I took my 2013 Ford Flex in for service and was very impressed. The customer service and pricing was 5 star. I told them I probably needed an alternator and/or starter and it turned out the 6 month old battery was bad, so I replaced it under warranty. I was impressed that they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I would highly recommend.

I had an older car I wanted to purchase from a third party seller. I called and was able to get an appointment to get the car checked out before I made a purchase. John spoke with me over the phone and set up my appointment. He was helpful and courteous. On the day of my appointment Will checked me in and was very kind and friendly. I explained that I (a woman without a ton of car knowledge) needed an honest and very blunt overview of what could be wrong with this vehicle. He assured me he would not hold back and would also print out a price list of what repairs might run. Josh and Ernie looked at the car and were super thorough. Ernie came into the main office, sat down and carefully explained everything that would need to be worked on to bring the vehicle up to good shape. Will typed up the list and prices for all of the work so I could make an informed decision. As a woman making vehicle decisions it can sometimes be difficult to be sure if car experts are being forthcoming or overcharging. I had absolutely no worries about any of that. I really felt the whole staff had my best interest in mind as I made a decision. I can’t recommend this Lamb’s automotive shop highly enough. Everyone was friendly, courteous and I felt the price I paid for the checkup and all of the prices they quoted me the car would need were fair. Check them out (but probably make an appointment! They were hopping busy!) you won’t be disappointed!

It’s unfortunate when anyone has to leave a bad review, but in rare times they are necessary. I don’t gain anything from leaving this review, I only hope it helps someone else should they choose Lamb’s for their auto service. After an attempt for a routine oil change (went to Valvoline), it was discovered we had an oil leak. Lamb’s was the only place open that could look at it. We dropped our car off on a Saturday, several hours before they closed. We were told that they would diagnose it, but won’t get to work on it until Monday. On Monday we got no updates, we had to call to find out they had not worked on our car and wouldn’t get it repaired until the next day. There was no reason given as to why, only that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The next day I went to pick up the car and was given my total and I questioned the coolant flush they had to do. I asked them to explain why a coolant flush was needed for an oil pressure sensor repair. After going through a couple of advisors, one of the mechanics advised me that they did not go through with the coolant exchange because it was not needed. Had I not questioned it, I would’ve been charged an extra $150+. They fixed our car and it seems to be running well. I would advise anyone taking their vehicle here to stay on top of the service personnel and carefully review all charges.

Great service. I dropped by in the morning to swap out tires, the crew ordered them and we agreed I'd return the next day to have the tires installed. Got a call after lunch telling me the tires had arrived and if I had time they could complete the job today. True to their word my ride now has all new tires.

I had a little bit of unusual ask for them. I bought four ATV tires online and needed them to bust off the old tires from the rims and install the new ones. They had to adjust their tire machine to accommodate the smaller 12” rims. Not only did they do a great job installing the tires, they also only charged me half of what in costs to do that for regular car size tires. Great service and great employees. Thanks. Jeff

I blew a tire while working and luckily was less than 2 miles from Lamb's. I figured my work would be spent in their waiting room, but not only were the super nice and friendly, they also had me back on the road in no time. Great experience in as much as a tire blow out can be!

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. Most recently, I purchased new wheels and tires for my truck that are bigger than stock. They came already mounted and balanced, but I needed to have the TPMS sensors swapped from my stock wheels to my new wheels. They charged me $200 and ripped one of my valve stems. I mounted the new wheels on my truck and woke up the next morning to a flat tire thanks to the torn valve stem. I took that wheel back to them and they repaired it for bo charge, which was great. Then I took my truck on the freeway for the first time and it vibrated like crazy (and yes, I am running hub centric rings). I went back in this morning to ask if they balanced my tires when they mounted them. They said no, balancing is an extra charge. So they knew my wheels were going on my truck but didn't balance my tires or even ask if I wanted them balanced? Come on... So I asked if they could balance my tires and they said come back in a few days, since they are oversized tires they don't have anyone in the shop that can do them today or tomorrow... That's fine, I didn't really want to pay you any more and give you another chance to screw up. I will not be going back to this shop. Beware!

I scheduled an appointment 6 DAYS in advance & gave my car's VIN number. Got zero confirmation so I called 1 day prior to confirm, they had my appointment time but they didn't have my name or car info. I show up the next day and they tell me they don't have the oil that my car uses. That's why I scheduled ahead of time to avoid an unnecessary trip. Total waste of gas! Please don't waste your time on this place.

After a minor mixup of the wrong size tires being delivered, the right size arrive the next day and I was able to come down and get it done. I ended up forgetting my purse at home and an employee drove me back to get it while my car was still on the lift.

They have done several repairs to my 2002 Chevy Duamax and I am satisfied. The guys in the office are always knowlagable and friendly. July 2022, serviced 2015 Nissan Altima. Oil change, coolant flush and state inspection. They found a recall I was unaware of.

