    I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Boerne Dodge! My salesman Mike, was outstanding. He was honest, friendly, and there was zero pressure. Nick in the finance department was just as helpful. I appreciate how there were no gimmicks or pushy sales tactics. I can only speak about the vehicle I purchased, but the price was great and they worked with me to get exactly the deal I wanted. So many dealers say they prioritize customer service, but these guys really mean it. I've purchased vehicles from several dealers over the years and I can say without a doubt that it was the BEST car buying experience in my life. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

    We had a wonderful experience here. Our salesman Nick was very nice and was very informative on all the truck models. He was very patient with us and we did not feel pressured into buying anything and helped us get the best deal for our brand new RAM. We had a great experience overall and believe me we went to a few dealerships and we felt pressured and people were rude. Bourne Dodge Dealership was amazing especially Nick Talamantes…. He even drove down to our home town to pick the trade in Overall 5 stars Very happy

    We were pushed to make vehicle purchase on the day of the visit, did the test drive, and liked the truck. We even purchased an extended warranty on the truck, but now (after the sale was made) we find out the radio doesn't work properly, the steering wheel options don't work properly, and the radio is actually an after market radio. So now, we made a $42K purchase with a radio that doesn't work right and the dealership isn't willing to correct / fix it. The extended warranty isn't going to cover because we didn't know to notate the after market radio at the time of purchase. The dealership should complete an inspection and disclose those type of issues prior to purchase or make it right after the purchase. The salesman was and has been kind, but the dealership has been less than honest and upfront with the details of our truck prior to purchase.

    Boerne Dodge provided professional service above and beyond expectations. Before we even arrived to the showroom, Jarrod was working hard communicating and locating vehicles for me to provide the best experience possible. When we arrived for our appointment he greeted us by name, explained his research and had already selected vehicles matching my needs. He provided detailed specifications of the vehicles, listened to our feedback, and even discussed vehicles not in inventory yet. He provided us honest information with a no pressure sales attitude that made our experience so easy and pleasant. We truly enjoyed the experience. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, Jarrod worked quickly to help us accomplish the paperwork process. Rob in finance was absolutely dedicated to finding us the very best deal. He was quick, efficient and very professional. This experience felt like I was working with a family, not a business. We are most definitely a Boerne Dodge family member from now on!!!!

    Josh helped us and we had an amazing experience. He helped us put a lot with monthly payment and getting us into the car we really wanted to leave in. Vincent helped a lot as well getting us a good deal on our trade, even though it had some damage to it. Josh was respectful & professional & funny.     We took our 2018 Jeep in for warranty repair end of May. Nothing has been done. No updates.Return texts or calls?? Nope. Maybe 2 or 3 days later. No Nothing. Out of a vehicle almost 3 weeks. Rental?? Nope. No hurry. Terribly dissatisfied. I bet if we were paying full price for repairs, they'd get a move on it!

    I bought my Brand New 2022 Jeep Wrangler last week, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The crew at BDCJR was simply AMAZING! I would HIGHLY recommend them, and will keep my business there for our next shopping needs in just a few years for my girls new vehicles. If you're looking for a great salesman who's going to be Honest, Respectful, and Patient, I'm sure they're all gtg there, but if I had to name one, it would be Timothy! He's awesome!

    BUYER BEWARE! This dealership has nice people and amenities, but they have very sneaky and unethical sales tactics. They pre install a bunch of overpriced junk you don’t need and try to force you to buy it (GPS tracker for $2,000; windshield coating for $1,200; wheel locks for $400; tinted windows for $800; etc). They will push and push and say that corporate makes them charge for it… they also sell third party warranties but make it sound like they are from the manufacturer. Pay VERY close attention to the details and be very careful if you try to use this dealership. They also false advertised the price on their website. I used to sell cars… trust me, there are much more trustworthy and reasonable dealerships to work with. I would steer clear of this one. If you want more details on my experience, I am always glad to share more over the phone.

    Summary: dealership tried sneaking an extra 12k in my finance amount by increasing loan duration and adding options. This dealership is great, until you are ready to actually purchase the vehicle. My salesman, Nick, and the internet sales rep, Robin, we’re fantastic and had me feeling great about the dealership and anxious to purchase the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle I was purchasing had delivered, therefore, had none of the dealer options added. Of course, they still added it on top of the price of the truck but I refused to pay for any of them. The sales manager was focused on figuring out a monthly payment that made me comfortable, however, I repeated several times I was not looking for a specific monthly payment, I was focused on how much I was paying for the truck. We came to an agreement on my trade in and truck price (MSRP) and it was time to move to finance. The finance rep I was working with was very friendly at first, kept me talking and then I realized that the finance term he was showing me was a year longer than what I was expecting. After questioning him a bit, I discovered that there was 12.3k added into my finance total. The sales manager then came in and tried to say that the difference was any add ons I agreed to with finance, but I also wrote down all figures finance was throwing at me so I knew that was not the case. After realizing I had ALL of the figures in my hand the finance manager came in, did some magic, and somehow got me back to the original finance amount that I had agreed to and my monthly payment was lower than the estimates the salesman showed me. I did end up purchasing the vehicle but only because it was the only one near me. After leaving the dealership I thought I was done, but it took me a week to get my finance documents after calling several times and finally leaving a voicemail voicing my frustration. I understand this may take time but a professional business would return voicemails & calls with an update. Even then, our finance rep who never returned any phone calls & only emailed us because we finally got through to his manager sent me the finance documents without a single word in his email (just the attachment). That is email etiquette 101. I’ve waited over a month to write this review to ensure that I let my disappointment in the dealership settle and simply provide the facts. I would not recommend this dealership and if you do decide to take your business here, double check your total finance amount and don’t just focus on the monthly payments.

    Great dealership, great people. First time customer, visited San Antonio on vacation with my family from Wyoming. David took care of me from the first day I called, had the truck I was looking for, did the deal with out having my trade in there. Not looking forward to the drive down and up, but very happy with the whole process. Can’t wait to pick my truck up

    I will not take my Jeep anywhere else to be serviced. I do not trust anyone else but I trust this dealership 100%. They always go above and beyond and everyone is so nice every single time I come in. I also cannot recommend Kayden enough, he is so kind, intelligent, and helpful. I will forever be a customer.

    We drove from the Austin area to Boerne (100 miles) because of the selection and the follow through over the phone from Rene Cravey. Boerne DCJR had THE best inventory period. From the time we pulled into the lot, the customer care was incredible. It was July in Texas (hot and humid) so they made sure we were comfortable and hydrated. The manager introduced us to Joshua Williams. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. A true professional. I would highly recommend asking for him, you will be impressed. We worked with Sammy, General Sales Manager, to get the deal across the finish line. Shout out to Nick in the Finance Department. As equally professional and really worked to get the best financial structure in place. This is now my dealership to get things done. It’s how the car/truck buying experience should be.

    I brought my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and was happy with my experience. Jorge was my service rep and he was very straight forward. I appreciate him telling me the specifics on the service I was requesting. He is great at his job. The service waiting area is very nice and clean. They have bottle water and gatorade for customers in the waiting area, which was great on such a hot day. I am starting to look for a newer vehicle but wont be ready to purchase for another couple of weeks. I wanted to check out the new/used jeeps they had on the lot so I walked over to the sales room building. I was greeted by a young man named, Anthony. We had a great rapport from the start. I was comfortable with him both times I came to look and test drive that day. His knowledge of the different cars on the lot was amazing. Anthony was very good at his job; he listened, was polite, and was a professional. I didnt feel pressured by him at any point and his only goal was to make sure I would be happy with the vehicle I chose. THANK YOU ANTHONY FOR YOUR HELP, YOU ARE AWESOME! Anthony's sales manager, Antonio, was professional and knowledgeable on the cars on the lot. I enjoyed speaking with him about the specifics of a certain 4x4 grand cherokee I was interested in. He spent the extra time to answer my questions and even took it a step further by showing me different 4x4 models on the lot and their differences. Thank you for your patience with me Antonio! :) Great job Boerne Jeep, if you keep Jorge, Anthony and Antonio around you will be one of the best dealerships I have ever been to(and that is saying a lot, Im on my 4th jeep, looking for my 5th).     Be careful of the sales man Anthony, I almost sign for a 2020 beautiful Corvette which of course I loved it but I don’t need it. I just stopped to pick up some parts but the the softly and aggressive selling skills of Anthony just “got me”.

    My wife and I went to Boerne Dodge on July 4th to look at trucks. We met Anthony and he showed us the truck that caught our when we pulled in. After a test drive and a little discussion, I ended up buying the truck. Normally we don't really like to go thru the experience of purchasing a vehicle but it was not a bad experience at all. If you go, ask for Anthony he is a knowledgeable salesman who will take care of you.

    Service personnel are on point with there customer service. Having appointment scheduled for an oil change and having to wait an hour to an hour and half is kinda frustrating. I understand the wait time if your a walk-in.

