It's a great bank my identity was hacked and they caught it right away. No problem with them at all.

They need more help on Saturdays. Waiting 1 and a 1/2 hours to open a checking account is too long.

This has to be the most unfriendliest location of all the locations Machesney Park). My business partner has had an account with Blackhawk bank for years and have been trying to convince me to switch my accounts over after the interaction I had today I definitely would not and would not recommend to any friends, co-workers, or business associates.

I've been using Blackhawk since 2014 and this branch in particular has some of the nicest people working there! Quick service and always there to help, even with the smallest things!

They don't renew license plates here,although their website says they do?
