I’ve never experienced car buying like this. I never want to go anywhere else. I went in to look at a car and was able to test drive immediately without any pushy sales men — got to drive alone. Was given time to decide in a no pressure environment. Bought the car 4 days later and it took one hour. They had the car detailed and with a full tank of this $5/gallon gas sitting there ready to go and waiting for me. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. They have changed car buying for the better for me

My experience was amazing at BMW of Austin from start to finish. Easy build process with Rachel getting my X6 exactly how I wanted it. Arrived earlier than expected. She’s amazing. Josh was great with financing. He made it a smooth and easy process and Jason was an excellent car genius showing me how to work everything on my car before leaving the lot. Highly recommend BMW of Austin if your in the market for a BMW.

Honestly bad experience at the dealer. No courtesy left and right, lack of knowledge about the vehicle and the market, it’s embarrassing when people working there don’t even know what car they’re showing me. And no regard for the consumer or their options, and don’t even know what is going to be on the next vehicle model. Don’t waste your time with people here they don’t value your time unless you’re willing to spend money the second you step into the dealership. Go to Porsche instead they’d treat you better.

I ordered my car with the help of Jeff Phillips, which took about a month to get here from Germany, he kept me updated on the status of my car. I was living in New Mexico at that time and once my car arrived he sent me pictures. The buying process was made super simple and easy. I highly recommend him and the dealership if you are planning on buying a BMW. I am a super satisfied customer.

I will start by saying that I usually absolutely hate the car buying experience , it’s never been easy and always been very stressfull And causes me a lot of anxiety!!😩 I have bought many cars in the last few years and have never had such an amazing experience. Ivan was amazing 🤩 !!! He was not pushy at all and gave us the best deal from the get-go . There was none of the back-and-forth and having to wait all day And feel like you’re getting the runaround🚗 , they just gave us the best offer for my trade right away and helped us get to the payment we were comfortable with for the vehicle 🚗 that we were purchasing. The process to drive away the X5 is very simple and straight forward. Minimum paper work and everything was ready without any delay. Good job on getting the process streamlined and the help from the sales person "Sheraz" is absolutely fantastic. He was doing an excellent job on this transaction.

I called to get my car serviced and spoke with Lauren in service department. She told me my service could take up to a day or possibly go into the next day so she asked if I would like a complimentary lift as I explained this is my only car so I asked if they have loaners she said yes but there all taken at the moment which I understand so I asked when was the next available appointment for me to get one and she said idk so I asked if I could be on a waiting list to get one and she said there is no waiting list so I asked how am I supposed to know when I could get one and she said i don’t know and I asked am I supposed to call everyday to find out she said you can whenever you want I don’t understand how she couldn’t find out when the next available date would be for one she wasn’t any help at all. I usually drive Mercedes and this is my first BMW and at Mercedes they will tell you when the next available appointment would be for a loaner and schedule you in all I got from Lauren is just to keep calling back to find out when I could get one. Mercedes is definitely better at servicing there customers and makes them feel better about there choice

Ordered my 2022 X3 M40i from Mike back in December. He was cortious and well informed, giving me updates on my vehicles production status as soon as they came in. Took 6 months to get the vehicle but it was made clear that I will be waiting a minimum of 4 from the beginning, so I was expecting a long wait time. When I came to pick up the vehicle everything was beautifully set up and clean. They staff helped me get to know my car and its features making sure I was comfortable with it before I drove off. My only complaint was how they try to sell you on tons of warranties but I guess thats every car dealership.

so regretted to purchase my new BMW here especially with service department. Worst experiences ever compare with Lexus service department in Austin. They don't provide loaner cars even with all day service because its free recall service while Lexus Austin provide loaner cars if service is longer than 2 hours. They don't even provide Saturday because its free recall service. Very disappointed. updates: The owner replied me a week ago to email him with my method of contact to discuss about it. I did email him about a week ago. I never got a response from him. So disappointed again!

This place is nothing short of amazing. As a first time BMW owner, I took my vehicle in to get serviced for the open recall and it was a very delightful experience. From first contact to leaving, I was really blown away at the level of service provided. The lounge area is incredible! There are plenty of places to enjoy, including a movie theater. I thought the service at Acura was stellar, but this really tops them all. I'm a proud owner and am looking forward to more experiences like this!