    I’ve been there twice for service, always gone to the competition down the road. 1st and 2nd was good, only little problem was that they say they will call you back with an answer or update. ends up that I have to call them .     Was interested in the TRX that they had coming in so I was in touched with a sales person (Carl Guerrero) whom was great👍. As soon as the truck landed he texted me and called me and let me know and advised me to put a deposit seeing trucks are selling fast. I told him I had no problem with that but than he had to put his manager on the phone (he wanted to speak with me) his manager advised me it would be a $1,000 nonrefundable. I've bought plenty of vehicles in my days and I've NEVER been told nonrefundable....... that's insane! I advised him that I would not put that deposit and if they sell it so be it but I'll drop by the following day just incase it was still available. I drove in to take a gander and possibly make a deal and met with Carl and he proceeded to show me the truck and advise on the price etc etc etc. I sat down and met with another "manager" that showed me the cost of the truck along with about 8k worth of add-ons. Something that I've never dealt with before in this magnitude, they had Paint protection, front windshield protection, wheel and tire protection, window tint, GPS device, spray-on bedliner......$500 there, $500 here, $1,000 there, $2,000 here it was insane. At the end we didn't come to a agreement on the contract but honestly I didn't try much after talking with that manager (he came off to me very sleazy along with the first unfortunately) and all those crazy add-ons killed the vibe🤷‍♂️. If you had a great experience at this dealer congratulations to you👏but I did not.

    I brought my truck in for service & repairs last week. My adviser was George. They keep my truck for a few days for repairs. George called me every day (sometimes a couple of times in a day) with an update on my truck. George is a great adviser, friendly polite profession and very knowledgeably with great communication skills. He made my experience talking to him even better than I expected. It is becoming all too rare these days to find a person that goes to such great lengths to satisfy its customers.

    I was in need of a truck to be able to pull my fifth wheel. Paul at Boerne Dodge immediately set to work to find what I needed. Within a week they had it and it was awesome. All the staff at Boerne Dodge from the service department ( putting in my spray on bed liner) to the finace guy Joel. Everyone was professional and helpful, at Boerne Dodge.     This is a great place to get a vehicle. The entire staff was very professional. Joshua Williams was the salesman who helped my girlfriend get a great deal on a vehicle here. Joshua was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable and honest. Even when we asked him about something that he wasn't 100% sure about he was very honest and helped us research the information we needed; he definitely went above and beyond! As someone who worked in sales myself, I also really appreciated that Joshua wasn't pushy at all, instead he gave us all the information we would need to give us a great deal without the extra fluff.     Salesman was great. But when I asked why I HAD to pay for an $1899 gps, $399 tint ($30 dollar rolls) $1899 service contract (that actually cost more than the work and supplies). But never got a real answer other than “We will not take it off the price”. Even if those items aren’t on the truck because it hasn’t arrived, that’s called profiteering. That’s shady. I even offered to pay for those items at cost even though I, like many people, only came there to buy a truck, and shouldn’t have. But no, you HAVE pay for those “adds”. I have never seen such a thing in my life. When you go to a car dealership, you go looking for a car. If there are options for extras, great. But forcing someone to pay for $4187 of adds they don’t want, when you’re already making profit from MSRP... come on. That’s ridiculous. Go ahead and write out a well written response explaining how I’m wrong. But you guys down there know for a fact that what you’re doing with adds like $1899 “GPS” it’s profiteering at its finest.

Some vehicles have value-added options. For the record, in most cases our prices are still lower with the options versus other dealerships that do not provide the additional value. As far as working at a profit, that’s the goal of every business. If that doesn’t happen, we can’t keep providing the award-winning service we work so hard to offer on a daily basis.     The service department was great but the actual service needs a little work the mechanic forgot to tighten the drain plug when he was done changing my oil so the nut was loose and leaking oil , good thing I noticed the oil in my driveway or it could have been bad , I think they made it right after I had a conversation with one of the guys in the service department

    Went towards the end of November 2017. Withholding salesman's names, but still sharing my experience. Began with one salesman, who seemed very disinterested. Had to look on my OWN phone at the truck online to see the discounts we qualified to get a better idea of the price, since the online price shows ALL discounts, but then you have to take off what you don't qualify for. Ridiculous. And this happened while we were at the dealership. Kind of thought that was their job? I then asked about the dash in the new Rams, because my parents 2001 dash cracked within a few years. His response "Yeah, they'll still crack over time". Really felt like he said that to try to discourage us from asking anything other questions. After I asked a few more questions, he straight up passed us off to somebody else, after being with us for about 45 minutes ("sold a car earlier, so he had to go", when really he never cared from the start). He went to get another salesman to help us. We then told both of them, we weren't going to stay since clearly we were a burden. First guy didn't care, second guy practically begged us to stay and he would get us a real quote, so we stayed. We walk in to sit in the waiting area while we wait for the 2nd guy to "be right back". He never came back, 20 minutes later I get up to see what happened, and he is at his desk helping another family. We walked out, will NEVER go back, went across the street, and we bought a NISSAN TITAN. Best decision we ever made in an over saturated market of the "Big 3" truck brands. I am going to assume since we were a young couple they did not take us seriously, didn't even get offered a test drive, but I can't change that. What I can do is warn other young buyers to go somewhere else or take an older friend or family member with you so you don't get passed around. What a joke. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't look at Nissan of Boerne, specifically the Nissan Titan. Better features for a lower price. The Texas Titan is comparable to the Lonestar Ram. BUT the Titan has a 5 year/100k warranty. Can't beat that! Nissan of Boerne is full of great people who seem to care. Can't say the same about this place.

    I just wanted to say that i think this place is very misleading. I was in the market for a truck. The sales guy (Joel) was really nice and showed us a few trucks. We liked a truck that was marked at $31,987 online so I was excited and was ready to sit down and talk the numbers. The sales specialist came over with the sales man and said ok here are your numbers and this was with tax title and license and many other additional charges which put the truck over $38,000 so i was confused as to why the dealership would post a price online and then fail to inform the customer that there would be so many additional charges. The answer I was given, is that Chrysler would not include the additional charges on the online price, you would actually have to find that information on an another page or be told once you have picked a vehicle and start talking numbers. I explained that I didn't want any of the add-ons and I thought that it was very misleading so I left and started to search elsewhere. I found a truck that i was interested in but decided to sleep on it for a night. The next day i was contacted by sales guy at Boerne Dodge (Joel) i explained that i had found a nice truck at a different dealership and was told that he wanted to talk to his manager to see if they could earn my business. The manager contacted me and explained that he was sorry for it seeming so misleading. I had explained that i didn't want the add-ons. So he said that if i would come back he would remove the add-ons except the gps that was installed. So thought about it and said why not ill give these guys another shot since i had seen online that these guys had a new truck priced at 30,809. Called and talked to (Joel) and he told me he was getting with his manager. i explained i didn't want any add-ons just what they were posting online. And that i would take the deal, he said he felt his manager was sure to want to earn my business. We decided to drive back to boerne dodge to see this new truck. Once we got to point of looking at numbers again Joel talked to his manager and the specialist, Joel came back and said you guys i know are not going to like what they came up with, we found ourselves in the same spot again. Truck was now way over priced from what they posted online. At that point i was upset that they just wasted my time. I asked the manager why was i there if he was not going to honor the price like he said. Then he told me that he couldn't do it , i asked then why did they waste my time. BAD BUSINESS !!!!! Just wanted to trick us to come back. But we were able to find a great deal at another dealership with no add-ons with Ancira. Reggie Miller was our sales man he did a great job. And if you dont want to get fooled definitely avoid dealerships with hidden fees. Good luck if you go to this dealership but make sure to look out for these add-ons. They will try and convince you that this is what you have to have. Just check other dealerships and im sure you'll be glad you did , i know i was! But when you advertise a price and then at the last minute when customers are already sitting down ready to purchase and you add an additional 4 grand in add ons without giving the option to decline it is bad business and absolutely misleading from the price posted online to get people to go in.

    We can't address this review specifically as we don't know you as a customer with the name provided in the review. It is important to address the "misleading" part you reference. These are not hidden fees. Every dealership has to add title fees and taxes to the purchase. This isn't hidden, it's required by law. Any options suggested in finance is also a practice offered by every dealership. These are options, and can be declined as you say you did.

    The dealership tries to lure you in with low advertised prices. Then they tell you about all the dealer adds the vehicle has that they failed to include in their ad or price. They also will low ball your trade. The only plus is my salesman gave up pretty quick, and I didn't have to deal with them long. Luckily I didn't waste a trip from the Fort Worth area.

    Boerne Dodge fulfills every stereotype of a shady car dealership. They have a Ram listed on their website with a sticker price of $67,000 discounted to a "Boerne Dodge price" of $56,971. Ram is offering a current incentive of 0 percent financing. I test drove the truck and decided to buy it. The games soon began. At first, the sales manager told me that they would not honor the price advertised on line if I took advantage of the financing incentive. He then told me that I could take advantage of the financing incentive, but only if I paid for over $6000 in useless dealer add ons. The sales manager told me that they wouldn't honor the "Boerne Dodge price" even if I paid cash. I left. I understand that it's a seller's market, but pulling a bait and switch is deceptive and fraudulent. I hate having my time wasted. Jose, the salesman, is a nice guy otherwise I would have left a 1 star review.

