    I have banked here for about 15 years and love it. They have been helpful beyond my expectations in every experience I have had with them. Recently a clerk bagging my groceries at store saw my bank card is Wings - I dropped it as returning to wallet - and she excitedly said she & family also love their accounts with Wings.

    I have banked here since it was on Grand Ave. I love this bank. Easy access, awesome tellers, and fair banking makes me stay. If I've ever had a problem a 10 minute phone call easily solves the problem. Highly recommend this financial institution a long with this location.

    Just left the bank - I've been getting 2 cashier's checks once per month for at least the last 4mos as a private loan payment. There have been instances where I've come in before this and gotten more than one cashier's check at a time. Today, after a 4 mo stretch, I'm informed the 2nd check costs $5 and this has always been the case. A manager with an overly perky demeanor and an avocado mask came and tried to gaslight me a while. After 4mos of me doing this and you not informing me...no...not paying $5 for a check considering the $ Wings makes off me.

    I have been banking here for about 15 years and it has been pretty good up until recently when I realized everyone I have talked to at wings has given me misinformation about how to do an international SWIFT wire transfer. I spoke to 5+ different people about the information that needed to be on the transaction and they were ALL wrong. I have wasted MONTHs playing these games and finally was able to talk to someone competent enough to send me an email with a pdf of the step by step instructions with all of the information needed. This is really a shame, I thought maybe it was Wells Fargo’s fault because they se a swift code through them, but sadly wings has gotten sloppy.

    Erika was the teller today at Wings ( Highland St Paul) despite my use of the machine for a business deposit . She said the machine could not read one of the checks, yet the lack of efficiency caused the car behind me to back out and leave ( no other cars in lanes). When I told her I was needing to leave, it was an opportunity for her to lecture ( think young Paris Hilton attitude)me about how tough it was to read the check ( it was not) and do the work on confirming. It is a joy to find a privileged, inefficient and snarky teller. The machine gave me the option to continue the deposit, which led to Erika showing up again ( those machines are super sensitive to non-bold type, and they loop). She said " Why are you back?(tone)and I said the machine was looping so could she override? she agreed but again, a huge amount of time and when I asked if it could be sped up "Its not my fault you are in a RUSH" as she slowly was looking it over. Then she said "You are rude to me!" and the professional part of training at Wings had her deny/return ALL the business checks ( not the one that could not be read) as I heard her complaining to someone about the rude lady ( rude to a customer is clearly the norm for Wings). 20 minutes and the teller was allowed to punish me for asking to speed up by cancelling ALL the business checks. That is business as usual at this Wings.

    Professional and courteous. Sit down meetings are held in a private office, where they treat you as a valued customer. Good rates, few fees. Highly recommend. We went to see Wells Fargo earlier in the day, they felt like a fast food chain by comparison.

    I've been a member since 1975 and this place is rock solid. Never a long wait, very helpful staff and very competitive services. It hurts my heart, when five star services give complainers too much power. You can't go wrong with Wings.