I Bought my new BMW X7 m50i last week. The first time we walked in to the showroom till we took delivery, the entire process was smooth. There was no press to buy car. We went on 5/18 for looking at available options and brought the car home on 5/22. Troy from Sales and Joshua from finance were super cool and made the process breeze. I gave a 5 star rating for the sales experience right after I purchased the car. I am lowering the rating to 1 after 3 months for after sales service. I purchased an X5 from Steve. To start, when I received the car, the trunk hatch door was defective and Steve said he will order the parts and asked me to turn in the car a couple days later. I returned my car hoping to get the car next day as was promised. But while replacing one of the hatch compressors, the service folks broke a plastic clamp and they didnt have that in stock. So they kept my car for 5 days as opposed to 1 day. In the first week of my purchase the showroom had my car for 5 days. When I went back to receive my car, I noticed a scratch on the car that required a paint job. Since they already had my car for most of the week, Steve told me he will get it fixed after I enjoy my ride for a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks later, I emailed Steve (replied to one of his earlier emails) with no response. I followed up with another email a day later with no luck. I left a voice mail and eventually Steve called me back. He set an appointment a week later so I assumed it was to get the paint job taken care of. When I took my car, Steve acted as if he didnt remember anything. I was glad I had emails summarizing our conversations the same day and he spent an hour trying to figure out what needs to be done. He sent me home with an assurance that he will make some calls and set up an appointment at a 3rd party location for the paint job to be taken care of. Crickets for 2 days. I sent an email again and left a voice mail. Finally a collision center called me and set up an appointment 3 months in future. They also wanted my insurance information to which I said BMW is paying for this repair. While all this was going on, my dealer tag expired. I have purchased 3 cars from dealers before this one and every time, the dealers called me as soon as the plates arrived. Not this one. 2.5 months after I finished my purchase and 2 weeks after the plates expired, I called the reception and the receptionist told me the plates have been sitting in her draw for more than 2 months. Note that my car went to the showroom once and I even asked Steve if my plates arrived. Steve joked about everything being slow with the pandemic. For the premium cars, the dealership sucks for after sales service and guess I am never buying another thing from this dealership.

I am from out of town, and had an issue with my car where it was shaking during idle. These guys took me in on a Saturday and had it fixed within the day (spark plug replacement). EXTREMELY impressive as I have never been to them before, yet they treated me like a long time customer. Erika Garcia was the representative who made everything happen. Highly recommend this place and if I buy another in the future, will consider coming down here for it

This is mainly for the used car sales area but the service department did a great job as well. I've purchased 2 used Bimmers through them in the last year and and have done numerous test drives in the past. Each visit was an absolutely awesome experience. The sales people are friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about their product. I bought both cars from Brian Giroux and hands-down I'd recommend his service to any friend. The first was a 2014 X1 and the most recent, a 2012 135i, both very clean and well taken care of cars. Since these were my first BMWs, I was very concerned with purchasing from a reputable dealer who legitimately had my best interest in mind. After completing both purchases, I can confidently say I'll be hard-pressed to deviate from this dealer in the future. I felt like they put their best foot forward when presenting the cars and having the this dealer back their product brought a great amount of value to me. I think I've found my dealer for the foreseeable future! I only wish I took better pictures, the car looks great!

Scott Cuny, Chris Brine, Amanda, and all of the team at BMW service are fantastic. I came in with a dead battery and the car was unable to start and they helped me out with roadside and a loaner so they could fix it up. Multiple people helped me figure out how to lock the car at the dealer while it was waiting to be serviced. It was under warranty and they replaced the dead battery with a brand new one and fixed it up in a day. They take care of their customers and make it convenient! Would recommend to all family and friends.

Charles is just like your typical "used car salesman". He seems helpful and personable but it is all an act to make the sale. Just like a typical "used car salesman", Charles will make statements but they are not promises, lol. He will tell you that it is no problem to get a license plate holder installed if you purchase one but when your license plates come in and you show up to the dealership it is a completely different story. The service department says they do not want to be liable for the installation of an after market license plate holder. Furthermore, the service department uses the excuse that they can only service BMW vehicles and Audi vehicles have special hardware and special tools needed to handle 2 screws for a mounting bracket. It's really surprising that a BMW dealership would treat their customers this way. Your service department can't handle 2 screws to mount a license plate holder but you can service BMW luxury vehicles. This statement was made when we were notified that our license plates arrived at the dealership. "If you come in we can do the Encore re-delivery of your car for you." Our experience going to the dealership to pick up our license plates was the farthest thing from an "Encore re-delivery" experience unless they wanted us to regret buying our Audi from them in the first place. This dealership is far from awesome. The dealership does not meet the premium, luxury brand customer experience one expects! We will never buy another vehicle from BMW Austin. It is sad that Covert GMC and Nyle Maxwell GMC provide a better customer experience before and after the sale than BMW Austin. I guess that's why we have purchased 4 vehicles from Covert GMC.