Great service!! My car stopped at the middle of an intersection, Lamb’s referred me to a great towing company, got my car in immediately, and got my car running again within a few hours. Everyone was so kind, i’ll definitely be back for future services :)

I have been a loyal lambs customer for over 12 years. I always appreciate their attention to detail and devotion to clients that they have. I have used many, many different locations over the years. My only negative comment is that for this particular location (lake line & crystal falls) they seem to always be short staffed so services take 2x as long. I don't know if this is because they are a new location and haven't found the right staff yet or if it's just an unexpected level of volume but it's not the same quick efficient lambs service I have received at previous locations. That being said, I did appreciate that the staff were honest about their staffing and the wait time up front due to that. They even got my car done 30 minutes earlier than they predicted. I love lambs and will continue to take my vehicles to them. I just wish they would address the staffing issues at this new location.

We’ve been going here for 6 years now, but today I’m questioning if we should continue. I came in last week and it was super busy, so they suggested I make an appointment. We had an appointment scheduled for Momday, at 9:30, and they said it would be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, our car had still not moved. I asked what was going on, and it was pretty clear they had forgotten about it. My kids and I have been sitting in the wait room for an hour and a half now, and still they are not finished (doing something they said would take 30 minutes). I would recommend another place at this point. Side note- the guy at the front desk was vaping! I guess professionalism is not something they encourage here.

My daughter dropped a family heirloom necklace between the seat and the console under and it fell under the carpet and so far down we couldn’t reach it. They were able to remove the passenger seat and retrieve the necklace! I am so happy!! They did it quick and for a fraction of the price of the dealership have quoted for the work. DO NOT go here if you do not speak car. Our son took his car to be inspected and they told him he needed to spend $250 to fix his serpentine belt or it was going to fail. We took it down the road and they said the belt was perfectly fine and passed the car with no problem. They evidently feel they can pile on fake services and none will call them out. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Got an oil change and state inspection. Super fast service! They were really friendly. Will was the one who helped me and I appreciated his kindness. Nicest cleanest automotive service facility I've ever been to. Very comfortable. Waiting area looked welcoming but I opted to roam the plaza. A couple restaurants and nail salon in the same corner. a grocery store, Starbucks and more restaurants across the street to help pass the time. I highly recommend!!

Was in town visiting family for the weekend and my AC stopped blowing cold. They were quick to say they could quickly diagnose why it wasnt working. After 5 hours they called and said it was the suction hose but they couldn't fix until Monday. No problem, put some freon in it so I can get home with a cool system. Paid $114 and I went on my way. Fast forward to Monday and I take it to my reliable local shop. They actually put the dye into the system and confirmed it was not the Suction hose, its the discharge hose. Just want to make sure anyone who takes their vehicle here realizes that they are taking shortcuts.

I needed an oil change in the morning. They were able to get me in quickly which was great. The team was very helpful and courteous. The only gripe I have is that my car keys, door handle and steering wheel had oil grease on them when getting back into the car.

Only had my car back a day so can't confirm quality of the work yet but they came highly recommended. Staff was friendly and great about communicating with me. I felt like they really were trying to do their best work and not trying to fleece me for every dime.

Came in last minute before closing, wonderful customer service and squeezed in my state inspection and dealt with me having to call my insurance to get a copy of my policy ID card. 10/10 would recommend and will be going to them for any issues I need taken care that I cannot do myself.

I had made several calls in my area but lambs automotive told me not to worry just come on by. If they can do any further maintenance on my RV I fully intend to add them to my “get me where I want to go” team.

I took my Tahoe in for a tire that kept loosing air, and the guys found a screw in the side wall which couldn’t be patched... (That tire had been doing that for a few months; I had taken it in 3 times before that to get checked at other shops, yet they never could find the problem!) We ended up deciding to just get all four new tires that matched to be safe for driving my kids around. Gilbert is the guy to ask for; Friendly, knowledgeable, & gets the job done! He was able to order the tires to be delivered by the next day. He also took care of getting my inspection done in the same time frame! My Tahoe drives amazingly better now, and looks new again! Thanks Gilbert, & any other guys that helped work on it!

The guys need to be a little more personal and they forgot to do the inspection so my wife needs to return to get it done while I am traveling. I paid for it but they forgot to complete it. They apologized but a gesture such as a coupon would have been nice!

I did get my brakes done here a few months back and have gotten my oil changes here the past handful of times. I am a converted Lambs faithful client. They know more about my car and it’s needs than the dealership at times and they always shoot straight. Also the rewards programs have saved me probably 100$ in just six months of routine maintenance services. I do drive a lot so I needed to find a place I could finally trust when I get home off of the road... Thank you Lambs of Leander!

Very friendly and honest!! Will and his team took care of my truck in a professional manner. Let me know if there were any changes as the day went by while they were working on the truck and if they found anything else wrong with the truck! It was done when Will said it was gonna be done!! I needed new tires for my Honda. I brought my car in on Saturday, their busiest day, and they worked me in because I was supposed to drive to Houston that day. While on the drive, I received a low pressure warning for the tires. Lambs was then closed. I called first thing Monday morning and they told me to bring it right in. Tanner checked all pressures and checked to be certain there were no problems. I shared with Tanner that one of my greatest fears was having a flat on I10 in Houston alone. Tanner offered to show me how to use the car jack and spare and he demonstrated how to use the jack and the lugnut wrench to change a tire. I thought this was a remarkable thing for him to do. He earned a customer for life! Thank you!

I requested an appointment at 10am and my car was brought back for service within minutes of checking in. They were thorough in checking on all services needed and explaining pricing and time frames. This particular location is very convenient and gives that neighborly feel when being greeted and taken care of. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends!
