Best Pawn 7th St, St Paul

They robbed me and wasted my time. I thought I bought a brand new Milwaukee trimmer which labeled as new and sealed! I went home and opened the box and the battery was missing ( this was not a tool only item). I went back to let them know. I was accused of stealing the battery and was told to come back the next day to talk to manger. The next day I called first to talk and again was told I could not be trusted. I was told I had no options, have a good day, leave and write your bad review! They had many options to make this right. Apparently I am not the only one who was robbed by this shop after reading other reviews. Check everything before you leave. I never thought of leaving a review online like this but they left me no choice.

Extremely disappointed in this place. Came to spend hard earned money. Was refused service due to not having a mask on.. which i have a medical condition that wont allow it. Ever heard of the 4th amendment or maybe hippa? Yea 1st off not allowing to ask you why your not wearing one.. i had to explain myself and was treated Extremely rude.i will never bring them business again.

For profit at your expense. They are going to make a profit off your misfortune Anyway they can. In some cases even more profit. You can spend hundreds to protect your treasure but miss one payment and your stuff and money invested is gone. So basically you borrow less than 10% it's value. Pay back In interest more than your loan was and still loose your passion. Thanks Guys.

Gave a fair price on my loan

I hated this place. I went in to sell my tablet and old phone and refused to take it because they wanted a charger for it yet when we talked to them on the phone they failed to mention we would need a charger to sell out electronics.

Best pawn is a wonderful pawn store. There grace periods are awesome and the price for buying is good too. Friendly staff and great jewelry!

Most reasonable Pawn Shop I've ever been to. If you have realistic expectations about what you're looking to get ($) for what you're coming in to pawn or sell and have some understanding of how they determine the price (looking the item up on eBay under their sold sales, factoring in shipping, then determining an appropriate profit margin....they do have to make money after all....) then it's an incredibly straightforward experience. The staff is very personable and respectful. The only trouble I think is that it's all the way over in St. Paul, BUT it's one of the best parts of St. Paul : West 7th.

I like this pawn shop. They are always very considerate and knowledgeable. Mostly I like the fact they don't hound you and ask you over and over, "can I help you?" They let you look and if you have a question they professionally answer it. If you don't buy, thats ok. I have purchased and sold here with no problems because of this reason. Nice staff and nice stuff.

They expressed that they appreciated my business and I truly believe they do. Much more personable than pawn America I leave pawn America with a sore ass. I'll gladly give this shop my business over most other pawn shops!
