We have just moved to the area and this is the closest branch to the house. The staff were friendly enough. However, the branch manager, Edwin, was walking around talking to people and not wearing a mask. One of the personal bankers had her mask below her chin while helping two maskless customers. Our personal banker, Vincent, wore a mask as did the teller. They should be commended for caring about health and safety.

I have been banking with BMO Harris bank for over 20 years. When I relocated to Sarasota being from the Midwest I was happy to know there was s branch nearby. I have had a great experience with them, even when issues have come up.

UPDATE: ATM is now new and perfect. Friendly staff, not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. Only 4 stars because the ATM is on the fritz a lot.

The worst. Online banking is never right. Employees never know what is going on. Stay clear

Worst customer service ever, mostly from branch manager and Viviana that called left a message and she never called back. They close the call on customer face and neither care to listen, explain or help. Never recommending this bank and neither this branch after worst service ever. I have been a banker for more than 10 years but never a treatment like that.
