This is the best company to chose for your title/closing business. They are extremely professional and thorough with all details for closing. Carmen communicated all details and walked us through the entire process. She answered any questions we had, which were few due to her knowledge of the process. She was polite and personable. When there was an error, she called to rectify it and even reminded us of any unfinished things we may need to do with power, water and our insurance company. Superb company!!

It couldn't have gone smoother. I was going to be traveling on the day of closing so Carmen & Michaele put together my closing papers early and I was able to sign off and transfer funds the week before. Michaele was a superb communicator. She kept me informed along the way and responded to all of my questions.

The team at Blue Title was so accommodating to us through the closing process. Their communication skills are top notch. They were always available to us and flexible with scheduling. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere. I would recommend their business to anyone!

(calling BS on the two reviews posted) They handled our closing in July 2016 with Quicken Loans as our Mortgage Co. Long story short, we had a 14 hr drive from St. Louis, MO, (3 cars, 6 people, two u-haul trailers, 2 dogs and a cat) the day before we had signed our side of the paperwork with a Notary in St. Louis based on Quicken's approval (vernighted back to Bluetitle). It turned out that Quicken was wrong (we did a VA Loan, buying our forever home), Blyetitle folks met us at Mid-Night with keys in hand so we could get it right and be home! Very friendly and helpful staff, bent over backwards to take care of us.

I do not recommend this company for closings. Lisa Shaffer is the closer and she shared private financial information about a client with others. That's a big no-no for any title company, she should know better. This is a very small company for a reason, use another title company.

Besides the fact that my overall experience with Blue Title is consistently over the top…What can I say? From the first impression during the initial call from the president, to the organization of the first meeting, to the simple & streamlined process, to the diligent follow through, to them working proactively vs reactively to keep everything on track, to the way they archive information, to their security in document processing...my entire experience from start to finish with this company was excellent. Their standard surpasses baseline best practices in the closing industry. Candice, Carmen, and the whole team provided customer service and the attention to detail from every corner that was beyond measure. This company and the culture & heartbeat of the team truly made a favorable impression on me...I highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional company. Lisa Sheppard is the closer and she is extremely rude. She never returns phone calls or emails and acts like you are a bother to her when you do finally manage to get through to her. This is an upscale area with high premiums, you should expect more from your title company and there are plenty of others to choose from. Go elsewhere agents.