    Beware of the "bait and switch" and false advertisement. I would give no star if I could. There are over several dozens of similar complains against this dealership. I will repeat DO NOT buy from this dealership or even consider step in and waste your time here. The salesman Eddie that helped me was very friendly, however, the sales manager Matthew is a whole different story with a very rude attitude and obnoxious demeanor. My experience is no different than over 50s similar other customers experience with their deceptive discount of over $9000 off their Ram 1500 Laramie MSRP price and then the so called hidden or add-on "options" with over $11,000 with GPS, paint protection , tinted window, car wash subscription, 3 years maintenance care, bed liner protection, running board etc. Not to mention several of these optional accessories are already there in the truck. After back and forth negotiation they insist I need to pay over $5500 of their optional package. I also would like to point out that the owner's response with denial to other similar posts. You have over hundreds of customers with similar experience of stating "bait and switch," "shady salesman tactics," "false advertisement," etc. including those 3-4 stars too! If I had read people's reviews I would not have wasted over 2 hours at this dealership. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

    Had a good sales experience, George did an exceptional job and overall I was happy with my purchase, gave a excellent review when I received the survey. This was my 2nd vehicle from Boerne Dodge. I purchased an extended warranty and 2 year maintenance (oil and tire rotation), but shortly after my purchase Ram sent me a free 2 year maintenance for oil and tire rotation. I contacted the finance department who sent me the form I needed for a refund. I submitted all that was required within the time limit. After a few months I checked in with Anthony Thelemann who stated to give it a bit. I waited a few more months and he stated the refund went to the wrong finance company and they were working to resolve. I waited a few more months and finally got a "still looking into" response. November 2021, slightly over a year after my purchase I went to speak to Mr. Thelemann, in person, who stated they would mail me a check. I live in Boerne so it should not take a month. Still not resolved. The lack of action on Mr. Thelemann's part is very disappointing. With my issue would have been addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

    I have had 7 Ford F-150's and this time, I couldn't turn down a chance at a 2020 Rebel with air-ride. With less than 9,000 miles, I started to have steering issues; ones that had a recall for 2017-2019 models. Something about the circuit board being damaged. Anyways, I had to take it in. Now, I have had issues with my Fords in the past and when I took it in, I was all but treated like a homeless man on the street; one of the many reasons I will not go back to Red Mccombs Ford West off 410. I was so worried that this was the kind of treatment I would get at Boerne Dodge but that was not the case. I was very impressed with the customer service department. I like the way I was given a case worker and not a random person every time I walked in the door. My guy kept me in the loop at all times. It was not the best situation but they made it much more pleasant while we solved the problem. Boerne Dodge is my new truck dealer and if you haven't tried them, you should give them a chance to earn your business! You will be glad that you did. My guy was Lawrence W. Marren. He did a great job; the whole team did.

    George was a good salesman, but that was the only positive experience here. Otherwise, this place is a joke. Had issues right away... it took an act of congress to make it right. Then today....I called to inquire about a check engine light on with a Sensor code number, but because the service department is closed the clerk referred me to a sales rep... Explained the above and that we have an an out-of-town trip planned for the weekend, so...she told me the only thing she could help me with was to sell me a new truck. Lmao... Guess where I'm not buying another truck!

    Similar to what other reviewers have experienced, they changed their online price from the time I made the appointment to 14k higher two days later when I cam in for the appointment. I was in there on a Monday, a manager gave me the price for the vehicle I was interested in 55k and said, “look online the pricing is different.” He then asked if I’d like to make the appointment, I said I could do Wednesday. He said to take at look at the pricing and if I’m still interested let’s keep the appointment. I checked out the online price,40k. Great I thought, and we they called to confirm I still wanted to come in I said yes. I live 45 minutes away and they knew this. I find out when I get up there that the pricing online has now changed and it’s only discounted 1k. They told me it was a mistake and they accidentally priced the 2021 at 2020 price discounts and made the changes as soon as possible. I don’t believe that’s true because I saw the same employee pricing on other dealerships websites. And either way I think the right thing to do would of been to call and let me know the pricing had changed. My advice, screen shot prices and always check to see if prices have changed. I’ll be buying Dodge for years to come but not from Boerne Dodge.

    My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle with Renee Cravey, and her manager Sammy Deals. After negotiating an acceptable deal for both the sales price of the new vehicle, as well as the trade value of our vehicle, we asked to see a detailed offer, showing our OTD price. At that point, they tacked on $5,431 of “dealer installed options” that were non negotiable, and could not be removed from our deal. Ultimately they baited us in with a good price advertised online, as well as a good trade offer, but then they tried to sneak in over $5k of useless add-ons in the end. We took our business elsewhere, and do not recommend dealing with this, or any other dealership that advertises a lower price on a vehicle, than they are willing to sell for.

    Can't say enough positive things about this dealership and service place. The attention and care they give the truck we bought for them is awesome. They are honest with repairs and show us old filters and the wear on parts. The salesman that helped us was great and was patient and test drove with us in a few trucks. The finance guy worked numbers with us till we agreed and got us a better interest rate than we thought we could have. With the wide range of roles held by different people at this dealership & service center that we have dealt with I can confidently say this is a great place and bringing your business here is worth the drive to Boerne!

    I wanted to buy a Ram 3500 from this dealership and clicked on the site for more info. Asked a couple questions about possible discounts, and filled out the value my trade info. I received an email the next day that Robyn would be working my deal. Long story short, they got as far as one phone call...she called to inform me the appraiser may want pictures of my trade. Never got that request or anything from Robyn or an appraiser. Never any communication about the vehicle I wanted to buy. No calls, no emails, no texts...nothing except for emails from a customer service rep saying Robyn would contact me about the truck. After three days I got the “have you received everything you need” email. No I did not...I got squat from anyone. Gave up and went elsewhere. I always heard Dodge, Ram customer service was terrible and now I’ve experienced first hand. Happy I found a truck (not a Ram)...salesman called me right away and closed the deal in a few minutes.

    Super disappointed that this was my son's first car buying experience. Like others, online price went from 15K with online team and to 24K with in-person sales team. They stated it was higher because of the add-ons not included with online price and they have no control of online pricing. Ended up negotiating down to 16K, but upon last minute inspection, none of the add-ons they stated were ever even on the vehicle. When confronted, manager stated they were probably scheduled to be added, but we could add them at cost. Seeming like shady dealing to me. To top if off, this dealership decides to commit on my review, making it seem I bought the truck in question like it was a good deal! NO, I didn't fall to your shady tactics and found another truck elsewhere.

    Bad service! I bought a brand new Long Horn Dually. After 35,000 miles it started shaking a lot and I took to this dealer. After 3 days working on my truck, they called to pick it up and it’s still pretty bad. When I complained about it, they told me that the solution would be changing all tires and warranty doesn’t cover that. The guy I talked to is Ruben. If changing tires is the solution for this shaking, any dealer would be able to fix it. So I’m taking it to another place and had to cancel my trip.

    We would like to address this review. We were notified of multiple issues, one being vibration at highway speeds. We performed a rotate, balance and alignment with some other routine services. We informed the customer that the tires had uneven wear, and that they should be replaced to correct the vibration. In 36,000 miles, the tires had never been rotated. We also informed him that this was not a warranty issue as there were no visible defects in the tires that the manufacturer would be able to cover. We were happy to address the issue, but it simply wouldn’t be covered by the warranty.

    My jeep had “death wobble”. I got in same day I called for a recall, the next afternoon it was finished along with an amazing deal on an oil change. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. My jeep is Canadian, which was no issue at all! Very professional group of people. So thankful for your prompt help! Jeep is running great!(:

    My experience at this dealership has been a pleasant surprise. As soon as we stepped out of our vehicle we were greeted by Matthew. His genuine smile made us feel welcome & at ease. He was friendly, courteous and professional and was able to answer all our questions throughout the whole process. I was looking at a vehicle I was interested in. Matthew asked all the right questions to find out what I really was looking for in a vehicle.     We had a great experience , even though they tried to get us with there financing at 10% and vehicle extended warranty , go pre approved with your bank and talk with the closing manager for a better deal on extended warranty if purchasing a used vehicle . Even then sales guy was outstanding, showed us the car we came to see and did not try to force a new vehicle , was knowledgeable about that car and all the little buttons . They worked with our budget and waived a couple fees to get us in the car. I recommend this dealer .I give it 4 stars because I think they should be more transparent in there interest rate when financing in house .

    Brought my truck in to check coolant color and was told it Has contamination. They know it’s contaminated but will not inspect further, to see if it is oil contamination or what the cause is. They believe “someone” added the wrong coolant. Truck has 49k miles and there has never been any coolant added to the truck. they want to charge me the 700 dollars to flush and clean coolant tank.Service advisor William was great! The rest was terrible. Service tech left lid off of my coolant cap and left his tools on my truck as I was driving off. Service advisor manager was rude and did not help solve the issue and is not willing to try and solve the issue. Will not be taking my truck back ever again.

