Love the bank in general, but this has got to be their worst branch. The lines are always long and the staff are painstakingly slow. Also, you can't place a deposit through the ATMs, which is quite inconvenient.

I love the credit union but I hate these lines! I wait 45 minutes to an hour every time I come here. I am a bank manager and this is just unacceptable. I’m obviously people love this bank which is why the volume is high but, it seems no one is evaluating wait times and coming up with better ways to move the lines along.

This location is slow and very unprofessional. We literally waited in the lobby for 90 minutes. I am not impressed at all. I don’t know who made these reviews but it’s inaccurate as heck. The employees are ghetto walking around chit chatting like it’s a social hour. I’m very confused about their code of conduct policies and whether they have any! How do you allow members and potential members to wait this long? I seen 5 people come in and leave right back out because of the wait. If you know the demand is there then supply it. Get it together educators!

Love the credit union ! But it’s been times I have hand counted my money before going to deposits into my account ! And I get there and my money is all of a sudden not what I counted or short $2 or $5 I don’t care how petty it sounds Its my hard earning money I worked for every cent ! I’ve counted the Manager and no response or anything wasn’t done about it been here for 4 years thinks it’s time for me to leave this credit union this has been happening the last 2 years

Simply the best when it's comes ta freaking out when you get a phone call when you only do 5 transactions and it's da fraud department sayn just checking to see ifa their is any bad activities on my accounts! This feature is good cuz it helps you ta save money and has limitations on your cards! My other bank doesn't have that feature at all! The financial people are soooo great help needed me budget my accounts for my summer vacation this year! I'm still saving got until July let's do this! Love you blessed Educators Credit Union! I love my bank, but it's the only bank I know that the lobby isn't open. That makes the wait time in drive through extremely long. You could wait an hour at times. The bank has a lot of good programs though to help people manage their money.

Pretty bad service waited for a full hours and then just got hanged up and the reason for my calling was because I couldn’t use my new debit card so disappointing now i gotta cancel this entire account and go back to bmo

Been with them for 15+ years. Nothing but the best. Don't even live in Wisconsin anymore, they have kept up with the tech so it's just as easy as any big bank, but with a comfortable feel. Deposit checks in the app, fraud detection services that are easy to work with. If you can be a member, do it.

I Came Thru The Drive Thru And Had An Assistant Manger With A Bad Attitude Swearing With Her Head Set Tonya Is Her Name I Ask For Her Manager Name And Number She Refuse His Information So I'll be calling corporate 1st Thing Monday Morning

I lost my phone/ID/debit card and really felt like after leaving Educators Credit Union I had gotten some stability back. While I was there Kiyana the financial advisor I was working with helped me enroll in a new savings account and give me some information on my GAP insurance! I left there feeling much better than when I walked in. I've never had a bad experience at Educators but this employee went above and beyond to make my problems feel a little bit smaller. Thank you, Kiyana!!
