BMO Harris Bank Essington Rd, Joliet

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I closed my accounts after months of mistakes. Finally closed it on 10-19-20 then got a overdraft notice dated 10-23-20. Spent 30 minutes on hold to get hung up on 3 times with there customer service number. Went into the branch on Midland in Joliet to find out what was going on. Only to be blamed for the overdraft and zelle transactions. By the way the Zelle was a deposit. After her corporate (which is how I believed she called). Told her the accounts were never closed. I was told before She could close the account I had to bring it to 0. Run from this bank they don’t know what they are doing with your money or theirs!

I cannot deposit or cash my 13 yr old daughters graduation check unless I open an account for her or she goes to get state id. I call to ask questions about this policy and was rudely treated and hung up on. Very unpleasant and unprofessional

Only 2 drive through lanes open 4 to 5 cars deep. If you are trying to discourage people from banking with you, congrats. We're out!

BMO is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve closed on numerous loans, Jessica Lewickas is the worst mortgage broker I’ve ever come in contact with. She sat on my application so long that it expired and had to pull my credit again. The whole process took 6 months!

Went in to get temporary checks. The teller told me they need longer make temporary checks so I proceeded to withdraw money, I was not about to pay 5$ for a money order as I think that I shouldn't be charged since I'm a customer and they can't even offer the service of making temporary checks. And you can go to a store and get one for under a dollar. So I call two weeks later speak with the manager she was very nice and friendly she told me that my checks were ordered. She told me I could come in and get temporary checks and I told her that whoever helped me that day I was in told me they were no longer making checks. She told me it would be a training opportunity for that person but it's still frustrating to get the wrong information and have to take extra time out of my day to make extra trips to places to get what I need because someone isn't trained properly.

Jessica Lewickas was great! She was very helpful in opening a new account for our 16 old and was very outgoing .

Great bank always courteous and friendly. I have been a customer for many years.