I took my BMW X5M there the other day for a windshield wiper replacement and the store clerk who was helping me out has the audacity to smirk at me like I'm below him and then try's to inform me that my warranty doesn't cover it; keep in mind I got this car less than a month ago and yet I'm already getting railed for $100 wiper fee for just 1 wiper, next time ill be taking my business to the south Austin location as I should have in the first place...

This dealership does it right! I was in quickly, and they provided me with a new 3 series for a rental. This was a huge convenience, especially since I use my vehicle as my daily driver. The problem with my vehicle was identified quickly and completely fixed. When I picked up my car, they had also washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. This is first class service. Honestly, the quality of service at this dealership and gained my loyalty and I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from them.

This place is great. I took my wife's car in for service. The gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take. Here are just some of the great things about the dealership: comfortable furniture, full coffee bar with barista, a mini theater room that plays new releases, huge massage chairs, mobile charging stations. I'm sure I'm leaving something out but all the things I mentioned are enough for me to be on board.

Best leasing experience ever! This dealership works like a Swiss watch. No matter the department you need service from, they'll work their way around it, so you get what you need. Mike Hanaway, our sales person, helped us tremendously, before, during and after our purchase. Bret from Finance, explained all the documents and made our signing very easy, we even switched insurance and after some math, we decided purchasing the warranty was absolutely worth it. The girl from the boutique assisted us in a very professional and accommodating manner. Overall, we ended up leaving with more than we wanted. Thank you all, and especially Thanks Mike Hanaway!!!!! This is my first BMW. I am very happy with this buying experience and of course with my BMW. Make sure to ask for Charlie Baze. You will get a very professional, friendly and above all, no stress experience. It took me less than 2 hours for the whole buying process. After that we just have a nice chat like two old friends. Yes, that's what I call a good day. He called me a couple times after that to make sure that everything is OK. Of course it was. I love my BMW! Poor customer service!! We went into the dealership to buy a 2021 X5. We were given very minimal attention by the salesman, Sheraz. Although we were in the market for an X5, we fell in love with an X6M that had just been delivered. We asked Sheraz if we could drive the X6M to compare it to the X5. He told us the X6M had not been received in yet and the only way we could test drive it is if we would commit to purchasing the car. He offered no alternative to drive a different X6. He even told us, "This is a very expensive car" and that we should basically look at other less expensive options. WOW!! Please thank Sheraz! Because of him, we looked for other options and took our business to BMW of Temple where we bought our sparkling new 2021 X5M from Michael. Past business with BMW of Austin = 2018 X5 missed business with BMW of Austin = 2021 X5M Great customer service and New BMW of Temple business ="Priceless"

Yes, the coffee bar, massage chairs and restrooms are lovely. However, I was shocked when my car was returned with filthy muddy and wet footprints that definitely weren’t there when I dropped the car off. I’m surprised BMW wouldn’t have higher standards.

BMW of Austin is the only place I take my car for service. Amanda, who I work with each time I come in is fantastic. She asks the right questions to get a clear picture of what is going on and she makes sure to stay in touch with me regarding the progress of my vehicle. It is important to note that service times at most dealerships and businesses is delayed. This can be tough for everyone- especially if we don't all understand what is taking so long! In all, BMW had my car 6 days, the work I had done addressed my concerns and I am back to enjoying my ride!

