He tried to give me $80 for a 49 inch tv and told me they only go for $150. The gag was a whole 49 inch was sitting in my face with a price sticker that read $225. This was my first time and DEFINITELY my last. I mean red the reviews, he reply to people like an upset kid. Absolutely zero professionalism. Wouldn't recommend.

I bought a ps5 from a guy that owns this place or works here or something and he never sent it so I ask for a refund and its been like a month andi haven't heard from him

Dave is the man I have been dealing with him for years I live in Kansas City and I have my own business as well he ships me items that are in great shape and I can trust him to do that. And as a customer he has never been rude to me in anyway. And lastly he does answer the phone but if he’s busy what do you expect . So I always say if customers don’t get there way and they can be wrong ,the first thing they do is get on google and try to give the business a bad wrap instead of just talking it out.and some of these reviews on here are just rediculous

Yo I came in there to buy a laptop and I was given the wrong charger cord. Second I had to spend additional money on a lyft 😒 😑 to get the right charger cord. Its a great store because of the opportunities it offers to the community without decisions of leaving the area. I really appreciate the store more than liked to give the 3 star rating but in reality we all need to get better!! I really would have loved to have spent the $225 and went home 🏡 fine😕. Nothing for inconvenience at all. I simply only came to support the business.

Bad customer service change the price on me once I got to the check out don’t ever shop here better retro games store out there.

I’m pleased with service whenever you need some emergency cash and they have things you can literally buy from them than other stores for cheaper good stuff I always appreciate what is able to be done for me

GREAT PLACE, I bought a Xbox series X for a reasonable price, only bad thing is that it took a while for me to get it.

The owner thinks mocking customers online makes him look better, when all it does is show how scummy he is and how he can’t take any criticism (because he’s low IQ). The staff will put itself out of business in no time, and maybe the owner will learn how to take criticism before moving onto his next pathetic failure in life
