BMO Harris Bank W Fond Du Lac Ave, Milwaukee

Yesterday I went in to open a business bank account & Demetrius helped me he was very nice the employees there was very professional friendly & knowledgable about the business Demetrius answered every question I had or was concerned about thank you all

They call this location a smart branch location but it's not because they say you can get a replacement debit card on the spot but they don't have the machine for it and don't know when they are going to get it. To me that's bullSh*t

this bank treat you very poorly....and they charge 10 dollars to cash your check if you don't have an account with them.....that is just too much...i hope they listen to the customer and correct some of these things....

They close their lobby and doors well before closing time. Corporate should know about this.

I used to love BMO Harris Bank. I told everyone about them. However, it seems that they're blocking IRS stimulus payments from being direct deposited. I submitted accurate accounting & routing info to the IRS, they responded to me stating that BMO refused the deposit when they made several attempts. I've never heard of this anywhere. Now I have to wait for this check to be mailed to me, and hope that it doesn't get into the wrong hands. Thinking of seriously closing my account all together.

Was thinking about opening a account welp that was short lived. It’s a no for me. No one answers the phone that tell a lot about the company itself. By the way was on hold to speak to a representative for over 30 mins.

this bank is just rude to ALL people. they have no customer service values or professional work ethics.

They treated me wonderful I had a positive experience!