I brought my BMW here at end of June when the Low Oil Pressure light came on. They had it for 17 days and ended up charging me just under $2000 to fix a number of items. When I brought it home I noticed it was leaking coolant. I called had to bring it back in to have the line fixed. Even though it was not leaking coolant before I brought it in, they charged me another almost $700 to replace the line but told me they were doing me a favor in not charging labor. Once I got it back from this second time I was driving just a few days later and the Low Oil Pressure light came back on. I contacted my service advisor letting her know. After they had it a few days the service advisor called to tell me I would need to replace the engine for $12,500 because of an oil pump failure. When I asked how this was not caught on the first visit for the very same light that went off, I received no answers. I was told she would get back to me. It has now been almost three weeks and I have yet to receive any straight answer. I just spoke with her again and when I pushed why this is not covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. I was told because it was not the timing chain. I said the engine is covered under the extended warranty. Still no answers. She did tell me that a tech would be willing to buy it off of me for $1,000 as if he was doing me a favor and not trying to screw me over as their company is. I am shocked by the "service" I have received. I am a single woman who works for a non profit and this car was a gift. I do not have money to throw around. Either way I should not be treated this way. I called and left a message for the service manager and he has not returned my call either. I will not be purchasing a bmw and I highly highly recommend not working with this dealership.

Ask for James, he was the first truly no pressure car salesman I've ever met in my life. He is helpful and knowledgeable but let's you make your own decision and think it over. The vehicles are nice and I didn't to have to pry to get these guys to do the things that should be mandatory. They filled the tank, detailed the car. Overall great experience.

I waited 3 hours for a standard oil change. I was promised a car wash beforehand, then after waiting for *3* hours I was told they didn’t wash my car (for no logical reason). So I waited 3 hours for a 30 minute oil change. I was also told/lied to saying my car was ready and the paperwork was *on* the desk 20-30 minutes before the lady even received my key/paperwork. I wasn’t the only one frustrated with the lack of haste/urgency. Bad experience

I've been there many times before. However, the last service was great! I worked with Jose Fernandez, and he was exceptional. He recalibrated my window at no cost, reset my oil change reminder, and showed me a lot of tricks for my car. I strongly recommend that you ask to work with him. It will be worthwhile.

We've had great experiences here over the last 7 years both with the sales and service department. The sales team is never pushy and let's you make your own decisions letting the cars do the talking. The service department is always helpful and the facility is clean and a pleasure to visit. Troy Massey in sales and Chris Bryce in service have been great to deal with as has the entire team. I've noticed the same employees year after year which speaks loads in itself. I went into service on Sat noon due to a signal warning on possible flat tire. Without appointment, I was really appreciated that Armani can help on air and found out a screw caused me tire flat. He soon helped me to arrange a service representative, Eric, to continue helping. Eric was first time handling my account, but getting enough information from the history. (Good KM in the system). He sufficiently helped me to arrange tire replacement, service and car wash. He also helped me to get a loaner and asked me to bring back by the end of the day. I ran errands and just got home closed to 2:30. And I got Eric’s call and told me the car in car wash and ready for picking up. I was very impressed the efficiency. But he then told me I need to be there by 3pm before they closed. I was what!?, and totally forgot it’s Sat Hour. So I skipped lunch and rushed back to the dealer. I still concerned about possible running late since I needed to fill up gas on the way, too. But I made it right before it closed. Overall, I will score 4.8 Star, 0.2 just deducted from not enough flexibility on returning loaner and picking up car in the service hour in this case. BUT I still grateful for the service.

Very happy with my vehicle purchase and experience. Traded in a vehicle and bought a used vehicle. Javier was my sales associate and he was great. No heavy pressure tactics, no crazy gimmicks. Just a straight forward process. I was out of there fairly quickly as they were kind of busy. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again.

I bought my vehicle from Jon Farley and had my vehicle tinted. First time it went through tint the passenger window was scratched the. I had to get re tinted and since I live Dallas the next week I came and went into work the top or of the driver side tint was damaged and the rear window tint was scratched. I contacted Jon as soon as noticed the tint damage and left a message. I finally was able to get in contact Thursday and showed him the photos of the damage. He advised me he would talk the assistant manger who agreed to the tint the next day and I just oils be advised of next steps regarding how this can resolved since it would be a hassle for me to drive all the way back to Austin to get the tint fixed and would call me the next day. Well it’s been 2 weeks since that call I called again on 17th of May and went straight to voicemail. Not sure what can be down since I’m Dallas and thought I would have had call back with next steps but no follow up or response on how this would get fixed. It’s hard me to follow up during the day at this time since I have job that takes my time but if a sales associate advise they will call you expect a call back but to seem I was put on the back burning since the car has been purchased. If you ever purchase a vehicle if possible make sure to check everything when you get a vehicle because after you purchased and commission has been received no follow will happen if something happens. First and probably the very LAST time I purchased a BMW from here or anywhere else if this is the service I receive. My parents had a great experience and has purchased multiple BMWs here but I guess they just got lucky.

so regretted to purchase my new BMW here especially with service department. Worst experiences ever compare with Lexus service department in Austin. They don't provide loaner cars even with all day service because its free recall service while Lexus Austin provide loaner cars if service is longer than 2 hours. They don't even provide Saturday because its free recall service. Very disappointed. updates: The owner replied me a week ago to email him with my method of contact to discuss about it. I did email him about a week ago. I never got a response from him. So disappointed again!

