Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Research Blvd, Austin

I've been banking at this location since I was 15. I'm 54 now. It's totally gone downhill. I have a typical checking and savings. If you don't keep $10000 in savings, they charge you $25 a month. Same for checking. That comes out to $600 a year for both.I don't pay it for savings due to balance. I now use Austin Telco for checking its free.I had a safety deposit box, but they raised the price to over $150 a year at that price I had safe installed at the house. it's cheaper

We visited from out of town and spoke to a wonderful business banker by the name of Jeffrey Carrillo. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all the banking services that we needed and took his time in making sure our needs were met. We truly appreciated this and even thought we are not local to Texas we will definitely be keeping in touch. Thank you Jeffrey!!

I dont usually write reviews, but every Friday I come into the bank to make a deposit. And im greeted by Heath, who makes my deposits effortless. I don't know if he or his bosses will see this, but I just want to take a moment to praise Heath for his fantastic customer service. Everyone at the branch has.been great, especially during the pandemic. And their doing their best, and man it is a great attempt!! A+ !!

Even though I got initially frustrated by Bank of America system, I had a such great experience and my problem solved by Juana and the cashier team from this branch. Thank you all so much and congrats BOA, for selecting great staffs.

I usually have good experiences at this bank but for whatever reason this day just wasn’t one of them. I went in to make a simple transfer and got coughed all over by my teller while being interrogated about the transfer of my money. To make matters worse she coughed all in her hands before handing me the receipt. If you’re sick please stay at home, don’t go and pass out you flu symptoms to clients.

Good afternoon. I myself have been living in our nice town for over three decades now and been with Bank Of America for almost two decades. I wanted to take a moment to thank both Ms. Carly and Ms.Andrea for the excellent service provided by then for me this morning. Being that it's considerate and honorable employees like those two sweet young ladies that is why Bank Of America continues to be one of those successful Banks in our country. Most people are decent and productive people during the times when things are going well. What defines our character is how we ourselves conduct ourselves during times like right now while we face uncertain situations like the Covid virus among other issues. This is why I myself continue to support honorable people like those of Bank Of America as well as equally decent and productive people working for other lending instructions as well. As well as the excellent staff of HEB. Shipt, St. David's hospital as well others whom continue to work around the clock to proving excellent service for others. So please folks we are indeed in this situation together. So the next time you personally are having a less than perfect day please keep in mind the similar challenges being faced by equally decent and worthy and relevant people whom are serving you for the moment. And when the service is completed perhaps you should show them some appreciation by asking how their own day is going. And be sure to say thank you for the service provided for you by them. Again folks most people in our country and world are indeed decent people. So let's all practice what we ourselves preach. And treat others with the same politeness that we ourselves wish to be treated. Regardless of what kind of day we ourselves may be having at the moment.

B of A had the best fraud department of any bank that I know of. They have taken very rapid action when they suspect days before I even knew. They track down the fraud and when investigated the bank refund your money that has been stolen from you. I trust them implicitly.

This branch is extremely helpful respectful and knowledgeable the lines are always moving fast and the workers are extremely nice and all around the best customer service at a bank America I’ve ever had thank you so much 183 in Oak Knoll branch

UPDATE: A few months ago I reviewed this bank and commented on how run down and dirty it was and short staffed. How large and under utilized the lobby was that kind of thing. I wanted to update and share that they have begun to improve the lobby. TV'S are gone, the area looks cleaner and they have added a little concierge desk when you first walk in. The furniture in the lobby looks better and on general it has a much less run down feel. Much improved! Customer service was great for me but I always seem to end up with the same nice and professional bank teller.

Bad customer service and inconsistent practice even for a task as simple as depositing a check. The manager did not sound very helpful and ready to resolve my problem. This is my last visit of this branch.
