Then after 3 weeks we were told that either we didn't qualify or the money had run out and in a very matter o factly way were told that the new plan was %5 DOWN for 30 years. which showed they had never really listened to us.
When I asked to speak to the bank manager twice about Crystal Howells incompetence the manager was never there. I was instead sent to give my complaints to someone who worked in another financing side of the bank. After a couple of attempts to win us back by lowering our rate by "allowing us" to buy a better rate we went somewhere else and got a rate that was MORE THAN a half percent lower and were given over $1,250 of credit towards closing.