    Where to begin I was looking to buy a Truck that was listed on the website. The listed price was 32k, I had contacted the dealership by email to request pics of the truck, it took them several days to respond, but they did and it was a nice looking truck. I asked them if there was any way we could be negotiate on the price. I was told “yes that they would work with the pricing”. When I got to the dealership, after the test drive. When we started the process to discuss pricing and I was told that, the price was actually 38,500. When I told the sales person [who in my opinion had not sold many cars] that I had asked about negotiating the price, I stated that my starting point was 32k, not 38,500. The reason the price went up was due to the dealership adding: And I believe that these items had already been installed on the truck. Window tint Running boards Low jack system Spray on bed liner [which, had not been done] When asking about these items and the cost, I was told by the “sales supervisor” [I think that is who he was] that the dealership need to give the truck “curb appeal” After telling the sales person that the most I could afford was 30k, I was then told that the 38,500 was not including TT&L [which would raise the price to over 40k] I was then directed to speak with the “sales Manager” and when discussing the situation with him, he agreed to let the truck go for 31k. Again, after haggling with the initial sales person, and feeling that I they had not been honest with me from the start I decided not to purchase the truck. I would not recommend going to this dealership or the service dept...[Based on the poor service on the sales floor]

    A negative stars or anti-stars rating would be very useful if Google could honor that feature request for this organization. They will provide their real price only if you ask, but their advertised prices both on their website and Autotrader do not include dealer added accessories. They rely on the advertised price to get you in the door, then inform you about the thousands in dealer added accessories that we’re not mentioned anywhere in the sales ad other than “dealer added accessories” buried down the page in one sentence. I was provided the dealer added accessories and prices for them the day before. They were verbatim as follows: GPS, Paint/Int protection, Dent/Theft protection, Windshield protection, Tint. This summed to $4,875. I mistakenly assumed I could remove those dealer added accessories if I didn’t want them. I was wrong and you will be too. They offered to remove a couple protection plans, but it barely had any effect. They have crafted this tactic to somewhat cover themselves legally from bait and switch accusations, but it is neither ethical or moral and is disingenuous at best. This is not the type of organization that I would support with my dollars. I walked away from their “deal” on principal because I don’t transact with dishonest unethical businesses. I’ve never had an experience like this with any dealership. GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT HERE! REPLY If “highly valued accessories” are typically added at customer demand, why was I told that the “highly valued accessories” package is added at the explicit direction from Keating Auto Group and cannot be changed by the customer? This customer made the recommendation to allow the customer to choose the accessories and I was told, “that is not possible because the dealership owner decides.” Do you ever look at the keywords in Google reviews about your organization? You can see a few below. Your assertion that the customers that used the words below are also slanderous liars like me is very bold. bait and switch = used 17 times deceptive = used 14 times ethical = used 7 times I agree that you have good inventory and good pricing. I don’t have any experience with your service. However, the best inventory and the best pricing options are useless when the customer cannot get the advertised price. You can hide behind your “price does not include dealer adds” disclaimer as you will predictably do. Feel free to defend your use of this practice and explain the other reviews here that describe customer experiences very similar to mine. My experience was not one of “building relationships with the community.” My experience left me wondering why the salesman and his sales manager spent 20 minutes arguing with me about wanting to walk away because I did not like dealer add-ons and did not want a vehicle with them. I talked to another dealer in the area and they are very familiar with doing damage control for customers that encounter your establishment. I don’t expect you to understand my position. I am providing this information as a warning for others.

    My front hub bearings went out in my truck and Boerne Dodge took great care of me. They had everything replaced within a day.... very efficient. I have had work done on my truck here in the past with excellent service. They even gave me a loaner....great service & expertise these folks offer.     BUYER BEWARE!!! We drove to this dealership from north of Austin to get the truck we purchased. We spoke to the internet sales manager about prices, and looked online about the price of the truck. NOWHERE did it mention anywhere about dealer added accessories. So when we got the table to start talking about price, the very last minute they show us all the dealer added accessories that we had to pay for. The cost and quality of these accessories is beyond acceptable. For instance, they charged 399 to tint just the two front windows and the tint job was horrible. They charged 299 for Mopar wheel locks you can buy for 79. The craziest thing of all is this Apex GPS service that they tell you they cant take out is 1899. There is several other charges as well. I have never seen a NEW car dealership work this way before. They put running boards on the truck to the tune of 1299 and you can't even get your foot on them to get up in the truck the proper way, they are very dangerous to use. I asked the manager to take that stuff off and we were told NO because they installed it all. Oh yeah, they tried to charge us 899 for a spray in bed liner, however it was on the factory sticker that the bed liner was done at the factory and there was already a cost of 495 for it. So they tried to charge us for something they didn't even do. I went back yesterday to have the tint fixes and the car detailed, the tint still has bubbles in it even after them replacing it and the detail of the truck, it barely looks like they washed and detailed anything. I will tell everyone we know about the experience there and the way they screw over the customer on these added accessories we would never buy. I will NEVER buy another car or recommend this dealer to anyone.

    Decent dealership but let me save you some money. Refuse to pay for the Apex GPS Vehicle management. They advertise one price then add on that, window tint, and anything else they can itemize to increase the price. I threatened to leave to shop around more and they removed those things with little argument. I argued the trade-in value they gave me and they increased the value by $2000 immediately. Finance guy refused to wear a mask, was rude about it, and came at me with a rate that he lowered significantly once I told him my bank offered better. The moral of the story? Don't take their first offer on anything!! They have room to move. On another note, our salesperson was awesome so we received great service from that individual. Make sure to have their mobile app ready to go when you get there. They don't like to give pricing until you sit down and start working a deal so if you have the mobile app ready, you don't have to ask and you'll have the pricing right in your hand because they do list the prices on their website. Like I said, decent dealership but haggle, haggle, haggle! It saved me over $4,000 in one afternoon.

    I have been vehicle shopping for a few weeks, and I was working with a different dealership other than Boerne Dodge when I came across a "new" vehicle that had been used as a loaner. The price online was significantly reduced to reflect the fact that this was a loaner vehicle. I cancelled the deal that I was working on, and called Boerne Dodge that I would drive an hour up there to look at the vehicle (I had full intentions of purchasing it on the spot). I was told that the vehicle was there and that they would be waiting for me to arrive. I drove an hour there, only to arrive and be told that the vehicle was actually still out on loan. I had been promised that if the number worked for me, they would deliver the vehicle to my home (once it came back to them) and I could inspect the vehicle and finish finance paperwork at my home so that I would not have to drive all the way back there. After looing at the numbers, there was a $7000 dollar difference between what it was advertised for online, and what the ACTUAL price was! I spent three hours there, feeling like I was being lied to from the moment I tried to deal with them. They were absolutely horrible to work with! I have been a loyal Dodge/Jeep customer most of my life, and I have since vowed to never visit a DCJR dealer again.

    My car had to be towed to them because it would not start. They charged me a $125 to tell me the car was working fine for them, they wouldn't even address an active recall when the issue sounded exactly like what I was experiencing because they claimed the car started and ran fine for them. They kept it for a week and claimed not one issue was experienced. Within 12 hours of having it back home, the car would not start again. Take your car somewhere else, where they'll actually attempt to fix it. This was the worst service experience I've ever had.

Every dealership has to pay their technicians for their time. Despite no issue being found as you mentioned, the work was still put in to make sure the vehicle was in proper working order. Please understand we are in the sales and service business, and we wouldn't make it a practice of not doing service work.     Absolute joke of a dealership. I have been in the auto industry for over 15 years and have never been so disgusted with the service and lack of ownership. This "stealership" tried offering $6,000 on two vehicles that appraised at Carmax for over $19,000. Also, Amir stated I was getting my corporate discount for a company I work for. Then I'm told by the sales manager Alex that they have opted out of doing any corporate discounts. Mind you this is through FCA, not the dealership. Along with forcing over $3,000 in add-ons, stay far away from this dodge dealership! Update: No, your sales manager Alex did nothing of the sort. Infact, he was about on par with Amir in horrible customer service. To force customers into a $5000 upcharge for forced sales items is disgusting. Your competitor down the street had zero issue giving me the correct amount for trade in and the discount on the truck plus NO HASSLE and no forced up charges.

    The good: Excellent experience with the initial sales guy. He was honest and humble during the whole thing. Showed us around, treated us fairly. No issues there. The bad: Had issues with the pushiness of the negotiator (who wasn't my salesman), which is to be expected to some degree. BUT, they tried tacking $3K worth of extras onto the sticker price that I didnt ask for and which wasn't listed on the dealer site or sticker. Negotiator tried to make it seem like it was a great deal, but $3K in hidden costs really isn't when you only see that figure when they are trying to seal the deal. If you stand your ground you'll be fine, but be prepared for a bit of a fight. Tip: test drive before giving them your keys for your trade-in. If you aren't sure about buying the vehicle, just leave. They won't give your keys back unless you get a little nasty with them. Not worth the hassle if you're not sold on what your looking at. Final assessment: their prices are good (minus the hidden "additions"), but there are dealerships with better service overall and more transparency. Had higher expectations based on word-of-mouth so I left a little disappointed. I'm big on dealerships who want to make you a customer for life. Jury is still out on this one.