Bought my new BMW somewhere else!! I went into this dealership to buy a convertible. I was approved at my bank at 1.14% rate. The sales guy and finance guy Troy Massey knew this but wanted to still run my credit thru the same preferred bank. They came back with 2.8% and tried to say it was because of year of car. Thanks to Mr. Massey I didn’t close the deal because of his rude and unprofessional service. I’m sure he was upset at losing out on potential rate and warranty commission. Trying to win one over a customer is not nice and I felt disrespected and walked out!! I’m so glad I did because I ended buying my dream BMW from a better place and better deal.

When I came in for my appointment and test drove it, the low tire light was on. While I was signing the deal, they aired up the tires. Prices, charges, and financing were exactly as arranged. The salesman, Jon was great. The sales manager was patient and polite. All my concerns were addressed. Amazing that it took only 40 minutes from arrival to departure. Everyone was fantastic. This was by far the best car purchase experience I ever had. Kudos to BMW of Austin on McNeil!!

Charles was very nice and handled everything well. They were willing to fix some items the inspector found. Finance guys moved quickly and w/o pressure for upgrades. I will say I am a bit disappointed that they used some kind of temporary patch/paint to cover a flaw in the leather drivers seat that is already wearing off. I would have preferred they show it in its true state rather than just putting some makeup on it to mask it.

Was very pleased with the way Mike took us through the sale process. He was professional and friendly. There were a few minor glitches post sale with the spare key missing and re-doing of the paperwork that took longer than anticipated. Nothing fancy about the key handover process (I have had other dealers make it a photo-op previously.. guess that's a thing of the past). So, overall very happy with the sales process and experience. Will reserve future feedback based on the after sale experience - especially the additional warranty options that BMW finance folks strongly recommended.

We had a good experience buying a 2019 SUV from BMW of Austin's pre-owned vehicles. We decided to buy the vehicle the same day, and our Salesman, Charles E., saw us through the entire process. While it had been a few years since buying my last vehicle, this purchase was truly the smoothest and least stressful I've had. We appreciated that Charles kept us updated, and made sure the "detailing" was finished before he handed us the keys. And we felt our deal was fair. For someone looking at pre-owned vehicles, I definitely would recommend the staff at BMW -Austin.

Honestly bad experience at the dealer. No courtesy left and right, lack of knowledge about the vehicle and the market, it’s embarrassing when people working there don’t even know what car they’re showing me. And no regard for the consumer or their options, and don’t even know what is going to be on the next vehicle model. Don’t waste your time with people here they don’t value your time unless you’re willing to spend money the second you step into the dealership. Go to Porsche instead they’d treat you better.

My experience with this particular Service Department was absolutely the worst by far. I purchased a brand new 2021 BMW 430I off the show room floor. My first issue was the check engine light came on right after my initial inspection, next my driver door literally stop working. I waited almost 3 months for the part to finally come in, only to be disrespected and talked to as if I wasn’t even a customer by the service manager. My door still isn’t fixed, and I’m currently looking for an attorney to represent me in this matter because I refuse to deal with anyone else in this location service department. I am a retired Veteran, and mentally I don’t do well with unnecessary disrespect PERIOD!

WOULD NOT recommend. We purchased a 2014 BMW X5 from them from 900 miles away, assured the vehicle had been checked mechanically and cosmetically and was good to go. We paid their asking price, no negotiation. Vehicle arrived with cosmetic issues not previously disclosed despite my asking them SPECIFICALLY to tell me any flaws it had so that we’d know about them ahead of time. Vehicle had drivability issues from the first day we got it, which nobody at BMW of Austin has been willing to own up to. Local BMW dealer identified a bad transfer case. We have bought several cars from several different dealers and individuals across the country, and this was hands down the worst experience of them all. We expected better from BMW and Penske Auto Group.

