Chase Bank Grand Ave, St Paul

Grand Ave and Oxford St Clean and convenient location. Stopped in on a Saturday morning to open a checking account. There were 2 tellers and 2 bank associates. Asked a teller about opening a checking account. He asked one of the bank associates not helping anyone. Came back and told me there was no one available to help me that day? Umm they don't close for 2 hours and neither of these associates can help me before then. Will not visit this location ever again. Hopefully there are better locations with more customers orientated employees.

I been with chase for over 20 years. I moved away from the city and do online banking now. I love chase they have allot to offer. Someone once stole my checkbook. They contacted me right away and froze my account, letting me know suspicious activity alerts. I could not be more ssatified.

If your really rich and don't have to worry about paying bills month to month then this is the bank for you. If you have to check your account or maybe gets tight once in a while then I strongly suggest finding another bank. These people do not care about the avg person and will take everything they can when things get tough. This is fact. There are many lawsuits that support this u can do your own research on. I suggest you do if thinking about banking here.

We had an excellent experience with this chase. We wanted to open a few new accounts and Kwon was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. We look forward to working with him in the future!

Small but very nice branch of Chase. Quality ATMs inside. Tellers were helpful. I don't know about coming in here for anything else, but this stuff is 99% of what you need a branch for, so they get 5 stars.

I am not one to usually leave a review, but I had to for this Chase Bank location. Chase and especially their business representative Shoua, was fantastic. By far the best and easiest experience I have had at a bank. Shoua was not only very professional, but friendly, very knowledgeable, and felt like a friend I have known forever. Her fantastic attitude paired with her knowledge and wanting to do whatever is best for the customer creates and establishes trust not only with her but with the brand of Chase. I am unbelievably thankful that I came to this location and met Shoua. I know I can always come to her with my questions and she will always be there for me! Thank you again Shoua and thank you Chase looking forward to this ling partnership!

absolutely horrible customer service at this branch...in addition to phone customer service. Do not use CHASE!