    I just purchased a 2015 Ram from Boerne Dodge, Ray was my sales person and was Great!!! I took my time over the past 3 months looking for the right truck that fit my needs and budget.     I want to warn everyone of this dealership. They told me multiple times they pride themselves on honesty but my experience was everything but. I live a little over 5 hours from the dealership so I worked out the deal over the phone with the salesman. We agreed on a price for the truck as well as my trade in. Additionally, the truck I was purchasing came with a service plan tacked on that I didn’t want to pay for (it was over $1000). After much back and forth over the phone, they agreed to take it off as well. So I make the drive down there early in the morning on a Saturday. I get there and they are busy and my salesman isn’t able to help me. He tried his best while he attended to another customer he was already with. However, it was still over 2 hours before I even got to start working through the numbers. This is where everything went sideways. They came back offering $2000 less than the price we agreed on for my trade-in. I provided a lot of photos and offered to take any additional photos/videos they needed to make an accurate trade in value and they said what I sent was sufficient. Classic bait and switch. The sales manager, Sean, refused to honor the value we agreed to before hand, and my salesman remained silent throughout the whole ordeal. I emphatically expressed how upset I was at this time (this will be brought up later). However, I decided to move forward with the deal at this point. Next, he brought out the numbers for the new truck and they were almost $3000 higher than we agreed to before I came down. They not only added the service plan back to the truck but also a ding and dent plan; and then they told me I could only remove one of them. I had to bring up my text messages with the salesman (who was still silent) to prove that they agreed to take off everything and the second package was never on the truck. Finally they agreed to remove both. Note: I’ve been there for approximately 4 hours at this point and still had over a 5 hour drive back home. Now that the numbers are finally correct, I head back to finance. He brings up the numbers and the salesprice of the truck is $2000 higher than it’s supposed to be (notice a trend here?). If I hadn’t been paying attention, it would never have been caught. It makes me wonder how many other people have overpaid for their car at this dealership and not realized it. I told them the price was too high and they said it’s just how the rebates are set up. I literally had to prove to them using their website and a calculator that they were wrong before they finally fixed it. By the time I was finally done with everything, it had been over 5 hours since I arrived at the dealership. A couple weeks later I was discussing all the issues with the general manager and when I told him how they offered me one price for my trade in and then changed it when I got there, he transferred me back to the sales manager, Sean. Sean then proceeded to belittle me over and over. Specifically (it was a long phone call, so I won’t go over everything), he said he wished I knew I was not happy about the trade in value. Really?! I was 100% crystal clear on how upset I was and we went back and forth on it for at least 20 minutes. There are many other things he said but this review is already long. My advice: stay away from this dealership. Do not negotiate with them over the phone/email/text. If you do purchase, make sure you know ALL the numbers before you go, otherwise they will likely try to rip you off. EDIT: The owner says I'm being slanderous. Slanderous means I'm saying false information. Everything I've shared is what actually happened. If I hadn't caught the $2000 price increase, they would have ripped me off. I wonder how many other people go through there that this happens to and they never realize it. As far the trade-in value. I requested, multiple times, that we work out a trade-in value BEFORE I drive 5+ hours to the dealership. They said the 12+ pictures I sent was enough for an accurate estimate. Well that turned out to be a lie, too

    The customer service was great, My salesperson was N.Tran, and he was awesome! Nice, friendly, professional and great appearance, his customer service was 5 stars! He and his team, played with numbers to get me a comfortable payment as close to my budget as possible. This dealership does show they want your business! They had a snack area and play room for kids and provided water. The reason for not all 5 stars is the wait time. It took too long to finalize paperwork and that is definitely an area for improvement. Buying a car was a 4 hour process at least, not including the 5(+) hours it took to service car with tint for windows and check AC. That's only downfall. This does not fall on salespeople, but as a company perhaps a better (realistic) timeframe for customers is more ideal. Since this review is towards the company as a whole, I feel it is important to give this feedback. As per my salesperson N.Tran and (ALL) the others who greet you and you sign paperwork with, (ALL) these employees are super friendly, professional, nice, and make you feel welcomed! That's Texas!

    Saw the ad “Big Sales Event” saying, “ We will pay off your trade if you still owe the bank” So we found a truck we liked and drove 2 hours away to go check it out. Even though We asked for the truck we saw on the ad, they showed a different truck. (Higher priced of course) We did the paperwork. Then they told us they would only give us a certain amount for our trade, but not pay it off like they advertised. And that we would either need money down OR a co-signer. So we left. Got home and looked on line and discovered the truck they they showed us was 10,000.00 more than the one we saw in the ad!!! Confronted them and they told us they had the one we wanted. We told them we had a cosigner, so they said come back and do the deal. We went back when they told us to and ‘magically’ the one we wanted was gone. So we found another one, but still lower priced than the one they originally tried to sell us. Waited for 3 hours, only to be told that now we were gonna need money down, even though we had the cosigner right there with us. Why??? Bc the truck we found had apparently been mispriced by them, so at that point, rather than own up to THEIR mistake, they had to find a way to get us out of there. Complete waste of time...Bait and switch at its finest!!!

    If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! I drove 3 hrs to get to this dealership after speaking to Salesman Ray about exactly which vehicle I wanted and my trade in. When I arrived, I was told he wasn’t available so another associate was assisting me. I asked for the NEW car to pulled up so I could test drive & the car wouldn’t even start!!!!! After waiting 3 hours for someone to change the battery, it never started! My trade in value was $3000 lower than Bluebonnet Dodge who I absolutely love. I will NEVER return to Boerne Dodge!!! Bluebonnet Dodge is the absolute Best!!!!! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

    Purchasing a new vehicle from them was a great experience. The salesman Eric Rivera was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. He made sure all of my needs were met and I felt comfortable buying the vehicle. The financing guys are easy to work with on trade-in and price on new vehicle as well, Anthony will make sure you get a great deal. Just ask and don’t be afraid to ask for what you want for the deal and what will make you happy. Haven’t been to service vehicle yet, but so far everyone is very nice & helpful.     I've been trying to get an appointment with the service department for 3 days and no one will return my call. Every time I call there isn't a service advisor available, and I was told one would call me back as soon as possible. Again.....3 days later and several phone calls and no one has called me back. I have 3 or 4 recalls on my vehicle, the most concerning of which is the air bag recall. The "call-takers" in the service department are aware of this because I told them each time I called. I also mentioned some warranty work that needed to be done. Am I not getting a call back because it's recall and warranty repairs and there is no money to be made?? It tells me a lot about how this service department is managed, which tells me a whole lot about how this dealership is run. I sure hope my air bags don't fail before they get fixed. Sure hope I get a call soon or I may just park in the middle of the service drive until someone comes to help me.     I have a Mopar extended warranty and asked if the items i wanted addressed were covered by the warranty. I was told that I would have to pay $125 diagnostic fee, which none of the items required “diagnosis“, for them to tell me whether it was covered by the warranty or not. Seriously? if the items were covered by the warranty than the warranty would pick up the $125.00 but if it was an uncovered item then I’m out $125.00... Plus the warranty has $100 deductible. Seems like a nice little scam to me, They don’t know their own product and they don’t know what’s covered under their own warranty???

    Recently has to visit the local Ram dealer for vehicle service. I was honestly thrilled by the responsiveness of Jackie and Cory!     Nicholas Gonzales is extremely unprofessional. And I quote “By all means do your research, holler if you have any questions at all. You have my best deal. Thanks for hearing me out.” Keep in mind this “best deal” is what the internet is already showing as the sale price. This is in responce to me asking about the $7541 in dealer up charges and what they actually cover. I’m not sure how long Nicholas has been working for you but I desperately needs more training on his communication skills and selling tactics. In my line of commissions sales he would get himself fired for taking to a client like that. But hey, I’m not his boss.

    My experience here has always been amazing! I got my Jeep here a couple years ago which was a great experience so I have been coming here for my service needs ever since.     An excellent dealer to buy from. This is my fourth Ram truck. Great personal attention and effort to get the vehicle you're looking for. Having three adult daughters and a wife, I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealers over the last thirty years and by far this was the best dealer to work with. Ask for Vincent Gonzalez. Vince was patient, polite and professional. Definitely NOT the pushy sales person that often seems to be part of most dealerships. I'm a picky person that hasn't got time for the back and forth often encountered when purchasing vehicles.     Brought my 2021 Ram 2500 in for service and expected it to take at least 3-4 hours. They took care of a factory recall, oil change and rotated the tires. They had the truck ready to go in about an hour and a half! Great service by a great crew. Jorge Garza, the service advisor was very customer orientated and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll not hesitate to return again for service. 👍

Sales manger was very respectful but very good at making the deal come together. F&I was great in securing a rate and payment that I was wanting.     Extremely disappointed in the false advertisement and misleading of this dealership. Misprinted mileage, description of listing and mileage price online. The price online and the price I was given on the buyers sheet were not the same but 3200 higher. Things added that were not even given as options to the buyer. Window protection (1299) and GPS tracker(1899) on a car not even staying in San Antonio but 4 hours away. You say you want everyone to walk out in the car of their dreams but you are clearly wrong. You went about it the completely wrong way to the customer. Maybe if you would given the option instead of telling someone they HAD to have this on their purchase it would go in your favor but because of the sales tactics you use- It kept me from purchasing the car I truly wanted and giving you my business. Speaking from someone who has had their car stolen- I may have been open to the GPS tracker because I’ve been in that position had it been presented as an option not a have to. This should of been explained before I went to my bank for pre-approval. It’s incredibly upsetting as I am missing out on a car I wanted to buy over this.

    Paul was a great salesman very sweet and listened to what I was asking for. The only thing that upset me is that the used car I purchased was filthy, even though I was told it was going to be cleaned. I went a few weeks later and asked them if they would clean it..     General customer service was okay. For the total amount for what the service was done would have been pretty simple and should at least give the customer some additional satisfaction for a job that they did. A simple car clean would be nice. The request for maintenance was direct and straight forward nothing out of the ordinary.

    Where do i start? I bought a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited in March. The driver side door had a dent (small, but a dent). I was told by 4 people when we were buying the jeep that their dent guy comes on Tuesdays. My sales guy will contact me. I called in April when i called and my wife call, we were told my sales guy would contact me and schedule a time and still nothing. I still don't have my plates and when my wife called she was told oh they came in a few weeks ago, we will mail them to you. That was 2 weeks ago. My gut instinct was to go to IPAC Jeep, i should have listened. I have since refered 2 other people there and they have both bought jeeps. This place is a scam. Save your time, energy and money go elsewhere. I am pretty sure their 4.2 rating is their staff trying to boost their stats.