I traveled to Austin for a family visit & hit a very bad pothole on Lakeline Blvd. on a Friday evening about 8pm. The pothole tore a 3" gash in the sidewall of the left front run-flat tire. Interestingly, the tire never lost pressure. I showed up at BWM of Austin at 7am on Saturday hoping to get the tire replaced so I could attend a 5-yr old grandson's birthday at 11am and then head back to Oklahoma. BMW of Austin was able to work me in and had the tire replaced & ready to go at 10:30am. My advisor, Erika, understood my wanting to get to the birthday and home and worked hard to make it happen. I am very appreciative of the timely service provided to me by Erika and BMW of Austin.

I visited the facilities here at Penske BMW of Austin and was really impressed. The amenities are superb. I'm a new owner and was surprised but the BMW and Penske product are exceptional so definitely it's to be expected. Recently I had service done there and was very thankful for the additional services provided for me at no additional cost. I did have a concern and the service department manager contacted me to insure the concern was rectified. I did notice that they do have a secured fenced area where cars are sometimes placed and the service manager assured me that it is policed routinely. I was even able to pick up my vehicle after hours. I'm so glad I get this service with the product I purchased. I now see what set BMW apart. Glad to have a BMW facility like this near me!

So I bought my 750il BMW from the Hendricks South (mistake), they are nothing like their South Audi Dealership (5stars). I tried to service it there but it was problematic getting appointments and people to respond, besides being so far away. So I started going to BMW of Austin which is North. I will be honest, the first rep was horrible, who scammed me into buying refresh service which was $800 for oil changes and other services, but didn't disclose it actually would expire in 6months from purchase (who gets 4 oil changes in 6 months right), then my second rep wasn't great either...pure lack of communication skills. So, you are wondering how is this a BMW dealership anyone would go too? Well its about people, even though I had two horrible experiences, the Customer Service Manager (Andy) and the valet service (John) were amazing. They went out of their way to make up for what I was wrongfully sold with the refresh, and John called to ensure my car would be delivered and personally delivered to my home. These two made it right, its always about people helping people. When you buy expensive car and care for it like a family member, you expect exceptional service. As long as this dealership has people like Andy & John, and a wonderful receptionist in Brenda, you know things will be right. Its great to see in these tough times, that there are people out there still willing to go the extra mile to do what is right for the customer. Thank you!

This place is absolutely top notch. A few months ago I purchased a used M5 from another dealer. A few days later, I stopped by and sat with James Low who chatted with me about my vehicle as well as running my VIN to check recalls and warranties. He had no obligation to spend as much time with me as he did and I appreciate his time. Fast forward to last Saturday, I picked up an ambient air sensor as something went wrong and I was attempting to fix it, the guys behind the counter where friendly and knowledgeable. Today after giving up on figuring out my problem, I drove up with out an appointment and was greeted by a friendly face who then introduced me to Josh Montana who was a car guy himself and very transparent about labor costs and what to expect. We spoke candidly about cars as he kept it loose but professional and I say this because I didn't feel like I was just sitting with a pencil pusher who didn't know what blinker fluid is 😉. He set me up for the diagnosis and put me in a shuttle back to work with my driver John. He's not just a driver, he's a retired service tech who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as he too was a car guy with oil in his blood. Josh called with the confirmed problem which is what I thought it was. There is NOTHING better than a mechanic agreeing with or coming close to confirming what the issue is with out blowing smoke! I agreed to the repair and estimate and with in 3 hours the job was done and John happily brought me back where I was greeted by the woman at the service desk. I wish I remembered her name (she had a boot tattoo), very friendly, funny and helpful. If I wore hats, I'd tip it to all of you for treating me as if I purchased a new car from your dealership. Thank you for making my day virtually stress free! I had burgers that night while enjoying my climate control again.

My vehicle is running really smooth after the maintenance was completed. Erica Garcia is a nice lady and knowledgeable. Some of the services are a bit pricey but I suppose that’s what happens when we own higher performance vehicles.🙂

Went in for some warranty service. Great experience from start to finish. Sales departments are almost never the best way to judge a dealership. To me it is the after-sales service which will retain my business. Starting with the initial contact when I pulled into the service area, sitting down with my service advisor, ensuring I had a clean loaner, keeping me posted on the repair and coordinating the return - all went perfectly, even though their shop was running a little behind. Amanda DeHart was my service advisor. Absolute professional, managed my expectations and was on it from start to finish. Made me feel like I was her only customer, even though I know she had several others to keep happy. We found a used BMW 750 li on BMW of Austin's website. After test driving the vehicle we were looking to make a purchase. The sales person said they had to inspect because they had not done an inspection on the vehicle. The next day we received the information the car needed too many repairs ($16,000) and could not sell it to us. This was a big waste of our time. Suggestion inspect your used vehicles before posting on your website.

