If you are coming here to buy cheap used stuff or to pawn something for quick cash immediately then this COULD be the place. Honestly I recommend going to Best Pawn down the road because at least they will be honest with you there while they try to work with you. This place only deceives you into thinking they are working with you when all they are taught is to look up your item and give you 15% of the lowest price found online for the item. I have done little business with them but have been here a lot to know that this is the only tactic they use on you, the customer. If you are going to sell something, I would gladly go out of my way for free to help you find a better solution than choosing this place because this place doesn't deserve your money. Use Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Zelle, or even Mercari. All are easy to set up and is way more trustworthy than this place since they just resell your item for double to triple and judge you for even bringing in an item in the first place. This place is the prime definition of a Pawn Shop and if you have read this, you have been warned.

This pawn is the #1. These people call and remind you your payment is coming due. They will do everything they can to help you save your pawned items. They do there best to give you the money you need. I love them. I give them a ten star. Thank you guys. You rock.

I tried going in to take out a small payday loan and I was given the runaround for three days. I was told I needed new or other information each time I went in to apply for the loan. There is no communication amongst staff and they obviously do not care about customer experience. The enthusiasm I was greeted with rivaled that of a beached whale. Absolutely abhorrent customer service.

Manager-named Jennifer is extremely nasty and no one that works there knows where the store is located-how odd-they drive there everyday. They have no idea where Anderson MIll Rd. traffic light is although they must--I repeat must--hit that light to leave to go home. Wow-not the sharpest tools in the shed. Not only is she unaware of ANYTHING but is very rude.. Considering how many pawn shops there are in Austin I am surprised at her lack of customer relations!

This place ain’t good though since today my fiancé went to pawn shop he want refund $238 take PS4 game back and employee said sure and look at receipt paper and say let me talk to my boss then he told my fiancé can’t get refund back. He was like what ?? Wait a min there receipt say can refund in 30day before and employment yes I know but I can’t boss say so.. he decide take a picture of license certificate and name of sign. He is about to plan report any time.. into me I experienced that too I dislike it and stop going tho.

as far as pawn shops go they're great. staff has always been friendly. they offer me more money on my items them any other place. the manager Jennifer has always been helpful. they make calls when my items are close to up and have worked with me on occasion. other pawn shops would offer me 50 dollars for my gold diamond ring and they offered 150.

Hi I came here not long ago and you guys are great I spoke with Matt. I am very glad that I went here and would love to go again. I would suggest going to this place. I am very satisfied with the worker Matt and what he told me about your store.

I bought my 5 year old girl a microphone here just moments ago. The sales girl assured me it was good to go. I get home and the thing is non functional. Not only is it non functional, it is literally broken inside electrically and physically. For a ten dollar sale you broke my daughter's heart tonight. I am so freaking pissed off. What the actual fucryingoutloud I'm going to be there Saturday morning beating down your doors.
