UnBank Check Cashing & Loans- Open 24 Hours University Ave W, St Paul

Been here multiple times. Every time i go they are rude. Its in a convenient location if you are in the midway area but i wish they would make better decisions with who they employ because its makes what could be a good establishment look bad.

Love that it's open 24 hours and the cashiers are extremely pleasant and respectful

Went yesterday at around eleven am. 10/13/21 The girlie was super super nice and respectful. Couldn't cash my check because it was over 90 days old BUT she tried to verify it and the person at the office was out for a couple days. I really appreciate a kind human being. Xo

Came to cash a check but because I signed it in my car vs in front of the rude teller I couldn't cash my check. Be more specific on your website so people don't drive here to be met by a rude teller and still not be able to get their money. Your in a customer service industry. Service your CUSTOMER!

Yall have a worker who was very rude to me yesterday and my experience was the worst at this 24 hour location

I went to cash my check on a Sunday morning around 10am an this heavy set lady with braids in her head was very mean to me I was at another money gram in Minneapolis they had me to sign the check but the cashier was new she told me they don’t cash check anymore at that location so I had to drive to St. Paul on University an they had a sign that say if checks are sign they will not cash your check so I told the lady an she was really nasty to me an I was about to go there but I humble myself because God deal with evil folks like her someone needs to fire her because she don’t no how to treat her customers period.I will never go there again for anything.

They have been my banking alternative for almost a decade now w direct deposit, debit, phone & electric bill, money orders, rolls of quarters. Even long lines go quickly. (Half hour tops). I will be called personally if a deposit is early. Some new employees will be snippy but the one who has been there a long while w an accent… SHE IS THE BOMB ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I really like this place. Whenever i have to cash a check, I always go here. And every time it usually takes only 10-20 minutes. Because of this place, I was able to make my college payments on time! I don't know what i would do without them. And every time i go there i am always explained the charges and fees. Love it here! I strongly recommend for anyone looking to cash checks. Unfortunately for loans, I don't know much.

Was not professional at all, before I came I called and asked if I can sell my Walmart gift card she told me yes . No matter the price I get to the store she tells me I need my PERSONAL receipt from a old gift card RUDE and when I walked in BOTH EMPLOYEES WERE EATING ... do not recommend, didn’t wanna do there job at all didnt catch there name but one fat white chick and a huge black monkey looking one BAD SERVICE

I'm done with this place. I've tried 3 times now to cash a check and all 3 times they were "unable to verify right now".. even when I ask what that means they just repeat "unable to verify right now". So should I come back later orrr what are you telling me?? "You can try and come back later that's up to you..." What a joke! I will never waste my time here ever again.