I’m giving BMW of Austin 4 stars. It’s a great facility, they have taken good care of me for the year I’ve been with them. I deducted a star due to being overcharged on merchandise I purchased in store. Be aware that none of the clothing, hats, accessories have price tags. I asked the lady at the coffee bar to assist me with a hat and sweater. She rang them up and told me the prices. After I got home, I showed my husband the merchandise and he wanted the same sweater. When I pulled the receipt out of the bag I noticed I was charged more than what she told me. I’ve since called and talked to her, her manger and received a voicemail from Arnold (the parts manager) who apologized and said he would make it right and never has. I’ve left multiple voicemails for Arnold and now waiting for any manager to call me back. My son is currently building his BMW and wanted to purchase him a nice jacket but at the rate things are going I don’t know that I will invest any more money with BMW.

Excellent customer service! Scott Cuny is the guy to go to. He took very good care of my car and also made recommendations which improve the performance of the car. Normally dealers tag multiple unnecessary repairs to your vehicle to make money but not this location. I'm going to him every single time to get my vehicle serviced!

Upon arrival to the service area, I was immediately helped, and directed me to my service advisor. He was courteous, and very knowledgeable. I was given estimates based on my car problems. Went to their pre-owner section and dealt with Charles Graham. I was traveling for the holidays and shopping for a replacement car and found what I wanted. Charles was very quick to respond when I had questions about the car, financing, etc. When it came time to get my car, I took the day off of work thinking I’d be there all day. I was in and out in under an hour. The car was spotless; it was detailed and it looked like it was still from the showroom. Price was very fair and I couldn’t have been happier. I’ve never bought used (always leased) and I’d definitely go back to Charles for any future cars.

The dealership was helpful in diagnosing my coolant and other issue. The dealership gave me a loaner which is great but had my vehicle for up to 6 days. I thought the car should have been repaired earlier. The service advisor and the staff are very kind, knowledgeable, unfortunately with any BMW repair it can be a little costly. I would visit again. The guy who put my hard plates on is the best ever. I think his name is JC. I had to tell his boss about all the great things he is doing. He is one of the best employees ever.

This is a late review but nonetheless Brian Giroux deserves a recommendation as he guided me through the purchase of a preowned vehicle in October of last year. As an out of state buyer (CA) he handled the entire purchase in a timely manner and was responsive throughout the deal. I would also like to recommend Ben in the finance department for handling the loan and providing me with updates. Lastly if you're an out of state buyer I would like to recommend Zoltan with Lucky Star Auto Transport (carrier, not broker) for moving the vehicle across the states.

The dealership is so efficient. Luis, my service advisor, was great as always. He is a great communicator, setting the right expectation and following through. In addition to my regular maintenance, I had my car detailed. Oh my goodness...they touched every inch of car making it look brand new. I highly recommend it! Thanks BMW. I’m a happy customer.

I got a windshield repair/replacement warranty with my X5. Came in handy this month. My windshield needed to be replaced. No problem getting in. Everyone is very kind and courteous. Got a beautiful loaner car while my advisor Tim was dealing with the insurance company and the repair. He always texted me on the work progress and answered questions. Got my car few days ago. Looks great!! All clean and ready to go. Highly recommended!!

Charles Bellinger was great. He was Honest and upfront about everything my car needed and made sure I only did was was necessary and recommended by the CBM system. The price is a little bit higher but I wouldn't let anyone else touch my German Engineered Vehicle but those that built it. My car hasn't had any issues and the mechanics always have my car running like new. I will definitely be back for anything my car needs

I recently purchased an X5 M50i from BMW of Austin through Matt Terranella (Sales) & Joshua Wheelock (Finance). What a great experience.... To start with, both guys were very nice and they are well informed about BMW & competing vehicles. The whole purchase experience was about as quick and simple as anyone would expect. After a brief discussion about any available specials & incentives, Joshua helped me find a substantial 3rd party discount and a very low financing rate. This is my first car with iDrive 7, so I had a BMW Genius help familiarize me with the system, digital key, etc. and he was great too although I don't recall his name. Anyway, this our family's 6th BMW, and BMW of Austin is our 5th BMW dealership. Based on this experience, I'd rank them at the top of the dealer list. If you're in the market, make this your first stop and ask for Matt & Joshua. Cheers!

