Buying from a private sellers means not having the dealership help with all the paperwork so it can be a bit more cumbersome. But iNet was a good experience. I will say that there is lots of paperwork, notarizing, scanning, Fedex-ing, seller inspection - but Victoria stepped us and the seller through things very well. iNet has competitive rates, as well. Overall a good experience.

The worst company I have EVER dealt with! I closed on my boat loan through INET 7 months ago and I still have not received the USCG Documentation or State of Florida Registration. As such. I haven’t been able to legally operate my boat. They even failed to pay the State Sales Tax on the transaction which has resulted in fines and penalties. Inet outsourced certain aspects to All Oceans Closings. Both firms make excuses for not fulfilling their contractual obligations. All they point fingers at each other for the delays. Bottom line, both firms are totally inept and I’m now taking legal action against both firms. Unless you want a nightmare experience, DO NOT USE INET FINANCIAL SERVICES OR ALL OCEANS CLOSINGS.

Mark Yancey at iNet Financial Services is a true professional. We ran into several unusual circumstances during the processing of the loan for the Beneteau sailboat we purchased and his many years of experience allowed him to navigate them with without issue. We also had a tight timeline and Mark completed the loan processing and got it funded, thank you Gretchen. Communication was excellent throughout and Mark always answered phone calls and email messages. I would highly recommend iNet Financial Services.

Victoria from iNet was the only one that called me back in a timely manner or quick e-mail response. If I need another loan in the future, I will definitely use iNet again.

After our initial attempt to use a Lending tree company, we were not very satisfied. Online loan companies are no different than bogus internet sites. No actual contact. Only mechanical, cyber and vague. Unable to get specifics. We were not willing to take the chance with that. Skeptical. Then we received an actual call from Sabrina Hughes with iNet Financial Services. She asked if she could gain our business. We were still skeptical but said yes. We have never been sorry! Sabrina has communicated with us by phone or e-mail through this entire confusing process. Answering every question and worry we had. During the process we became very confident in Sabrina and therefore the company she works for, iNet. Something you don't get from electronic generic mail. This was suppose to be a review of iNet Financial Services. We have nothing negative to report on iNet. iNet should be very pleased with Sabrina. Tried to use them to get an RV and Alan was extremely rude!!! Went to Alliant credit union, everything was done remotely and we were enjoying our camper the same week.