    RIP OFF!!! Horrible customer service. Horrible dealership. Horrible place to do business with. I was trying to buy a new vehicle from 4 hours away, they (Robin and Sammy) would never return my calls after I provided them my financial and trade-in information. I asked for photos and numbers so we could get started and they completely blew me off. After hours of waiting they then offered me $12,000 less on my trade after offering an evaluation online. This place is a rip off!!! Will never get my business!!!

    I was pretty bummed with our experience. The salesman we got just wasn’t a good fit for us, he had only been in TX for less than 2 weeks, and was super pushy about a car that we didn’t want. He was nice enough, most of the time, but when we ran into some problems in talking to the banks, he told my husband “Well if you had told me this was going to be a problem up front, I would have Been able to move onto someone else”. That left a really bad taste in my mouth. (Not to mention, we aren’t psychic) Which is a shame, I really loved the car we picked, but after we saw that we needed to make some different arrangements and wouldn’t be able to buy today, he got flat out rude and annoyed. When we are able to buy, we wont return.

    My experience was awful...I tried to use y'all almost a year ago & couldn't get anyone to even make an appointment for service & 5 recalls. I tried 3 message voicemails & 3 online service appointment requests before I took my truck to NorthStar Dodge. I decided, because of a friend's experience, to give it another shot. I asked for some service issues (3) to be checked out. Only 1 was addressed, 3 days later & a $100 oil change later...I'm still having to figure out how to reset my oil change que in my truck. Also tried telling me I needed a new motor-thankfully I can be tolerant of the 2 other issues (never even addressed) & I'll figure out how to reset the oil change notification. Oh & the truck is running just fine-no motor necessary. Communication was sparse & awful. Work was not what I expected from a dealership level.

    Contacted dealership yesterday morning to inquire about a new Ram 2500. When I asked salesman if the specific truck I was looking at had any dealer addendums he responded with yes for things like running boards, bedliner, tint etc. I said why would I be charged extra for some of these things when the window sticker clearly shows some of those options/ accessories were already installed at factory and the MSRP already included it in price? His response is well I don’t know…why don’t you come in and look at truck and we can discuss? I said no, I’m not going to drive almost 40 miles to come there until I know upfront price. He said ok to give him a few minutes and he’d let me know. Well…he never called me back . First impressions are everything and the fact he couldn’t follow up with a simple 2 minute call to let me know the price of the truck in their inventory tells me they obviously don’t need my business or they don’t care about selling anything! Funny thing is my friend is also wanting me to shop around for a truck for her also. Bottom line….prices on their vehicles including all applicable dealer added addendums should be transparent to the buyer. Buyer shouldn’t have to drive to dealership to find out that information! No problem though…We’ll go shop somewhere else!

    I called and made an appt with Alex and then he had Ramon be my wife and I salesman for the time at Boerne Ram and he showed me through a couple trucks and I test drove and talked through some options and I found a 2021 Ram 1500 quad that was what I was looking for in a new truck. Great experience and Ramon was the best salesman I have dealt with in a very very long time the professionalism and courtesy to my wife and I was the best I’ve seen and I would highly recommend to any of my family and friends to give Boerne Dodge Ram dealership a shot at their next vehicle purchase.

    Two Nissan dealerships just got fined for advertising attractive prices and then not allowing customers to purchase the vehicle unless they agreed to thousands in added packages. This dealership did the same thing me. They would not sell me a vehicle unless I agreed to thousands in add ons like tint, gps, side rails, window protection. I tried purchasing the vehicle without add ons and I was turned away.

    Great group of people! I took my truck to a different dealership that said nothing was wrong but I knew otherwise based on the terrible noise coming frim the frontend when I drove it. These guys put my truck on a lift and found the priblem straight away, order parts, fixed it, and had it back to me inside of three business days.

    This is, with out a doubt, the worst service department I have ever worked with. We took a 2019 jeep Rubicon in for some warranty work over a month ago, and the problems are still not resolved. Every time I call the dealership they have no idea what the status of my claim is, and they will never follow up with you on issues. If you have any other option for service, do not use this dealership.

    Seems after the remodel they remodeled the way they provide service too. Much improved from arrival to completion. Friendly greetings and set the expectations for time. Had warranty work done and they also did an inspection as part of the service. Waiting room clean comfy and coffee. And selection of donuts or kolaches too. Free wifi while I waited.

    Had a good sales experience, George did an exceptional job and overall I was happy with my purchase, gave a excellent review when I received the survey. This was my 2nd vehicle from Boerne Dodge. I purchased an extended warranty and 2 year maintenance (oil and tire rotation), but shortly after my purchase Ram sent me a free 2 year maintenance for oil and tire rotation. I contacted the finance department who sent me the form I needed for a refund. I submitted all that was required within the time limit. After a few months I checked in with Anthony Thelemann who stated to give it a bit. I waited a few more months and he stated the refund went to the wrong finance company and they were working to resolve. I waited a few more months and finally got a "still looking into" response. November 2021, slightly over a year after my purchase I went to speak to Mr. Thelemann, in person, who stated they would mail me a check. I live in Boerne so it should not take a month. Still not resolved. The lack of action on Mr. Thelemann's part is very disappointing. With my issue would have been addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

    Beware of the "bait and switch" and false advertisement. I would give no star if I could. There are over several dozens of similar complains against this dealership. I will repeat DO NOT buy from this dealership or even consider step in and waste your time here. The salesman Eddie that helped me was very friendly, however, the sales manager Matthew is a whole different story with a very rude attitude and obnoxious demeanor. My experience is no different than over 50s similar other customers experience with their deceptive discount of over $9000 off their Ram 1500 Laramie MSRP price and then the so called hidden or add-on "options" with over $11,000 with GPS, paint protection , tinted window, car wash subscription, 3 years maintenance care, bed liner protection, running board etc. Not to mention several of these optional accessories are already there in the truck. After back and forth negotiation they insist I need to pay over $5500 of their optional package. I also would like to point out that the owner's response with denial to other similar posts. You have over hundreds of customers with similar experience of stating "bait and switch," "shady salesman tactics," "false advertisement," etc. including those 3-4 stars too! If I had read people's reviews I would not have wasted over 2 hours at this dealership. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

    First things first, Jake and Pepe were very nice. Knowledge and willing to be helpful. These gents may be the only two worth saving from my experience. Bryce, a floor manager was even decent. But here is my complaint, Floor manager Tony can only be described as a pathetic, self absorbed, snooty, liar. Tony had the audacity to dismiss my offer on a car without a single moment of consideration. He cut me off and said no.he acted as if I had never bought a car before and was ignorant of the process. He carries the attitude other he is better than the world. Also, Tony said the reason GPS tracker was added on all cars by corporate policy, Bryce also said the same thing, but the when I ask why they don't just add the cost into sticker price or advertise it anywhere . Tony's answer was that not every car gets the GPS tracker. But 10 seconds prior he said all cars on the lot have the GPS tracker. When I called Jim on the lie he laughed me off. I may have considered sticking around and discussing numbers in negotiations but not with Tony. I wouldn't let him scrub the tiolets at my business with his attitude. Once again, promote guys like Jake, I'd buy a car from him any day.. Fire Tony today.

    We went in looking to trade out of our vehicle and getting into a new vehicle. While the our vehicle is getting appraised we took the test drive with Eddie our sales person. When we got back they refused to give us a trade in amount without them knowing first what payoff is for our current vehicle. By law we are not required to show them any payoff information in exchange for a trade in appraisal. A trade in appraisal is simply that...a trade in amount. After many excuses as to why they dont do that we give them payoff information and within literally 30 seconds of walking back into the financing office to "look over" trade in amount, he walked back and told us he wasnt couldnt make a deal. Mind you he didnt ask if we had money down or anything he just assumed we were going to rollover the same amount. The finance manager was just upset because according to him we were giving him a hard time. All we wanted was the trade in amount to see what numbers we were working with. Have bought previous vehicles from them but this time they lost our business. Eddie was a good salesman the issues were only with the finance manager

    3 stars is being generous, bought my 2021 charger in december 2020, i have not put many miles on it, the service department needs some improvments across the board. i have been twice already and was able to get NOTHING done, its a 30 min drive for me. it takes a while to get greeted, not sure if they are short staffed or what, but a 15 min wait to get helped is long considering it was not busy at all. not bad customer service, but the process there definitely needs some refinements.

    Great service from sales person, but dealership forces you to buy some dealer installed options that are unnecessary or redundant. Dealer installed a 2000 dollar gps tracking system which is redundant, since Ram trucks come from factory with this services. You can track your truck with the ram app

    Typical bait and switch sleazy car salesmen, if you can get them to call you. Amir was the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with to date. Their advertised price and website made up for their salesperson’s shortcomings. Amir didn’t return calls, texts, or emails until the managing partner John got involved. Then the appraised value from their website vs the offered trade amount was over $7,000 less. Then their added on fees that aren’t on the online advertisement that added up to almost $10,000. I get a few additional add ons but additional charges $1,000 step sides when the truck has them in the picture and they are listed as a standard item on the build sheet of the vehicle. $1300 for windshield care, $1900 for maintenance care for 3 years $1900 for gps plus other add ons. All around a horrible experience and Ram should be ashamed that they employ these kinds of tactics while trying to sell a car and even more ashamed of Amir. Went to another dealership and got a better price and deal for the same exact Ram and even call calls back. Online price is just to get you to talk to them and you have Amir then good luck even getting that far…..