I would always recommend BMW of Austin. What I didn't like is that the dealer that I worked with was not a professional. He disparaged the model I was going for and gave nothing but his opinion on the matter. I also did not appreciate having to go back to the bank to get an actual check because they "did not accept digital checks from UFCU because they have had problems." I have never had any agency claim issues with UFCU. It's always been my loan provider and my back for decades. Also the dealers are pretty unprofessional, making it blatantly clear that your staff can just take a car and go joyriding without properly accounting for it. They were having a discussion right in front of us about a car that one claimed the other took but didn't sign for while the accused claimed he never took it. It was pretty bad. I had my heart set on that car which is why I tool it. As for the personnel, aside from the finance officer and the BMW "genius" that gave us a quick walkthrough of the settings, It was a pretty poor experience. Do better. The bar is set too low with that staff.

Charlie Baze was super easy to work with on getting my new X3 ordered. We had to get creative to pull the deal off as planned when a little glitch materialized towards the end of the process but he definitely came through for me. I couldn't be happier. Love my new BMW!

Initial sales experience was very positive. Good service from sales person at the pre-owned store. Service center has had good service as well until I tried to use the "pre-paid maintenance plan". The finance person made a big push on the value of purchasing this plan and how it would save money, but it expired so fast there was no value in it. Beware of the finance department and all the "extras" they push. As noted by other reviews, these are not worth anything. I would avoid this dealership and their sales tactics.

I have been trying for the umpteenth time to get hold of someone from the parts department. Each time, I get cold-transferred and the call will be dropped. But I finally got hold of Robin who was very pleasant and had an amazing, cheerful personality (even on the phone). Turned out she went to high school in Houston with my name sake. She helped me with my inquiry and I was very pleased. Charlie Baze in sales is one of the most through and sincere sales advisor I have ever met. All together great experience with BMW of Austin.

Today I had my BMW X4 serviced as it is rolling 100K miles. I was so nervous that there would be a big out of pocket for upcoming services so I was looking to make a move to trade it in - although it's been my favorite car of all time. Louis, my service advisor, let me know that there is not a big charge at 100K so I could breathe easier. I had been slightly looking at other cars and maybe switching brands. After today, I realized that buying a car is a one time purchase. Having a service department that I trust is a longer decision. Now I will be looking for a my next BMW! Bought a new BMW X7 late last year and the transaction was smooth - Had a trade-in and the whole process was handled excellently by the sales folks - No issues there - However the finance department is a completely different story - Bought a BMW Ultimate Care plan when i purchased my BMW and traded in my car in June this year and wanted to cancel the Ultimate Care plan. Emailed the finance team in July and no word yet - Called them multiple times and left multiple VM's to no avail - When you want to buy a plan - sure takes 30 minutes and the whole team is just waiting there - When you want to cancel - whole different story - you have to run behind multiple folks just to get the cancellation form and once you send that back - the waiting game begins!!! I hope PENSKE management takes notice and helps out a loyal BMW customer!

Few days ago, I bought BMW 530i with the great help and support from Javier Moulinie. He was great from the beginning because he was waiting for us outside to greet us and it was 50 degrees outside. He knew exactly what we needed/wanted and found the best car that we needed for our family. He was very friendly and kept us entertained during waiting time for financing. Also, it only took us 3 hours to finish the whole buying process which is really really quick compared to my experience at a different dealership. He is such an amazing, friendly and very kind advisor and would definitely recommend him if you are buying a new BMW. I bought a BMW because of their customer service but BMW of Austin is changing my mind. The first time I came in I was told I was too early for a service, they asked if I wanted a car wash and was assured it would only be a 20 minute wait. An hour later I walked to desk and saw my keys sitting there. I asked for my account manager to call - never called. Second, I had an issue with my car- called and told them I 100 percent needed a loaner or I needed to book another day, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment was told—NO LOANER CARS! Was told I could come back!! I had already drove there! Third, this is the ONLY service department that does not offer loaners. I’ve had the pleasure of working with BWM service departments in Fl, NC, VA, PA and ALL offered me a loaner. My opinion of BMW service is changing!
