academy- just wow. These instructors genuinely care about you and want you to learn the safest techniques to gain to confidence to get on the road. I had the pleasure of learning from instructors Sheryl, Kris, Dan, and Mike. They were all welcoming, friendly, attentive, caring, and all around great people. You guys/ladies are AMAZING! I’d never ridden a bike before, and I left HD Riding Academy with the confidence to hit the showroom floor and purchase my first bike! Which leads me to the second half of this review- HD sales: What a smooth process, with no pressure at all. Kyle Hutton (Fit Specialist) greeted me upon arrival, and was able to show me a few options within my needs and my budget. Kyle was easy to talk to, friendly, and helped to make the buying process as smooth as can be. When it’s time to size up and purchase a bigger bike, I won’t hesitate to go through Kyle again. Robbie Cummings (Assistant Sales Manager) was able to meet me in the middle with the numbers and we ended up making a great deal. Did I mention no pressure? I was able to sleep on it and give them a call the next day with my decision, and the same numbers were honored. I usually dread walking into the finance office to sign the official paperwork in fear of being pressured to buy more than I can afford. Sean Walsh (Finance) was so easy to work with, it was truly a pleasure. I highly HIGHLY recommend this Harley Dealership, the customer service was top notch and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Went to Boston HD in Revere recently to purchase my first bike. Was definitely a little nervous going in expecting the typical run around from a dealer but I must say they were extremely professional and never pressured me. Got to go for a nice 7 mile test ride following my fit specialist (sales rep) and got to open up the bike a little but. A thorough ride not just laps around a parking lot. The staff sat down with me, treated me kindly and with respect and showed me the options best suited for me, and at the end of the day was able to get exactly what I was hoping for. Gotta give a shoutout to Dave R. who worked with me the whole way through I would definitely ask for him if you are going to look at bikes, he was a pleasure to work with. Perry the manager was great to work with as well. I will no doubt be bringing my bike here for service. 10/10 experience.

    These guys received our 11 motorcycles having been shipped from Seattle for a 3500 mile ride back. The shipper put the bikes on an OPEN trailer. Tofer and crew replaced windshields, repaired other damage, and washed them all before we arrived. Has to be one of the best H-D dealers in the country, and we visited many on our ride back to Seattle. And 3 of the bikes were not H-D! Many thanks Tofer & Boston HD!

    My boyfriend & I previously bought from another Harley Dealership & had a horrible experience. After much convincing from my boyfriend, I agreed to try shopping at Boston Harley for an upgrade to a new touring bike. We were not sure which one would be best for our riding needs (Road King or Road Glide or Street Glide). We met with Joe (Cowboy)! What an amazing salesman. He was very knowledgeable, patient & has an amazing personality. Most importantly (& rare) was that he listened to our needs, asked us questions & provided above & beyond information & customer service to help put us on a bike that is perfect for us. Our test drive proved to me that everything he said was true & he definitely knew what he was talking about. The experience was beyond great & he even followed up with us to make sure we knew he was still available to answer questions or express concerns. I highly recommend him & everyone at Boston Harley for their outstanding service. From Joe to Dave to Neil. Sean in finance & Chris in parts. Every one of them really listened to us & made the deal happen to where we were happy all around. They have a fantastic selection of merchandise as well. BEST Harley Dealership! Go see them. If you're a fan of Harley, you (like me) could spend ALL day there! Go see Cowboy Joe! You will NOT regret it!

    Big selection of bikes parts and apparel. Went to get a dealer shirt and poker chip for my visit never was asked if needed help even though there were two employees in the department. Picked my shirt, chip and left.

    Not sure where to start!! Our experience at Boston Harley was wonderful from start to finish. Went in to just look at a bike, and ended up buying another hours later. The staff here is so accomodating, I could never dream of going anywhere else...and we live an hour away. We may not have gotten the "greatest" deal, but the deal we did get and the overall experience made it worth every penny!! To the staff at Boston Harley...you all rock. Thank you so much for one hell of a day!!

    Everyone is so friendly. Such an at home feel. It doesn't matter if you buy new or old or just shopping around!Joe did everything right! He kept us posted on every bike that came in that we would be interested in. Everyone is friendly and great to deal with thanks Erik and Joe!

    Excellent experience at Boston Harley. I can tell you, my friend and I went to every dealership looking for the best deal on our bikes. We could of saved a lot of time had we just went to Boston Harley. We went to High Octane and Manchester Harley which were absolutely miserable experiences. When I went to Boston Harley, it was a friendly environment and every one was great. We got the best deal on a 2019 Road Glide Special and 2020 Street Glide Special. No games, transparent and an easy process. If you are shopping for a bike, go to Boston and speak with Carlos I promise you won't regret it and you will leave with you dream bike at the right price!

    This place recently had my bike for 5&1/2 weeks for a cracked oil tank, which was under warranty. only to find out it was "mis- diagnosed" and nothing at all was wrong with my bike... seemed very sketchy so even though they told me what happened i dont trust it and will still be getting my bike looked at by someone else. Another time they didnt have the right parts to finish a passenger peg install, and a 4 hr job turned into a two week one. This is the second time ive used them for service and the second time they have burned me real bad. STAY AWAY