    Was interested in the TRX that they had coming in so I was in touched with a sales person (Carl Guerrero) whom was great👍. As soon as the truck landed he texted me and called me and let me know and advised me to put a deposit seeing trucks are selling fast. I told him I had no problem with that but than he had to put his manager on the phone (he wanted to speak with me) his manager advised me it would be a $1,000 nonrefundable. I've bought plenty of vehicles in my days and I've NEVER been told nonrefundable....... that's insane! I advised him that I would not put that deposit and if they sell it so be it but I'll drop by the following day just incase it was still available. I drove in to take a gander and possibly make a deal and met with Carl and he proceeded to show me the truck and advise on the price etc etc etc. I sat down and met with another "manager" that showed me the cost of the truck along with about 8k worth of add-ons. Something that I've never dealt with before in this magnitude, they had Paint protection, front windshield protection, wheel and tire protection, window tint, GPS device, spray-on bedliner......$500 there, $500 here, $1,000 there, $2,000 here it was insane. At the end we didn't come to a agreement on the contract but honestly I didn't try much after talking with that manager (he came off to me very sleazy along with the first unfortunately) and all those crazy add-ons killed the vibe🤷‍♂️. If you had a great experience at this dealer congratulations to you👏but I did not.

    Watch Out For "APEX Scam"!!!!!! The reason I state to watch out for "APEX Scam", I went in to purchase a $19,450 vehicle and left with a $30,000 financed vehicle even after we had agreed at TT&L of $22,800 after they took "off" $400 of the APEX GPS tracking system. I had asked if there was anything they could do about the APEX, they stated they could not take it off the vehicle, but would discount it from $1,200 to $800 which was good, and after all the other little fees I was expecting to finance the vehicle around $23,000 - $25,000. It was my fault for not double-checking the about being financed, the about I saw which was $30k, and I thought that was the total I would be paying after the interest was paid too. But it was not until after it hit my credit report that I saw I had financed a $30k vehicle with Boerne Dodge. So after double checking my documents they charged me $4,000 for the APEX and Apex service fee, and the reason I know this is a complete scam is that I purchased another vehicle with them less than a year ago and only paid the $800 for the APEX. So for them to add $4k to a vehicle and charge me $4k is a complete rip off and scam. I have nothing but complete and utter buyers remorse going with Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. So if you want to pay more than 50% on a used vehicle I would go with Boerne Dodge, but you want a fair price where they will not add an "APEX" scam price I would go to another dealer.

    Probably the worst car buying experience of my life. Brought our truck back 7 times in a year, finally gave up and sold the vehicle back. Magically back on the lot being sold in five days. Kept our warranty check for five weeks and would not return our calls. rude and unprofessional staff. Stay away from these crooks.

    I do not recommend any services at this dealership. I went in yesterday to have my check engine light seen. They recommended services which would cost me $650 plus tax to have done, and I had to rent a $40 vehicle for the day because they did not know when they would be done. When I questioned the price/ work that needed to be done, they had an attitude about explaining it to me, which didn't sit right with me. I took it to another shop where I found out they had likely poured straight up antifreeze into my car and ended up only paying $50 and told that the originally issue supposedly with my car was non existent. I no longer trust these people. I paid my $125 diagnostic fee, and that is the last money they will see from me. I will not recommend this place to any friends or family. I feel they are trying to take advantage or young, single women.

    I have nothing but good things to say about Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Last year I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition from Another well known Ram dealer in San Antonio. The truck was just out of warranty by a few miles; but in great shape overall. I drove it without any issue and began coming to Boerne Ram for routine service; as I live near the dealership. A month ago, my U-Connect Radio System began having problems and the touch screen was delaminating from the inside; causing the liquid to go into the electronics. I was out of warranty and never had an extended warranty. The other dealer I bought it from didn't want to deal with the issue and deferred to me not being in warranty or having the extended warranty. I drove to Boerne Ram, and Matthew, my Service Advisor, immediately knew what the problem was when I described the problems I had with my radio unit. He stated it would cost about $1,200.00 to repair the situation (If I remember correctly, $960.00 for the part and $240.00 to install). Matt asked for my miles and saw I was out of warranty. He asked me if I had the extended warranty; again, I did not.. I was getting ready to have to pay $1,200.00 to fix the radio, when Matt asked me to wait for a few minutes while he speaks with the Service Manager. After about 10 minutes waiting, Matt came out and expressed how he and Boerne Ram didn't feel right about me having a 2 year old truck; warranty or not, that was causing me displeasure from what was going on. He went on to say, that his dealership would fix it with a new radio for free as a one-time act of good faith! I was completely taken back. I didn't buy the truck from them, nor did I complain about the situation. I just was looking for an estimate as to what it would cost to repair or replace. Matt was very understanding, authentic, and truly cared about my experience with my truck. I will never forget the kindness they showed me and customer service they provided me with.     I felt that I was more than just a customer here at Boerne Dodge. My buying experience was good. I got what I was asking for with my trade in and Boerne Dodge was able to come down on the asking price. Rick was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car I drove and worked with me diligently to make a affordable sale within my budget. Customer service is great here. After I bought the car, I took it back to Boerne Dodge to resolve some issues that bothered me. I dealt with both Rick and the General Sales Manager Chris, both are fantastic!! I told them my concerns and they addressed my issues promptly and with open arms. They put me in a loaner truck and called me once they were done. I know from talking with other friends that other dealerships would not have made things right after a sale. Boerne Dodge did and that is much much greatly appreciated. Thank you Boerne Dodge!!!

    I took my 2013 Ram in this morning for a routine oil change and also mentioned that I think it may be time to replace the brake pads based on the mileage and age of the truck. Ruben assisted me and indicated that they would take care of the oil change and inspect the brake pads for wear during that time. After under an hour from start to finish I was advised that not only was the oil change complete but the brake pads were still in good condition. This service department is top notch! Had I gone anywhere else and mentioned the brake pads casually I am sure that they would have automatically been replaced whether they needed it or not. Boerne Dodge service is an honest, customer friendly operation and they are always worth the extra drive for the great service. Thanks!

    This was hands down the BEST and most painless car buying experience we have EVER had. And we have bought our fair share of vehicles. Our salesman Dirk was extremely knowledgeable, laid back, and hilarious. He was very attentive towards us and our son. And, he truly is just a genuinely nice guy who wants the best for you and your family. The sales manager Donnie was honest, straightforward, and worked hard to give us the absolute best deal possible. We actually enjoyed our time with both of them.     We bought a pre-owned Ram back in December. Beautiful truck! There were some dents on the driver side door but the dealership stepped up and took care of them. Overall the experience was a good one. Our sales associate Alivia was pleasant and we managed to get what we were looking for at the price we were expecting.

    We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. It’s awesome. Tran was our salesperson. From the start to the the finish, he was terrific. I would recommend him. Tran was very communicative, authentic and so super nice, and he’s the very reason we would purchase from Boerne Dodge again. The dealership was helpful. One suggestion I have for improvement is for the dealership to make the purchase paperwork available over the Internet/through email via encrypted software. This would be especially helpful during a time of social distancing and a worldwide health crisis. Happy to have my Jeep 😄

    Today we bought our 10th Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was our best buying experience of any dealership. It is the first time my sales person, Nick, knew more about the vehicle than me. He also kept everything moving with no delays. The pricing and financing were very reasonable and they accommodated all my preferences for extras I wanted and didn’t want.     I went to purchase after getting out of work. I traveled for 2hrs after midnight shift to purchase the vehicle. I had already spoken with the Online representative. We had the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle and my tade in settled. Finance guy (Skipper) lied to my face about how much I was going to finance. He explained to me that the total amount financed was higher due to the (APR) life of the loan. I had explained that I was going to refinance anyway and he assured me that the payoff was much lower than what I had signed that day. Due to a lack of sleep I trusted Boerne Dodge to take care of an essential worker. I took the man's word for it. When I looked to refinance I came to find out it $5k more than what Finance guy Skipper had told me was my payoff. I called and found out he added the Premium Extended Warranty without even asking me. Also, your free Oil Changes for 2yrs is $1,500. I have since called to cancel the extended warranty and additional service agreement but there is still no change. I traveled back to Boerne Dodge (2hrs) to handle this in person and was assured the Extended warranty was to be canceled. The service agreement (Free Oil Changes) "Was a way the dealership can earn a little bit of extra money." That's how it was told to me and wouldn't be able to cancel it. Its been a month now and the extended warranty has not been removed. I blame myself for trusting this Car Dealership. Do yourself the favor and SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    I had setup an appointment in San Marcus to see a 2019 Cherokee used. I was really wanting new and found an advertisement for a new 2019 Cherokee that was used as a loaner. After going in, we fell in love with the 2020 Grand Cherokee. We were not pushed towards buying the 2020 or pressured in anyway. They worked to get our payment down. This is the first brand new car I have purchased and everything went smooth. pros: non pressure sales people, comfortable negotiations, great overall experience. cons: finance was slightly rude. negotiations was not just with price but payments at the same time, credit check was pulled about 6 or 7 times making us not to get the exact deal we wanted. recommend: Yes, recommend this dealership.

