Honestly hate how they pay or even pawn went in with my xbox series s to pawn and only got 70 bucks for a game system worth 300 not the best and definitely will be the only time I ever pawn here again seems like if your not the same skin color then you don't get fair prices here worst decisions I made
I'm very sorry to here this. I assure you your skin color is not in any way used to devalue your item. The true reason is do to the amount of Xbox Series S being sold at this location. Mostly due to the readability of the current Xbox model. We have begun to stop taking older models for this same reason. Hope this finds you well, sorry for any misunderstandings hopefully we can acomidate you more readily in the future.

The shop would not give any money for a $500 electric scooter because “we only give good money for guns” ... last I checked a pawnshop pays based off the value of something... then I was insulted by the clerk behind the counter for even asking...I wouldn’t recommend this place

They gave me more for jewelry than any one else. Haven't had a problem here and I pay on it every month.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. We lived in Austin and went regularly and then when we moved to Burnet, we still drove the distance to come here. I love this pawn shop! The guys are always so welcoming and helpful! I am so glad that this place is still here. I love that even if the guys can't help you with something, they recommend places that could do what you're asking.

I had to give it a star even though they don't deserve it!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE GO!!! Don't go here especially if you have children! They would not let me get something out that was mine that my husband brought in while school was out for the summer. Since then we have misplaced the paper and my husband works when they are open so he can not come pick it up! The place is also VERY VERY VERY DIRTY and the people are VERY RUDE!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
were sorry for the inconvenience Cassie the loans are governed by state law to protect individuals merchandise if the item pawned was not the persons rightful property you may press charges on the individual who pawned said item. again were very sorry for the inconvenience.