    After doing hours of online research, I found only a handful of trucks that fit my wants. The best priced one was located at Boerne. I made the call, described my trade and the dealership let me know about the accessories they added on to the truck. Like all "disgrunted" reviewers, I balked at the GPS device. $800 dollars for an option I didn't ask for...... BUT here's the bottom line. It was disclosed first thing, I was aware of it and if you would ask them why they put them on you will find out that it lowers the dealership insurance costs and they can pass that savings onto you....Hence that's why they beat other dealers prices.....It's a wash. I live 10 hours away from this dealership, did most of the transaction via email and phone. They kept their word on the trade value of my truck and the numbers were better in my favor when it was all said and done. Arrived at 8:30AM was headed home...total transaction done including finance under 2 hours. The most painless truck trade I've ever made. Thanks Tran and Shannon for all of your help!!!

    Was super excited about purchasing my first ever vehicle here and after I had bought the car, they told me I had to come back so they could put a tracker on the vehicle (I live 3 hours away) after a few months I realized the principle was really high on my vehicle....turns out that somewhere in there, they slipped in $6000 in warranties and by the time I knew it, they had already expired. Way to make my first vehicle purchase a great one!! Never purchasing from here again( to clarify what I meant is the fact that in the contract, it says the warranty and extras would be discussed with me and how much they were to which none of it was discussed with me and in my papers, It was a paper In the middle to where he was just like sign here, sign here, without saying what any of it was, to which it was also my fault for not reading, but as far as it being discussed with me, the warranty and the tracking device was never discussed with me. When they called me 3 days after I got to car and told me I had to come back to pit a tracker on the car, I asked why, the only answer I received was "because it has to be put on and it has to be today" Not to mention the tracker was also signed up for a platinum plan which was the most expensive one and will track for the next 5 years. If they had discussed with me first the warranty and tracker, I would not have agreed with having purchased either as I didnt want them but that fact that nothing was said about them at all until I went into my contract months later only to find them slipped into the center was very disappointing. Thats why I say they slipped it in, because it was never brought to my attention as to what was being added to the purchase.

    Not much of a review author, but I have to share... Just went in this week for an oil change and fuel filters, my experience was EXCELLENT. In fact, all my services in the past year at Boerne Dodge have been excellent. Here's why I needed to share... taking my truck in for service was one of my least favorite chores, but now I go see Jessica and Caleb... they actually make it fun. They are so pleasant and considerate of my schedule... they have always gone the extra mile and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. I sincerely trust their knowledge about my truck, advice on service, and actually enjoy visiting with them. Never have I had that level of service at a dealership. Very impressive.

    After spending a day doing a deal with on a Dodge Ram, I get a call at 4:30pm telling me they had sold the truck we had a deal on. I had completed the deal with the Sales Manager with an appointment to come in and pick up the new truck. Afterwards, I even arraigned my own financing and spent 2 hours getting my trade ready to deliver. My original call was from the Commerce Manager telling me they had sold it. When I talked with the Sales Manager, I was told it was a dealer trade. Well, which was it? Makes me wonder if they're just reneging on the deal because there is no honest way this could have happened. Of course, "sorry, its the only one we have at that price" is the answer I got from the Sales Manager, no effort to find me another truck or any thing else. Even though I was extremely upset, I had to snicker when he told me he had no control over the sale/trade of the truck we had a deal on. A Sales Manager having no control over vehicles being sold, I call Bulls**t on that. I've very nicely asked 3 different people at that dealership for the General Manager's contact information an every time was told "they couldn't find it". All I can say is WOW! This has really blown my mind and I guess all I can do now is let everyone know that the days of dishonest car dealers is alive and well at Boerne Dodge.

    As usual, car dealer cares more about selling you a vehicle than doing what is best for you. Although everyone was very nice, they beat the competition by offering only $1 less and didn't fulfill all promises. We are still trying to remove the odor which they promised to eradicate from the used truck we bought. FOLLOW-UP REVIEW 5/5/2018: I would like to address our experience with Boerne Dodge after the sale. The negotiation process was pretty typical, and we did not do as well as we would have liked. For whatever reasons, we came away feeling like we were taken advantage of and did not have our expectations met. After making our dissatisfaction clear to the salesperson, the sales manager got involved, and then things really changed for the better! I want to give credit where it is due: Chris Martinez went the extra mile, and true to his promise, did all that he could to ensure we were ultimately satisfied with our purchase. I made a list of the problems my newly purchased vehicle had that came to light after we took possesion. Some of the issues were significant and took some effort to solve. Chris did not waver. He did whatever it took to address the problems with as little inconvenience as possible to me. We did not get the best deal on our trade-in, and some things got by us at negotiation, but Chris did all he could to make it up to us. For that reason alone, I would say that if Boerne Dodge has the vehicle you want, do not be afraid to make your best deal. Management seems to be trying hard to address some of the things mentioned in the bad reviews here.

    Bait and Switch Dealership. I inquired online about a 1500 Ram. The sales representative said the truck I was looking at was over 14K off. Once he sent me a work up via email, he only allotted 13K of the sales price. He then added additional addendums that are not a part of the vehicle like protection plans. Followed by that, there were several features such as spray in bed liner and GPS Navigation that were already included in the sticker price. The sales representative tried adding several thousand dollars for these features. I called the representative on this and he never apologized. As a matter of fact, he gave me one of those papers where he writes prices down and tries to get you to agree with it. Since then, I have been contacted by one of the " Managing Partners and Customer service assistants". I have wrote back and explained the situation. They have yet to follow up and address the issue. In total, he tried adding about $4000 to the price of the vehicle that was not suppose to be on there and did not honor the over 14K he promised. I do not appreciate care sales people trying to take advantage of customers. And Boerne Dodge Google monitor person... Please don't try to deny this post. I have all the emails and documents your sales rep sent me. I will post them for the public to see if necessary.

    My husband and I bought a 2016 pre-owned $60k truck. Our sales associates Robert and Matt were attentive, helpful, and professional. When it came time for negotiations, however, we were almost dissuaded from buying when the manager Orlando came out. When we asked for him to lower the price considering that the vehicle had been repainted on the quarter panel, not only did he become hostile and refuse, but he told us he didn't want to sell us the vehicle anymore. After we stood up to leave, Robert brought us back. In general, the negotiation process was horrendous. It was disturbingly non-transparent. I had to request -- multiple times -- an itemized presentation of what we would be paying for what. An accounting person came out and wanted to negotiate based on the monthly payment without letting us know what our interest rate was or even what we would be receiving for our trade-in. Overall, the process took over three hours. In the week following our purchase, we still have not received the second key the dealer promised to get to us on our certified vehicle. My sales associates have stopped responding to my messages. An inner part of the headlight has also fallen off into the headlight, so we will have to buy that new.

    I went to three other dealerships. Then I stopped at Boerne Dodge and was met by Paul as soon as I arrived. And unlike the other suit and tie, slick willy, salesman I had dealt with Paul actually listened to what was important to me, which was getting the best financial deal on a vehicle. Paul explained which trucks had the best incentives and explained the difference between the other models. When I understood the basics I asked if we could set down with his manager and discuss a sales price, and that's is exactly what we did (Manager Jeff). It was especially nice to be included in the discussion instead of left setting in an empty office. I purchased my truck before I ever drove it! I love the deal they gave me and now I love the truck I have. Thank you for listening Paul / Jeff. I have not dealt with the service department, but my experience with the sales department was 5 stars.

    This dealership was the greatest help in finding me a vehicle. Even though the vehicle I wanted was already bought that day Dirk did everything the could to help and find me something close to what I originally wanted. Dirk was a great at helping me out answering all my questions I had and even showed me some pretty amazing features my truck has to offer.     Caution Prices not as advertised!! The Salesmen and Sales Manager both confirmed that the price they advertise does not actually sale for that amount. They added $6,285 to the advertised price in extras that were so inflated it was embarrassing. While on hold (many times) I listened to their ad which said they don’t lose a deal over price. Also stated that they have what they advertise, and their prices make other dealers embarrassed. Lies. Flat out told both individuals that I want the truck as advertised for the price as advertised, and they said they couldn’t do it. Wasted 7 Hours messing with this deceitful dealer. Go to Chuck Nash in San Marcos. They will stand by their word. Finding that rare in dealerships over the last couple of days.

    They made the process extremely confusing. In the end, I had to work with three different people for the sale and then it became even more confusing. After the deal was finalized, the sales team had to renegotiate. I walked away and purchased my vehicle from another dealership. My father (age 81) bought a vehicle from them a few months back and also had a negative experience. That said, Tony was my sales guy and was very professional and accommodating. I suggest they just change their overall sales process to be fairer and transparent.

    After my “older” SUV was totaled, Rick Medders was sure the Grand Cherokee was THE right new vehicle for me. He convinced me to check out Boerne Dodge. My salesman, Brian Embrey, was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Brian and Chris, the sales manager, went to great lengths to find exactly the right SUV at the right price for me. Brian O’Rourke, the finance man, was also friendly and knowledgeable. Todd Brown in Service did the research on additions I requested, ordered the parts and his team got everything installed professionally and in a timely manner. Tony did his best to “educate” me on the many “bells and whistles” new to me. My overall impression of this dealership is that this is a group of professionals who work very well together as a team. I observed respect, friendliness and a general feeling of “I like being here” from the staff. I highly recommend this company.
